Service person was helpful, attentive, intelligent, and quick. I wish I remembered his name so I could commend him. In and out with no hiccups. No waiting in line. iPhone SE 2020 screen replaced and works perfectly. A little more expensive than some other places, but it was really easy to get it taken care of and looks/works great, so I am happy.

Ordered a key fob online, picked it up in store and when I got it open not only was it the wrong fob but it was broken. I took the fob back to the store the next day and not only did they sell me the right fob for the same price as the one I bought originally, they fixed the internal parts of my old key fob that they were putting inside the new shell! Love these guys and would totally buy from them again!

I had an amazing experience with this company. I had them change my battery on my Tag watch. And there was a mishap that happened with it. I went to them and told them of what happened and they took full accountability for it and listened to my concern and followed up and made sure my watch worked perfectly. After calling around different places, I found Batteries + Bulbs online. The online site said, I could get 10% off my purchase. I badly & urgently needed a battery for my 2013 Kia Soul! today, because I was stranded & had to get my vehicle jump started. After comparing prices, speaking to different places, Batteries + Bulbs was the best in price & even installed it for me too. The battery installation in my vehicle isnt easy either. They also honored the online 10% discount, even though I was a drive in. Some of the other best things too were, that they carried my battery, had only one left, set it aside for me & they are open until 8pm. Everyone else closed at 5pm, or didnt carry my battery at all, or were higher priced. I will gladly recommend them to everyone! Discovered they have AA and AAA batteries that have a 12 year shelf life, so I gladly purchased those to replace the cheap, no good batteries in my drawer. The people that work there are very helpful. I needed 2 new 12 volt batterys and they had them and soldered them together for my kids electric toy motorcycle. They have a great battery selection of all types as well as light bulbs. If you need it I would bet that theyd have it.

Bought my car battery online and scheduled an installation for 12pm. I walked in at 11:50am, told them I had an appointment and walked out with a new installed battery at 12:03pm. You cannot beat that anywhere! Great customer servive and a great battery at a good price!

While I was encouraged to see friendly staff and a clean, well organized store I was disappointed by the prices. I was quoted a little over $140 for a key fob and set up. I purchased the same key fob off of Amazon for $13 and set it up in about a minute. Im sure they do have some products and services that are worth their quoted price but Im disappointed to see such a disparity here.

Took my phone in to have the battery replaced. It was fairly quick and they did an awesome job. The man that replaced it even put my phone on the charger while they waited for me to come pick it up.

Getting a little pricey. $20 for lifetime replacement of a $5 battery that I replace every 3-4 years (on a product that has about 8-10 years of use by me), or $13 for the battery. Moat recent visit the person who helped me lack of d the basic people skills necessary to be considered customer service, and left fingerprints all over the items I brought in...in this time of COVID.

Ok I would have givin this place five stars except out of all the attentive staff ONLY Jack had amazing costume service. This kid was kind and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in a place full of men who needed attitude adjustments. He was fast and efficient, not to mention my dog liked him, he didnt even shy away when he saw how big she is (150lbs) If I have to go back there it would only be because of him. The store is tiny neat and does have a variety of stuff.

I was absolutely blown away by this place yesterday! After repeated attempts to find a replacement for this very specific ac/dc light switch cord my puppy had destroyed (which illuminates a special alter in my home), and visits to several local hardware stores who could offer no help, i took a chance and popped in Batteries Plus on Coburg Rd. They were super organized and had a big staff for such a small space. During my short wait for personal help, i looked around and thought there was no way they could carry this part. I felt surely i would be inconveniencing them just to ask. Then this man (manager?) approaches and i show him this ripped up sad little cord i’ve had in my purse for a couple of months, and say i know this is a long shot, but can you help?He takes this into his office workshop and starts cutting and stripping the wire and soldering in great detail and finesse. My jaw is dropping that he is rebuilding this totally chewed up cord, and informed me that these are proprietary so i really wouldn’t have been able to replace it. So he does this so skillfully right in front of me, completely fixes it and then doesn’t even charge me! This whole thing made me so happy, and felt like old-fashioned real service that is never ever found anymore.Thank you so much!

Went here to get a new battery for my laptop. I was lucky enough to find out they had a compatible battery in stock and they even installed it for me.

