Could be a little more friendly. You open stores in our neighborhood then act like you dont wanna deal with us smh. Also, stop employing chicks because they wear weaves, they have no knowledge of the cosmetology industry based on that. Im a licensed cosmetologist for over 27 years. I asked a question and was given incorrect information that I knew the answer too. Imagine how many customers ask questions and actually go based off the misinformation theyre probably receiving.

This has been the only hair store Ive used in years spending hundreds in this store 25 minutes before closing and the worker made me stand there would not assist me and once i found what i was looking for she wouldnt go to the back to find the color i was looking for you can find green, pink, yellow, purple, ut no blonde so anyway she stood at the front door talki g then i heard her say 5 .in and im outta here so i said so you have no intentions on helping me, of course the owners werent in cause they have never treated me in such a way i said i would never return to this store so i drive 10 min away walked into another hair store at 715 and they close at 730 and that owner took the time to help me and i ended up spending 300 in that particular store smh only black folks she needs to be fired cause she made that store loose quite a bit of money

Ive been coming here for over 7 years and in that time Ive became friendly with Kay, Brandy and the manager. I have never had any problems what so ever. My husband and I always joke around with Ms. Kay...she is simply the best. The store has a ton of variety and reasonable with their prices. If I were to move across town I will make the trip to always come here for anything that I need even if its a hour away #loyalty! Love you guys.

Today I had the worst customer service experience in my life here. Rude manager. Very unprofessional. I have been going here for four years now. Never had to return a thing, until yesterday because it was the wrong color. Then, when I got home I read online that the hair that I got tangles, sheds, and can only be installed once. So I took it back to get the hair that I normally get. Manager freaks out on me. He never even lets me explain that I want to exchange it for hair that was also the same price. The pack was unused and expensive. I didnt want my money back, but he ignores me, keeps yelling, and does a refund. I dont know how I didnt respond to him and kept my mouth shut. He did the return, I bought more merchandise and as he checked me out he told me to do not come back. Dont worry I have no intentions of returning. I have worked customer service before, so I know that some customers can piss you off and I understood how me exchanging something twice might look. But, I have been coming there for years. I have never once returned anything or stolen anything. I have brought my whole family there to buy your products. I not only buy things for myself from that store, but also for my mother and sister. The same rude, unprofessional manager that I encountered today once hugged me and we took a picture on his new phone. So to be treated like that this morning was shocking. Needless to say I will never be shopping there again.

Great place for hair and accessories

So, I have gone to this for years.Friday I went in and I got my things and paid, but only to find out my receipt said a time that had not occurred yet. I went in at 4. I checked out at 4:15pm. Why did my receipt say 6:05pm?How is it possible to have gone in the store and checked out at a time that had not yet occurred?????

The Longwood Plaza. You can shop at Dollar General, Longwood Wigs Shop. Also their a Convenient store, that has hot food, drinks and a ATM. The peoples that works at they store, are very nice and very helpful.
