My second new car lease with Billy Krebs and lithia Auto. I got to tell you I shopped around first and dealt with some of the dealers up north trying to get the best price because I kind of felt I had to. I mean those guys advertise all sorts of stuff and lithia doesnt advertise quite as much. The bottom line is in the end after total frustration with the dealers up north, I called Billy. Within 24 hours he had located the exact car I wanted, even a little better, got me approved and everything went smoothly. With the dealers up north all sorts of weird stuff happened and I was beginning to feel I was never going to get approved for a lease. I will never even consider another dealership or sales person, I learned my lesson. Thank you Billy Krebs for making it so easy.

UPDATE: Traded in my Jeep and saw that this dealership has it now. DO NOT BUY IT. It leaks and mold will grow. An old picture of the Jeep is attached. VIN 1C4BJWFG2FL529051. Blue Rubicon JKU, hard top with 3 Teraflex lift.Mold growing because Jeep refuses to fix their mistakes. I purchased my JKU on 27 February 2015 and when the rain in autumn and winter of 2015 began, I noticed a few drops of water on the inside of my driver door. I convinced myself that it was not a leak as the vehicle was barely a year old. I took a trip out of country during autumn of 2016 and I received a message from my father that said my Jeep had inches of standing water in the floorboards and that there was mold growing on my seats, ceiling, and carpet. I cut my trip short and came home at the beginning of December of 2016. By this point all four of my door seals, the header seal, and the rear hatch seal leaked when it rained.I was able to schedule an appointment for 16 December 2016 at the Lithia dealership here in Eugene, Oregon. They were replaced my seals without any fuss. A couple of weeks later my door seals began leaking again. I scheduled a new appointment for 18 January 2017. My door seals and header seal were again replaced. About a month went by before my seals began leaking again. A new appointment was scheduled for 25 March 2017. All of my door seals and my hard top seals were again replaced. I was informed that my rear hatch window was warped and that the glass had also been replaced. They told me that all of my seals were fixed and that I would not have any more problems with them.October 2017 comes around and the rain begins, along with the leaks. I again schedule an appointment, this one for 31 October 2017. On this visit the dealership informed me that they would not fix my seals under warranty because I was over 36,000 miles. I informed them that I had purchased the extended warranty and that they are responsible because this is the fourth time that I am bringing it in to them for the same issue. They refused and told me that Jeeps leak and that its just something that I have to deal with. The audacity and lack of integrity that I have experienced since then from the Lithia dealership here in Eugene is outrageous and unforgivable.In January of 2018 I called a customer service representative who was very helpful. Long story short, I made an appointment for 17 January 2018 but this time I had to pay out of pocket. I was told that if it was covered under warranty then I would be reimbursed. It was covered but I was never reimbursed. After the fifth time of bringing it in, and the fourth time of having my seals replaced, I thought that I would finally be done with this nightmare.My seals began leaking during Spring of 2018. I called Lithia and was again told that they could not (or perhaps would not) help me. The individual I spoke to told me that the Wranglers leak and that is something that I have to live with and that it is not their problem. I decided to take my Jeep to the Jeep dealership in Cottage Grove, Oregon because of how poorly Lithia had treated me. The dealership in Cottage Grove told the people of Jeep that were handling my case that I had tampered with my hardtop. A blatant lie to get out of shelling out the money to fix a faulty vehicle. I took my JKU back to Lithia and had them inspect it. This appointment was on 05 June 2018. My seals were again replaced but required me to pay my deductible of $100.When the rain started again in Fall, my doors again began leaking. I wrote a letter to the Jeep Head Office and an Oregon representative contacted me. He told me that they were not responsible for their faulty product, they are not doing anything to help me, and that Jeeps leak and its something that I will just have to deal with. He attempted to manipulate me into trading in my Jeep and purchasing one of the new JLs. Rather than seek a solution to the problem at hand, he attempted to squeeze more money out of me. I will never do business with Fiat, Jeep, or any affiliated company ever again.

