They must be really good. After waiting 2 weeks for an alignment appointment, they found that some parts needed to be replaced before the alignment could be done. Unfortunately, they had no room in their schedule book to accomplish the repairs for at least the next month, after which Ill be out of town for an extended period. Id still recommend them based on their good reputation and popularity.

Amazing folks here, I snap my track bar and a few other things wrong with my suspension couple of weeks ago, and was recommended to come to Kaiser... they were booked out due to holiday bookings and appointments but were kind enough to give me a safe place to park with electricity and water while I waited for the parts to arrive plus a open time slot for them to fit me in. 2 weeks later just after New years eve, Im up and getting the repairs done now, amazing service 5 stars all around and lovely people to interact with as well. definitely come here if you have any issues with a big rig on the west coast these guys will look after you for sure. highly recommended.

Im from out of town and they worked me in. Fixed the carrier and checked the fluids. Had my truck fixed and on my way the same day. They do a great job.

They could not give me an appointment for the dates I needed but they were very friendly and professional and they did offer the name of another shop that could help with the axle alignment on my RV trailer

After a tire blow out and damage to the axles, we were referred to this business by Junction City RV. Our RV was in their possession for nearly 4 MONTHS and was returned to us with the power cord damaged (the ground wire was broken off) and the latch for the side cargo hold broken. When contacted, they denied responsibility for the nearly new power cord and stated they did not enter the cargo area despite the fact that the leveling system is accessed thru this area. Unfortunately, there were few choices in where to get the damages repaired, otherwise we definitely would have gone elsewhere. We are not done with this issue!! BEWARE before you willingly use their services........You also need to be wary of the 3% surcharge if you plan on paying with a credit card for any services rendered...who does this anymore??

Work requested: Front alignment, check tire balance, inspect brakes, identify noticeable issue, make recommendations. Work completed: alignment was adjusted, balanced tires, inspected brakes (they were good), replaced front two tires. Finished up with road test.Work was performed as described. The garage was very busy, but the staff took time to answer questions and provide updates. Appreciated the recommendation to replace front two tires. Coach rides much smoother now. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill. Comparing the cost forsimilar services in AZ, Kaiser is a great value especially for the quality delivered.

Excellent service. Had several suspension & frame upgrades to our 2018 class a gas RV. Give them a call and tell them what chassis you have (Fseries) and your GVWR. They will let you know your options.Received quotes from different vendors. They were not the least expensive but they were the most knowledgable and timely. Very happy with the results, better,safer more comfortable drive. No fatigue after 4 hours of steering those big tires. Less bobbing and swaying, safer towing, smoother and faster. 👍🙂👍

Rip off...overcharged me by $200 for parts that are in stock at NAPA, and they probably get cheaper than list price anyway (including delivery). Then they charged over an hour of shop time for R&R that entailed removing just 4 easily accessible bolts. Didnt call to confirm what the final price would be. Just overall terrible business practices, I recommend you stay away.

I have taken my travel trailer in to them twice. First time to have axles aligned second to move shocks to permit use of tire chains. Both times the staff and technicians were very professional.

Have a cracked fifth wheel trailer frame? This is the place to have it fixed, provided you can get your trailer there. Within three days, Kaiser repaired nearly a dozen large cracks on the Lippert frame of our toy hauler. They also added cross supports and were able to fix a cracked slideout mechanism. The crew is experienced with trailer frame repairs and provided excellent customer service, walking me through the process and allowing me to go underneath the rig with them multiple times to check on progress. Thanks to their handiwork were back on the road and the trailer pulls better than ever. Highly recommended.

Our 2005 GMC van had an unsafe front end wobble when braking. We had it in to another shop which could not find the problem. Kaiser Brake and Align. identified and fixed the problem very fast. I would highly recommend this shop!

Took my RV in for an alignment. Got a call less than an hour after that telling me I needed almost a thousand dollars of work done on it, said there were some warn parts. Cost included the alignment. My gut told me that something was wrong here so I said no. Yep. Took the RV to another place I trust, showed them the list of parts Kaiser said I needed to replace and they said no they dont need to be replaced and completed my alignment. And Kaiser charged me a $25 inspection fee. Buyer beware here.

My Monaco Knight Motorhome went here for alignment 5/24/13. The sir pressure in the tires was not consistent. It pulls to the left. It needs to go back to be chevked snd readjusted. It is so inconvenient to take vehicles back more than once to get it right.

Unqualified gratitude!We had the lug nuts on one of our 5th-wheels... wheels shear off on the freeway. The damage to the suspension and whole undercarriage frame was crippling. It was incredibly disheartening, because everywhere we looked repair services were booked weeks to months out. As an emergency measure, Kaiser worked us into incremental time slots, whenever someone was available. The gentleman that did much of the welding was extremely conscientious, giving thorough explanations on what he was seeing and dealing with on the frame. They worked with our budget, straightening and strengthening the frame.I had viewed things underneath, previously, where repairs had been spot welded. After leaving Kaiser though, I had reason to climb under the trailer, while checking a waterline; and I was amazed at the amount of structural work that had been accomplished. Re-welding (not tackwelding but very solid, comprehensive welding) was throughout the framework, with supports added to strengthen and stabilize. I dont have adequate words to express how much we appreciate the sense of security that comes from knowing the kind of work that has gone into our home.