I needed an iPad battery replaced. I came in and got it checked out and then returned at a later date to order the battery for replacement. They ordered it and said it should be in in a few days. I didnt get notified despite having provided my information. I called in and spoke with two different people who were sympathetic to the situation and said the battery was there but didnt have any indicator for whom to contact. Data entry errors happen. They offered to expedite the shipping when I brought the device in. I brought it in the next day only to find out that they couldnt have it repaired because they cant send the battery they ordered to the repair place. They ordered a battery they couldnt send to have the device repaired with. Up until the end the service was pleasant, unfortunately it meant a runaround for me. Oh well. I suppose my recommendation is show up with everything you need the day you intend on doing business here and make sure its all handled in person. Despite two people assuring me it would be fixed it was unfortunately not. Going to CPR to hopefully get some help.

What a great place! My husband’s cell phone wouldn’t keep a charge and we asked them to replace the battery. While working on it, the phone broke. Batteries plus Bulbs sent us to a nearby repair place and footed the bill! Wow! We did not expect that for sure! We didn’t even ask for any compensation because accidents and unforeseen problems can always arise —- but they just asked for our address and said a check will be in the mail soon! My S10+ broke Saturday night. I called Sunday and was able to get the front screen and the back glass replaced. It only took about 2.5 hours. My phone works good as new and for a decent price.

Very disappointed. They broke a screw on my phone and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I have an iPhone XS, so it’s not cheap. The first screen they installed on my phone didn’t work. I had to come back 2 times for them to fix it. And the screen protector on my phone broke within 24 hours and I didn’t even drop it. Poor quality. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Attention to detail and quality service is not their passion.

Yes they have what you need with good service. Prices are very high and I am always able to find it online about 30 to 50 percent cheaper. Bought a top of the line motorcycle battery with a 12 month warranty. 13 months later the battery had a internal short and left me stranded out in the middle of nowhere. They offered me 10 percent off of my next purchase and I told them no thank you and moved on. That is not customer service.

The people here are nice, but I wouldnt get your phone battery replaced. I was struggling with constant low battery on an old phone. I had them replace it, and I can barely tell a difference in the battery life. On top of that, my phone is so much slower now. It has enormous difficulty playing the same games that it played flawlessly before. I am seriously disappointed because it cost a lot of money and I cant afford to replace my phone.

Verizon stores are closed on Sunday, Costco doesnt repair Iphones, only sells them. Thank goodness Batteries + was open and had a battery for my phone. Within half an hour, they had me up and back online. Excellent service.

After dealing with multiple other vendors for the same products and then calling Batteries plus I will drive out of my way to use them. Theyre fast, theyre knowledgeable, and they wont sell you a product you dont need. My only complaint is their Coburg road location sucks for parking and store space.

I had to get a battery that day about a week ago and so Im grateful you are here.I will say though, I do not appreciate the hard sell that I was getting to buy other products. I would not recommend this place for watch battery replacement. I took my high end designer watch in that is brand new for a battery replacement. First, the employee was unprofessional and not friendly. Second and worst of all, the man put my watch back on upside down. The watch back has screws and is supposed to be in a certain position due to the crown. I grabbed the watch and left when I got home I realized the watch wasnt running. Of course I thought the worst that somehow there was something wrong with my BRAND new watch. But nothing was wrong with the watch, because the guy put the back on wrong, the crown couldnt go back into the pushed in position which made it not run. This actually caused the watch to get a few small scratches from the crown being pressed against metal when it shouldnt have been. Lastly, the man removed the manufacturer sticker from the back when it wasnt necessary to do so to change the back and gave me the watch back without the sticker.I had to go buy a tiny screw driver and remove the back and put it in the right position. I always use skeies jewelers for my battery replacement but due to COVID-19 they were not doing battery replacements. I will never go to batteries plus again and wouldnt recommend any one get a battery replaced here.

They replaced the battery in my android phone which was fine but did not warn me that data could be lost. So I lost many photos.

Nice guys but do not buy the lifetime cell phone battery replacement for $60. Apparently the life time is only a one year warranty. Your better off getting a OEM battery online for $20.

I purchased a Duracell battery for my power mower. The battery didn’t last but a few months. I took it back and was told it was no good. Unfortunately, despite paying for a top of the line battery, i learned it only had a six month warranty and I had owned the battery a year. When I took it in the sales person was very curt and impolite and essentially said to bad for me. When I learned that this expensive battery only had a six month warranty I didn’t expect them to give me a new battery but I expected to be treated courteously and perhaps a discount on the new battery. I don’t plan on returning to the Coburg Road store.
