My boyfriend got a car from this place. We were there all day. LITERALLY!!! He finally got the car. Keith called him yesterday asking for $1500.00. When my boyfriend tried to explain his understand and that he NEVER agreed to give an extra $1500.00, Keith hung up and then text him directing him to Ms.Linda(who did not work there when he purchased the car). We later called the bank to find out Keith and them only gave them $545 out of the $1400 he paid up front before taking the car off the lot.I told my boyfriend to go somewhere else multiple times while we were there. I even said it in front of their faces. I’m from the Hood and I know scam when I see it and these Hood sale guys are the real deal of scam.If you value your money-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!God bless

Only go here if you live 5-10 minutes away from this place. They called me Monday to make sure that I was coming in to look at a car and I set up a time with them. Get there Tuesday afternoon at 2pm which is the time that I told the female I would be coming in just for them to tell me it was sold that morning. Someone could have called to let me know since they called to make sure i was coming in! They don’t update their website either so don’t trust that. Don’t call, just show up if your truly interested in getting a car from them!

A difficult time for boh me and my boyfriend when getting a vehicle and he was able to pull it off for us at a decent rate despite credit score! Yes, their shop is very busy and can seem a little chaotic but they WILL give you the attention you need and sit down with you to get you what you need. Ive seen the negative reviews on here and I was also very weary about this place when coming to look at the car but they proved to us that the reason why they are so busy is because they sell decent cars at decent prices. Parsons Automotive customer service is horrible! No one takes responsibility for what they say or do. They just past the blame around. They have a auto mechanic by the name of Antwan that is trash. He does not give you a ETA of when your car is going to be finished being repaired and does not give you at least an estimate of how much the cost will be. He does not answer the phone at all to follow up he will block you. I’ve been told nothing but lies about the work that has been done on my vehicle. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them at all. They gave my tags to the wrong person. If I could take away the one star I would. This place is trash.

The worst waste of time I ever had. A car that was 5777 ended up at 8300 dollars. 1500 dollars for inspection 300 service fee acouple other costs. I understand tax title tags. Then he says a car that kbb says worth between 4500 and 6000 dollars is worth 9400 I dont think so 12 Nissan rogue s standard with 108000 miles... what a joke stay away...

Ok I went to look at a 2010 750LI that had weed in the back seat and ash tray control nob in the center is broke and they wont fix it until someone buys the car it was never detailed or state inspected well none of the car had an inspection sticker very ghetto place and also got to witness the salesman fighting with each other about them not getting paid working. I drove a about 2 hours to get to this place and was not worth my time please dont waste yours.

New positive reviews are likely purchased through marketing firm. No inspections or detailing of cars for sale. Car flippers that will simply buy low and sell for more with minimal effort. Got in a car with trash and a childs pacifier in the cup holder. Salesmen couldnt brave the cold to step outside to say hi while looking the car over.

If you are traveling from far away, dont waste your time coming all the way to this store and dont believe when they say that the car you like is still there. They wont give you an estimate either. Theyll tell you to come over and see and when you get there, the car is long gone even though the pictures are still on their website. They are deceivers. I just feel bad for the people driving far and just waste their time. Its a lesson for me. You already can tell from the reviews. Its not a joke. Its for real.

I went into the dealership ready to purchase a vehicle that I already discussed with the salesman over the phone. When I arrived he recognized me from our discussion over the phone., so he knew which car I was talking about. He told me to wait a minute while he went inside and he will be right back. I waited 30 minutes. Finally I went inside to see what was taking so long. I saw him eating a cheesesteak at his desk!!!! He noticed me and said the car will be ready by 4 because it is going through an inspection. When I called him around 5 o’clock he told me the vehicle was sold yesterday. So I asked him why didn’t he mention this earlier and he said “I wasn’t working today”. This mans behavior is beyond unprofessional and he should be reported. He had me thinking the vehicle was available the whole time. I will never go back there again. Thanks to Lance Olushola!!! Terrible experience!!!

They are unorganized. Very deceitful. Please do not spend your hard earn money with this place. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I purchased a car in November and apparently they did not do the paperwork right or purposely did not do the paperwork right when I purchased the car and came back and informed me that I would have to pay more money out of pocket because of they’re error. Then told me they were not sure how to get my delaware tags due to me being a Delaware resident. But when they took my money they were positive that I wouldn’t have any issues. I called for weeks and no one called me back. I left emails, Facebook messages. Nothing!They never gave me tags and as of right now I’m stuck with a car with an expired Temporary tag. I’ve been calling since November and half the time the owner keeps giving me the run around about it. Please save yourself the headache and time these people are crooks and I am currently working with my attorney and the dmv investigators to get this resolved as well as police.

They lied to me, I saw a post on cargurus and I contacted them. They gave me the information I asked for and the carfax of the car that I wanted to buy. Then I called them to do a test drive and they told me that the car was available and that They would be ready for me when I arrived, I drive 1:30 to get to the dealer and I was ready to buy the car in cash, when the seller arrives he told me that the car had been sold a long time ago.

Bought a pick-up for 5500$ cash and thought we were getting a good deal until after we bought it we seen that they had it posted on another online site for 500$ less he wouldnt work with me on the price I got it for yet they were selling it online cheaper. Used car sales man typical. But thw truxk had issues within the 30 days with the rack and pinion and fogged up head lamps. That should never have past inspection. So took it there before 30 days to have problem fixed and they held it till after the 30 day mark and nothing was fixed. Then went to do the first oil change and it came out like mud I had to throw away my oil pan because no where would recycle it. It wasnt changed since 2011 and I bought it in 2018. The oil filter had the date. All 4 tires were dry rotted also. Had to wait almsot 3 months to get title wven tho I payed in cash up front. There some real pos.

I financed for my vehicle and paid them $3000 deposit down so Keith (who says hes the owners but I found out he isnt) hes the sales person who harassed me for more money making up lies just to pocket the funds. After I already had an agreement with the him and the bank. So I told them I will give them the car back and take them to court if the harressment doesnt stop. And also after I got the vehicle it was so dirty in the inside, it needed work done...The first time Ive went there the police were called because of the same issue he had with another customer..that should have been a sign for me ...Never go to parsons east.. I just deal with Carmax and I had a wonderful experience there.

After 4 days he still had not moved the vehicles. Now McNeals Towing of Essex patrols the lot. Parsons has annexed as the Russians did Ukraine the lot at 210 Eastern again w/o Owners permission. I now represent the Owner of 210. Guess who now has another Tow contract? Parsons is deceptive and they have very Shady people as Management. Keith Bagwell, per his Business Card, is at Parsons East as a Manager.Avoid, do not trust this man or any company that would employ someone as him.
