They fixed a big dent which was on corner Bumper on my moms new Jetta. $50!!!!!!!! They actually had issues with register using credit card and told my nephew don’t worry about it. The day after my husband and I bought our brand new car, we were hit by a neighbor who pulled into the street without looking; he clipped our back bumper and part of the body of the car. Luckily, the other driver was insured and very cooperative. We were referred to Empire Auto Works for the repair by the place where we bought our car from and they were amazing! It looks just like new again! They worked with the insurance companies very well and took care of everything in no time. Two thumbs up from both of us!

Our mechanic recommended Empire when a deer did some damage to the front end of our car. Brooks was able to repair the car quickly at a reasonable price. We subsequently recommended him to a friend who sustained damage in 2 separate accidents and she also was very pleased. The 2nd time, she didnt even get any bids but took it directly to Empire.

Someone backed into my car and then I was rear ended about 5 months after that. My brother works for a dealership that uses Empire so he recommended them to me. I had the frontend repaired in October 2016. Recently I noticed that the headlight was not clear as moisture was in the lamp unit. Empire Autoworks replaced the headlamp without charge a year and one- half later. And they even washed the car too! Excellent service.
