We live in Bend. No dealer Sprinter service here in Bend. Eugene Mercedes Benz is closest for service on our converted Sprinter van. In winter, a 2 1/2 hour drive over a snowy pass. Two times now they didn’t have parts, even though they were aware of the problem with the van prior to each appointment and they know we are driving over from Bend. First time we had to drive home and come back two days later. Lots of driving!Most recently, appointment was at 11:00 am for replacing failed wheel speed sensor. I had talked to them on phone day before to assure parts would be available prior to my appt. I waited for the work to be completed.They did not look at vehicle until 3:00 pm. At 4:00 pm, Jason, our service rep, informed me that they did not have the part and repair couldn’t be completed for two days. Our Sprinter was disabled and could not be driven because failing part had been taken out, apparently prior to knowing whether they had the replacement part in stock. We needed the van and could not wait 2 days. I protested the poor service. They ended up using a used part out of another Sprinter on their lot.I did make it back home after 260 miles of driving, nearly six hours of waiting for a task that should have taken an hour, and a used replacement part instead of a new part. A fun 12 hour trip! They did invite me to come back over to replace the used part with a new part. I can’t wait!Extremely frustrating. I wouldn’t buy a car or a van there. I won’t be going back for any service. I would avoid their Sprinter service at all costs.
Started with Amber after building the car online, through Mercedes website. Amber immediately called and was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The next week I drove over to finalize car details with Amber and get vehicle on order. The car came in and was more spectacular than I could have imagined and was a very special surprise for my wife. Service was amazing! Came in for some work on the Sprinter, which they did an amazing job on. Jason was my point of contact at the dealership and he did a great job! Stayed in touch and scheduled all my complimentary shuttle rides to and from the dealership. Melody who drove the shuttle was super nice and sweet too. They also had a mini breakfast bar with complimentary fresh fruits, juices, pastries and bagels. They also cleaned the inside of my vehicle which was a nice suprise bonus. I would come here again without hesitation as they made you feel at home and really went out of their way to take care of you.

Absolutely unreal experience here. My husband and I are trying to trade in our SL AMG, and get a newer car... never have I walked into a dealership that I have ALREADY BEEN TO and had begun the paperwork process, only to be greeted with “are you here for a job interview?” And we asked specifically not to work with Ryan, who from the very beginning has tried to push us off onto his coworkers even if they are very busy, only to be repeatedly matched up with him because they seem to only listen to someone over 60y/o.Robert the manager finally tuned in to help, but the best he came up with after hearing the issues, was “I don’t even know if I WANT to take your car” and “you should take it back to where you got it from”. What a way to treat people...

We ordered a custom car from MB OF EUGENEMr. Rod Bay and Mr. Ralph Parshall helped us build a beautiful car, Mercedes Benz GLE 53 AMG the building process was entertaining for my son and I, we picked colors, packages, exhaust, wheels, choices etc.Couple days ago we got our car which was sitting on the show room floor waiting to be unveiled for my family to see. I went to order a replacement key for my Mercedes and was told I needed proper proof of ownership which is standard procedure and I of course have all documentation. Then I am told they will not give me my key unless the car is there to program and make sure I actually own the car. First off there is no programming needed on this vehicle once a new key is made, I of course research before calling. And second there is absolutely no reason to have to bring a vehicle to them so they can see I own it even though I have all legal documents so they can order key to begin with! I called another dealership and they do not require the vehicle to be present to release key after its ordered just necessary documents to order it. So my business will be going to them instead!

I purchased the 2016 Sprinter crew van in 2017 Oct.After I purchased, I noticed the tiny water stain on the ceiling panel which I did not care that much. After few months the water stain were getting bigger.So I took the van to the dealer, and they found the hole on roof seam area & fix them temporary & they said it need be go to body shop to fix permanently.Few month later It started leaking again took them to dealer again.This time they sent out to body shop to inspect the water leak.After test, the body shop found another leak from the rear door area & they just fix the rear door area without permanently fixing the first leaking area. they clean the ceiling water stain.After one month I see the water stain again same spot roof seam area.I took them again, they did the water test & could not found the leaking.I asked them to replace the roof sealer, but their answer was NO, becausehe did not want to make them worse.Now they said there is nothing they can do even though they visually see the water stain on the ceiling panel same spot from the beginning.I could not believed myself their respond.I went dealer 4 times & 45 days in the shop with same leaking problem, but still unsolvedI had to call the lawyer & file the claims.
Jason is the best! He goes over everything in detail and answers any questions you may have. My van was washed and looked brand new following my service, too. That was an unexpected treat. MB of Eugene rocks! Their team consistently provides super service. All the staff are skilled, attentive; friendly service always. Setting up an airbag replacement clinic, twice, so that central Oregon MB Sprinter owners wouldnt have to travel 3 hours to Eugene is an excellent example of how far they are willing to go to provide exceptional service.
From start to finish, MB of Eugene is a class act. I took my C300 in for an oil change and service. When I arrived, I was taken promptly to my service adviser, who walked me through everything I needed to know. I was able to get a shuttle ride home and even back to the dealer once my car was done, unusual for many dealers! They washed the car very nicely and cleaned the interior too. All in all a great experience.

