Very happy with my transmission rebuild. Fantastic shop. Good people And great work. 10/10 Would recommend.

4 years ago I had them do a complete rebuild my 1988 chevy 700r4 trans, and to this day it still has not leaked! It shifts perfectly as the day they rebuilt it. I am very happy with the work they have done.It was well worth the price, I would highly recommend them.

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They are the only shop in town I trust to give me straight, honest answers. They do great work and I cant recommend them enough.

Appreciate the diagnosis I received- several places couldnt figure out the issue- I was advised of a low cost fix I could do myself rather than an expensive overhaul. They took the time to ask the right questions and do a test drive on a busy day. These guys arent out to just make money- Thanks again!

Called for a price on a stall converter and was judged because I was a girl. I asked for a price of the converter and the guy on the phone couldnt give me an exact price and quoted double everyone in town then proceeds to tell me that he couldnt even get my car in for at least 3 weeks. I didnt ask for them to do the change just a price for the converter I need but he assumed and I needed him to do my work and didnt know what I was talking about because I was a girl. Definitely will not be calling them again.

There is no better transmission shop in the county. Lovely old guard cat too!

Fixed my little problem very quick and inexpensive

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! VERY BAD SERVICE, INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES!!!I took my car here and they supposedly honor AAA discounts, which they refused to give me, and when I got my car back it was $300 more than they said it would be at the very most, and a bunch of things didnt work on my car! power windows, windshield wipers and rear defrost, also a few engine lights were on. When I called to tell them this, they told me to check the spark plugs! what a bunch of idiots! I had to take it to the dealership and have everything reset and tested, when the shop should have had me bring it back and fixed it! Overpriced, rip off, untrustworthy and dishonest work! Please dont go here and make the same mistake that I did! Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere that knows what they are doing!

August 1st took 2007 GM VAN for diagnosis . needs a rebuilt transmission. could not install until Aug 26. called Aug 26 said they would call me back. no call back. called Aug 31 lady answered phone said do not know anything about it.would find out and call me back.no call back.called Sept 1 closed ! wow ! do not know about the quality of their work but customer service is bottom of the barrel. waste of my time .recommended from an auto shop. will not be using or recommending them.

I needed a replacement 2-3 accumulator spring for my 4R100. Not a part you can get from local autoparts shops. Called TS to see if they had a spring laying around and was told to bring what I got so they could match it. Was quoted $5 over the phone. Went in and left 5 minutes later with a replacement and wasnt charged (a used part with no warranty expected, F250 shifts smooth now). That is customer service.Also, visit the table if horrors at the back of the lobby. Oh the carnage!

Have always taken our vehicles there. Never a hiccup. Will always trust them. I dont get the negative comments here. Im very shocked that someone had a bad experience and that they feel about the company as they do.

I have been having car trouble for quiet a while now, I took it to the dealership to get checked out. They could not Find any problem and sent me on my way. The dealership refered me to the Transmition specialist, the guy came out checked out my car, said it was not the transmition, and gave us some tips on how to fix what he believed was the problem. To top it all there was no charge for anything. I was right in and right out. Really positive experience all together.

Such helpful and kind staff. Reasonable prices stand by their work.

They are super helpful and know their stuff. The owner has decades of experience and can diagnose most any drivetrain issue. They are honest & prices are fair. I thought my SUV had a transmission issue, described the clunking symptoms and owner suggested a tuneup w/new spark plugs first to check for misfiring. Problem solved! This is where many local shops send their transmission and drivetrain work to be done. I take all my vehicles here now for drivetrain maintenance. It takes a few weeks to get on the schedule for good reason...they are the best in Eugene!
