Delicious, fresh, and always friendly! Some of, if not the best bagels in town, and their sandwiches are amazing as well! My only complaint (for both their downtown and w 11th locations) is lack of parking. This can be prohibitive for folks who want to order at the counter, but if you call in and grab + go, it becomes much less of an issue. Great folks!

This place was such a fun find! I enjoyed meeting my husband here for lunch! We got there around 12:30 on a Friday afternoon and we did have to wait in a short line. We stayed to eat. The tables are limited, but it looked as if most people just took their food to go. They also have outside seating available if you prefer it. The parking is limited as well. The place looked fairly clean and had a public restroom. It was an interesting building. It looked like they took a warehouse and just revamped it, but I personally like the feel of it. The staff was excellent as well, but we did have to wait awhile for our food. Hence the 4 stars..

The food is very good. The staff is good. The setup is difficult to work with.I recommend looking at their menu online and ordering for pick up about 5 min ahead. The dining area is closed off and you have to wait in this small space on the side or in your car.

Big sandwiches for a great price. Staff seems to take covid precautions seriously, which is a great comfort.

I adore Bagel Sphere! The Carried Away bagel is my favorite. Its an Everything Bagel with caraway seeds. The biscuits are super fluffy and mouth wateringly amazing. The staff is quick and super friendly. Whats better than fresh authentic bagels?

I was a little hesitant to buy a bagel from a warehouse, but it turned out to be fantastic! Their chai is delicious too!

The staff here is super friendly. The atmosphere is nice, they have lots of tables and chairs and nice music playing too. They had a wide variety of bagels to choose from. They were pretty good too!

Absolutely awful! Showed up 4 minutes to 8, doors open and was refused service. Refused to sell me an already bagged up pack of bagels. I could have simply given the lady Cash she could have rang up in 4 minutes... When business is slow, never say no! Well never be back

Ordered The Pearl (needs thin slices of lemon to take it to the next level!) and the Pizza Melt(?). Both delicious. Will return for sure!

Despite the changes with COVID, I think theyre on top of everything. I always have a good experience there. Just make sure to talk loudly while you give your order; its a little noisy in there (not their fault, just the machines).

Best bagels I’ve had in town! We love this bagel spot. They’ve got a good selection of fresh bagels, some pastries and coffee bar. Everything is made on site and the staff are super friendly and fast. We’ve been back several times since we found them.

Accuracy is not their strength. I order from here frequently because the food is good, but every time... And I do mean EVERY time... My order is incorrect. Today I bought lunch for my whole staff and every single sandwich was made incorrectly. Luckily my runner caught the mistake before she came back with wrong food for everyone and we enjoyed the wrong sandwiches too, but really... At some point accuracy needs to be addressed with this team.

The store was small but had a decent selection of take out bagals and sandwiches available. Service was friendly and prompt.

Never a let down. Vegetarian options, decently quick service, options galore, and more than your normal bagel pit-stop. I wouldnt suggest the Italian soda BUT everything else Ive tried here has been exceedingly satisfying. I love how fresh their food is and the atmosphere inside is quite fascinating. Definitely a must-try.

Weve never visited the actual store, but its our Saturday morning ritual to order bagels via GrubHub and were never disappointed with the quality and variety of their bagels. Our faves: The McKenzie, The Happy Valley and the Bacon Classic (with tomato, cheddar and extra bacon). Highly recommended if you like morning bagels!

Amended 9/26/19I come to this bagel place every morning that I am in West Eugene and I take my family there on weekends sometimes. Every time I would get the same thing; a carried away bagel, toasted with plain cream cheese, onion and tomato. For cream cheese its $1.40, for onion .50 and for tomato .50 + the price of the bagel. It would come to $3.55. I would usually get a coffee as well making it around $5. Today I ordered my usual and the woman behind the counter didnt ask me if I was a rewards member and rang me up for a veggie bagel sandwich which comes with 2 extra vegetables. The total was $6.99. I politely told her no that is not rung up the right way and she proceeded to tell me that every other person that has rung me up over the past year or more has been doing it wrong and she is doing it right.I dont know how it makes sense to charge someone extra money for vegetables they arent ordering. They already charge .50 for a slice of onion and .50 for 2 slices of tomato. I had no time to argue because I was on my way to work, but needless to say I will never bring my business to this bagel place again. I have referred a half a dozen people there and I will never recommend this place to anyone again either. They make good bagels, but their workers are rude, uncaring and will try to ring you up wrong and then argue with you when you try to correct them.The time before this I was told theyd have to charge me an extra dollar if I want it open face because they put extra vegetables on it. I ordered sandwich style so I would not be charged a whole dollar for 2 more slices of tomato and 1 more slice of onion. The bagels are good but my lox bagel had WAY too much cream cheese, making it pretty awful. The atmosphere is cool counter bakery. But there is no real silverware or cups, just paper cups, paper lined baskets and plastic cutlery which makes cutting up your food almost important. The drip coffee is way too expensive! This place need some help.

