They always have a nice selection of braiding and crocheting hair (lots of diff colors and styles), wigs, and hair supplies for women and men products too. Also, dont forget to sign up for their rewards card...its nice getting some money off every now and again. You may also encounter many different personalities but the staff is always very helpful.

Great Beauty Supply Store with a LARGE selection of various name brand products for Black hair care!!! The ONLY Beauty Supply Store in the County of Cuyahoga and surrounding counties, to my knowledge, that open until 10pm weekdays!!! In addition, their staff includes African American Women, all of whom are very friendly and knowledgeable of Black hair care and products!!! This is My #1 go to Beauty Supply Store!!!

Usually has good selection of products and polite customer service reps. I was saddened to go int othe store today overhear the cashier arguing with a customer. They disagreed about a price and the CSR had no problem telling her oh well we not honoring the price u saw, it wasnt right . Wow! I thought, but not my business.I was cool until I approached the register and the same CSR was sitting down on her phone, WITH a CHILD playing on her phone too. I asked could we check out please, and she acted like I was interrupting her! The worst part was that she was acting as the manager today. And the men who usually run the place left her in charge. This is why we cant get anywhere as a people. Disgusted

They always have the hair supplies I need, but they play extremely vulgar and distasteful music. I would be ashamed to bring my child in with me. The only reason I shop here is because I know they will have whatever Im looking for.

I really like this store but prices are jacked up like $3 extra then Dannys Hair and Beauty Supply Store. They have the latest of everything for you containing hair. But limited because of the size of the store. Its very clean when I go in and always smell nice. The men who work there are very polite and tries to be helpful. ( But what do men really know about women and hair weave).I would diffenetly recommend for you to check out this store for you quick hair needs.

The staff is like a revolving door!In the AF community the local beauty supply is a staple. .our woman are most vulnerable in these businesses and we feel most comfortable dealing with staff that we are able to get to know and that know us. Yet, it seems these females are always new. Never knowing where things are and never having the opportunity to get to know the needs of the clientele. Its not a good look and its not good for business
