I love this hair store. The owners are nice, and the assistants are too! Very nice selection of hair products, especially for women of color.

Cashier was a bit rude but the young lady who greeted me was kind & understanding. I wonder why the never have the same girls working there every time I go

Always have everything I need. And when I can’t go and I send my boyfriend to get things I need they are always willing to help him find stuff and even talk to me on FaceTime if needed.

The store carries a very decent selection. It’s clean and bright. Nautica is extremely helpful., My only complaint is that the prices are truly not competitive for many of the items. I noticed 3 items that were $3 more than other stores.

Me and my husband loves the owner!! .. he is so pleasant and nice and if its something your are looking for and he dont have it, he will make sure that he try to get it for you. The store is clean, and the prices are reasonable.

Staff super friendly, helpful and have a positive welcoming energy. Store is super organized which is a plus for me, it doesnt look all dark and depressing. Prices are reasonable. Small suggestion is to have more products (hair extensions included) for natural hair.

This store has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in all my years of buying hair. Its a new store but Im pretty sure they got their old products from their other hair stores bc the hair is dirty and the products look old. The workers had no idea what they were talking about. Bad experience. You live and u learn. Never again.

The user I Naq is the son of the owner his name is iyad. He is putting good fake reviews how sad and at the same time writing negative reviews for other beauty stores. Just bc they have money they think they are better than people. Go find out how his dad made the money. Disgusting. Also he is known for getting underage people drunk and sleeping with them. They think the government is sleeping on them but everybody has their day.

If he doesnt have it he can get it ... friendly and respectful.. I dont mind going in here unlike many other beauty aupplies stores

A new hair store in Euclid was very excited to shop. It is a very big location but seems empty Im not sure if it is new so they havent filled up yet but i was disappointed they didnt have much.
