Very cool place to walk through, would take all day and still find something new next time. Couldnt believe all the different things,some of them all new to me. Brooks is super cool because they are a locally family owned business. There is only one Brooks cut rate auto parts store. There is a million stupid napas oreilys autozones whatevers. I needed some trailer stuffs for the three trailers in my drive way. I found everything I needed.

I dont even know why I bother looking anywhere else Brooks always has the best prices

As always the family is very helpful and they make you feel at home. Very rare in todays society. Of course they quickly brought what i was searching for to the parts counter and i was able to purchase it at a price below the competition which would have had to special order my exhaust parts. They even offer fresh popped popcorn at the check out counter. Always a great experience.

Its a crying shame .theyre headed out of business. Homegrown businesses like this. Are few and far between. Theyve been here Jesus Christ was a Cub Scout. Theyve always been honest and true. I dont know her name but the woman behind the counter helped me change my headlight in the pouring rain with a smile on her face. I was only in there briefly but the prices seemed great and both people were kind. Ill be coming here for all my parts in the future.

The store is a bit dated and faded but it has a lot inside. The prices were shockingly low and the service is amazing! Both the parts counter (the lady behind the counter has some serious knowledge) and the front checker were very nice. This store reminds me of the small-town auto parts store of the past.

Parts is the most friendliest atmosphere and all Auto Parts in Lane County. My favorite store I love going to the store for anything and everything that I need that they carry at go there first they dont just carry Auto parts they have lots of lighting for your bicycles as well and just crazy stuff once in awhile to they have a great selection of rattle can paint and their prices are awesome

Wonderful place. Very knowledgeable. We were working on a sandrail and had no idea what year the parts were and they didnt give up until they found what we needed.

As a child my Father frequented this establishment, at that time they always provided superb service and the knowledgeable staff helped in any way reasonably allowable, sometime even beyond that which I would consider reasonable. They even put up with a younger child drooling over every little thing when I had virtually no knowledge of what I was truly looking at. This is something I have found in my adult years to continue with the current staff and alone is enough to convince me to spend my hard earned dollars here.However even if you removed the incredible staff from the equation and rated this store based simply on value of parts it would once again take the lead by a large margin. Granted other stores can get you parts, and some of them will be the same but most likely at a higher cost, a specific example of difference in parts selection includes an exhaust clamp, a simple and inexpensive part. At Brooks this not only cost less than the competitors but was more robust and had better fitment to the advertised dimensions.As I am now of adult age, although in reality little more than a man child, I have continued this family tradition of supporting this store and cannot recommend it enough.

I have had two experiences with these guys.Needed a radiator fan sensor for a 92 Mazda 626. Every parts store in the Eugene Springfield area either couldnt get it for a week or couldnt get it at all. Not to mention the best price was almost fifty bucks. Not only did Brooks have the part, they gave it to me for $15.00.Blew a head gasket in my 82 Nissan 720. Once again nobody has the parts on hand and the price varied from 80 to 140 bucks for the complete gasket set. Brooks got me the kit in one day and still cost less than the lowest quote.I have never had any issues with part quality and you cant beat the prices.