Everyone was there to help me. Masks were wore by everyone. It was beginning to get late while I was there, and my son didnt have a mask, and my sales man, went out of his way to find him one. He also got us some snacks and dribble to hold us over till we got home.

Misdiagnosed my repairs by 2000 dollars people if you can get a second opinion, if possible never go to a dealership always on an up sell. Find a local mechanic and or diesel mechanic like Chris Coffman outta Veneta

I dropped off my Jeep for a recall issue & it took them a couple of days to get it resolved. When I stopped to pick it up I was super unhappy to find they had left several of the windows cracked while it was in their lot & the night before it rained quite heavy. However, they didnt mention this to me until I get in and instantly my butt gets soaked. I start looking around and see evidence of a hasty attempt to dry the inside, but they didnt say anything when they gave me my keys. I went in and asked and only then did they tell me what happened. That is very poor customer service & clearly they dont respect their customer vehicles.

I feel like Im treated fairly and without most of the run-around that you see in the car business. Overall great team of sales and finance people.Theyll tell you right up front what their pricing is and they dont seem to want to waste time with dickering over the final price plus add on. Youll still get the hey we offer this, but they show you the price sheet with both the right out the door and with add-on prices for direct comparison. Also they seem to offer the best for trade-ins that Ive seen from local dealerships.Thats why I keep coming back to here for my cars.

I am writing to update a previous review i gave.I must say i am greatly disapointed in the long run. Dont get me wrong they were exceedingly kind and welcome in every way but now that time has passed it is infinitely clear that this was the usuall if not an excellent and well oiled orchestrial presentation that fails dramatically in comparison to good and honest sales and SERVICE.In my particular case I was helping sister out traveling over a hundred miles to have warranty service done on a preowned vehicle that she purchased with obvious damage. At a premium price. a thing that was discussed and certainly assured of ampl quality repair in the event any issues with the vehicle arrose. Unfortunatly issues did, preticularly with the rear end of a Nissan titan truck that was and is obviously stilI not right but certainly outside of the warranty alotted to it as pre owned. Im now certain that the problem the whole time was dishonesty by the service department and the failure to replace the entire rear axle as i easily assertained with no more special equipment then a good straightedge and a square. Instead the damaged and junk parts were greased and the truck was shall i say dynamited to reference a technique used to sell a wore out horse at market there by giving it enough zip to pass as a healthy and young stud when it really is a sway back with one foot in the glue factory.THREE TIMES the truck was taken all the way from coos bay to eugene and all three times the problem was half fixed and sent back with promises of longevity. I am now going to spend over two thousand dollars on parts from another far more reputable junk yard and REPLACE THE ENTIRE REAR AXLE ASSEMBALY like they should have, could have, and would have, had they a single shake of honest piss to there names.Im not satisfied and you get the review fitting your poor performance that could more Iiberally be considered to be down right crooked. A word of caution to anyone that may be thinking of purchasing at this establishment. Beware the Snake Oil Salesmen. Dont feel overly releived or encouraged by any promise that is made at or before you have signed the contract, as they dont feel that the words that come out of there lips should be any reason to provide a standard of care becoming of a good business or that their actions should resemble the language of their silver tongues promise. Very unfortunate that these mongrals should represent such a wonderful auto manufacturer. I have had wonderful experience with every nissan ive ever owned but these people are a blemish on the face of the automobile they pedal and the entire dealership community

Went to test drive a truck. They let me drive it for a good distance in different settings. Came back and they let me drive it for 20 to 30mins without them in the vehicle. Did not end up buy the truck from them but I did end up buying a identical truck from a private seller.

They are always great about getting me in for an oil change without an appointment. The problem I have is that unlike jiffy lube, they do not check your cars liquids to make sure they are full. Ive left here twice without any antifreeze, and once with very low water.I was also once told that I needed to schedule an urgent repair on a leaky axle. I ignored the suggestion, and the next time I came in, the problem wasnt an issue anymore. Go figure.