I love this place! They have the best poppy seed bagels. Always make a stop at this place. Try the poppy seed bagel with veggie cream cheese and the Mexican hot chocolate.

Food is a great alternative to normal lunch options and very tasty. Their service isnt so great. Three different times they have forgotten to make my order. I usually order a melt and I have been there for an hour trying to get a quick lunch. Staff seems unorganized and unmotivated to serve. I hope it improves because it is a good lunch option close to my office.

Bagels are great, I loved the salted bagel with their brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese. The coffee was also top notch definitely will be visiting again soon

Totally decent bagels. Probably the best in town. Its a large commercial bakery with an ad hoc cafe, so its not exactly gushing with charm or creature comfort, but its decent. Much better service and better serving sizes than their downtown location.

I had a bagel Willamette sandwich here with a white chocolate mocha. The sandwich was good the bagel was very tough and for the price I thought it was a little expensive. But it had good flavor with the avocado and it seemed everything else was very fresh. The coffee was good flavor could have been hotter! Prono nice place would come back here again just a little overpriced I think.

The atmosphere is great, the service was decent and the food was good. It took a little longer than I expected and it would have nice to be given napkins. A good place. Ill probably visit again.

I payed for 3 beagles, a blueberry scone (which I never got) and a bag of chips. I tried to call and the number does not have a voicemail set up! They were not busy at all and also neglected to give me a single napkin.

I got a bacon egg cheese on a jalapeno bagel. It was very tasty so say the least! Very fresh product! It could have used a bit more egg and bacon. Other than that, keep up the good work!

Ive been coming here for a couple of years and while the bagels are good the staff has had its ups and downs. For a while they had a great crew and I was happy to get my daily bagel and coffee from them but the new staff isnt so great. From passive aggressive b.s. at the till to repeated mistakes with the order. Ive gone from a daily customer to once or twice a month. Im probably not going back again. Maybe when they change staff again it will get better.

.95 for a bagel is a fair price and the bagels are tasty. 2.35 for the same bagel with cream cheese added is a bit too much IMO. The staff are pleasant but the wait times can be extraordinarily long. Despite working very close by I rarely come in due to the wait.

The bagels/creations are wonderful. The coffee is good. I wish the atmosphere was better. This primarily is a take out establishment. I would love if they expanded/remodeled and served a signature side with the bagels.

Food was good. Customer service left much to be desired. We stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged by the 2 employees behind the counter just feet away. Employees seemed short and bothered to take my order.

I love the bagels and the items on the menu, the problem is consistency. More than once I have ordered an item to go and when I open it its missing the meat or something, sometimes its the wrong item. This is pretty frustrating considering that there are several people working there behind the counter and only one customer.

Always fresh and tasty. However they stopped making their garlic artichoke cream cheese which is disappointing. I like the revamp of the ordering system though. Would always recommend calling in your order!

I love their bagels but my pet peeve with them is the people behind the counter do not listen to you. I always ask for the lightest possible coating of cream cheese. Ive explained it to them MANY times....paper thin, just a very very light coating, etc. And EVERY TIME, I have to scrape off the glob they have put on. It is so annoying. Got one this morning, and so much cream cheese on it that when I opened the package, cream cheese was oozing out the top through the hole in the bagel. Why cant they LISTEN to you when you order?

Love Bagel Sphere! I have been coming to bagel sphere since I moved here in 2005. Always fresh bagels and cream cheese. Love their garlic artichoke cream cheese.

I go to Bagelsphere quite regularly on Saturday mornings, and am ways greeted warmly by all.of the staff. The bagels are extremely good with more than 10 different cream flavors to choose from each day. They offer great egg sandwich options. For lunch time they have tasty soups and various lunch sandwich options. The tuna salad is delicious. Overall the experience is always top notch. Service trumps everything for my decision making and service here is always top notch. Then paired with good, consistent quality product this place is definitely 5 stars.

Good bagels as well as their cream cheese! The owner just happens to be a Colorado transplant, just as we are. We hope this store does well and that he will open a place in our little city of Junction City.

The service is definitely lacking. The employees talked amongst themselves while I tried to make a coffee order. The overall setup is also really awkward and weird to navigate. Especially when the people behind the counter look annoyed when your not sure which side your supposed to order food or coffee at.
