I’ve been going to Mad Auto for a while now and feel confident in saying that I trust these fellas 100% with all of my vehicles. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward with the work that they do. They also charge a decent price for the services that they offer compared to other shops in town. Also, a bonus in my own experience is that when you walk in, you’re NOT greeted by sales reps who potentially may try to pressure you or perhaps someone trying to sell you bull****. You’re greeted by Jeremy who is the shop owner and a really knowledgeable mechanic who will be working on your vehicle. He will listen to your concerns that you have with your vehicle, as well as provide you with straightforward feedback. Overall great experience at this shop.

Put in a new clutch for me. Have also been back for timing belt, radiator, tune up etc.. That alone says something good about them and their service. Also let me know of some issues that they spotted while doing repair. Pre work estimate was dead on the $. Very happy with my experience here.

Really nice people, fair prices, easy to work with, and they know what theyre doing. Not always an easy combination to find.

I brought in a older camper van to have jeromy examine and tell me what it needed. I specifically asked him about the engine and asked him if it was good. Jeromy told me the engine was good and suggested upgrading the carb. He told me this would enhance the experience of starting and driving it. What he failed to tell me was that there was a crack in the block. He only mentioned the crack in the block after he upgraded a engine that was useless. What kind of mechanic would suggest upgrading a engine that needs replaced?!?!? He refused to own up to this mistake and wants to charge me for the work. Mad auto repair took no blame for their mistake. I was clear from the get go that I needed him to examine everything and tell me what it needed. I am not a mechanic hence requesting him to do the examination. He gave me false information in regards to the condition of the engine and refuses to work with his customers. Save yourself a major headache and avoid this guy who clearly has no idea what he is doing.

Well worth the 25 drive to Mad Auto Repair in Eugene. Jeromy was A + Good, fast service & Honest Mechanic at a very good price for the job. A nice clean shop with all the tools for the job. I went for an oil change was told they would check everything out due to my engine light being on (light turned off the day before my appointment). 3 days later I have no coolant in my vehicle.This is unacceptable.

Excellent auto shop! Very friendly service and was able to talk with the mechanic directly. Brought my SUV in for 100,000 mi. maintenance. After they looked it over, I got a call explaining the things that should be done ASAP and also the things that could wait. Complete honesty, and very reasonably priced. I will be going back to MAD exclusively.

This is my new repair shop. If you want a Good and Honest Mechanic,go to Mad Auto Repair. I had alot of work done to my truck and a couple of the problems ended up just needing bolts to be taken out and lock tight put on. They even fixed my blinkers which I thought I couldnt afford to have them fix it this time around,although it ended up just being a bad connection. As long as Mad Auto Repair is around I will be taking my vehicles to them.

Last week our Ford Transit van died out of the blue at work and left me in a bit of a bind. I called Mad Auto and they quickly got on task, arranged for a tow(discounted even) and Jeromy the owner had it up on lift, diagnosed and repaired a couple hours later! Totally saved the day and we will be back for sure and recommend Mad Auto!

I’ve had the best service from them every time I’ve come in, also when I’ve broke down elsewhere and had to call in. They have the knowledge, experience and customer service that is better than I’ve every found anywhere else. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a savvy and trustworthy mechanic!

We are from out of town so had no idea where to go. Stopped here as we lost half our power in our pick-up. I think it was a God thing. Mr Madison was very nice and hooked us up to the computer, told us what we needed, ordered it. Next day we went in and the company had sent the wrong part. He paid for overnight shipping and got the right part in. We got it and one other sensor replace. He took the time out of his busy, yes very busy, schedule to fix us out of towners in. Thank you.