The best service experience Ive ever had, ever! . Matthew was very professional and informative. My car (e63s amg) was taken very well care of, and inspected thoroughly. Service was performed and had clear and precise documents of everything they did and saw. Picked it up after they finished giving it a hand wash and interior vacuum and clean. Very impressed. Will be purchasing additional warranty and prepaid services after my warranty is up.

From the time I arrived the experience was very professional and friendly. I was told the tech would be sanitizing my cab both before and after the service then informed where I could wait. The airbag change out was done quickly and the staff handling the paperwork had me on my way.

My advise is to buy a Tesla. Not only is Oregon electricity a steal at 7 cents a kilowatt, equating to 270 miles range for a mere $7, but buying a Tesla will spare you the discomfort of meeting the Brown, coffee stained teeth having General Manager Robert Wilson.This place sucks.

Thank you Scott! What a wonderful experience on Saturday. We were in town visiting our son, who drives my older C class, and needed a new battery in the key fob. Scott said that unfortunately their service department was closed for the day. We thanked him and went to leave, thinking we might take his recommendation on going to a Batteries Plus place. He then jogged up and said Hey, I may be able to help you after all! 5 minutes later he was back with a fob all batteried up, and would not take any payment! A rare thing at a Benz dealership! I don’t own a Mercedes, but I met a man today that does. He’s traveling, and I believe he lives in his van, or at least travels a lot. Well, the van broke down, so the very kind people of Mercedes in Eugene hooked him up with water and electricity and even let him borrow a vehicle until his car part was replaced. He said that he’s never been to a nicer place, and could not think of a better place to be stranded than here..! This made my day.If I could afford one, I’d buy a Mercedes.
Warranty work to replace airbags on my sprinter chassis. The gang from MB Eugene did a road trip to repair these in Bend, OR. Amelia, Jason, and the whole crew were nothing but professional and efficient. They got me in early and I was out before I could finish my lunch they provided. Can’t wait to see them again for regular service visits

I purchased a new 2010 Mercedes Benz for over $52,000 only to find out I have a rear main seal leak on a well maintained low miles vehicle. It was first noticed around 28,700 miles during a routine oil change and now currently at 30,000 miles Im told the repair bill would be $1664.00. I also paid $403 to replace the electronic thermostat at 22,714 miles, the service has been Great my concern is the reliability of MB. For what you pay MB should be more reliable and long lasting. Sorry for the rant but its getting expensive. Thanks, Robert
This is a good dealership. They arent trying to oversell services which is great! They are very friendly. My only wish is that they didnt take so long and that they would let someone else check me out if my advisor is busy! Anyone can go over what future work is expected or costs etc. waiting for my advisor and the car to be brought around took over an hour after they called me to pick up my car. Thats crazy. But I will be going back. Overall its always a good experience although the courtesy wash offered is terrible compared to what a Honda dealership offers!

I am so glad I was able to work with Steve Cairns. We have been in several times with the raw gas smell complaint. They repaired one fuel valve but we still smelled raw gas. Each time we said something we were dismissed like we were crazy. But last week when I stopped in Steve helped me. He listened and made an appointment. He found not one but two leaks! Our car is FINALLY fixed and it runs so much better. So thankful for Steve taking the time to resolve this problem.

Service manager Jason Cowdry holds high standards and makes thing happen. MB Eugene does a lot of Sprinter service and booking times are usually quick. Very satisfied with both visits, enough to drive 2 hours from Portland. Worth the trip. (MB Wilsonville has only 2 service bays large enough for Sprinters, wait time for service appointment 2-3 weeks)

Had the vehicle towed and dropped off at your location. Stood around for a long time waiting for someone to assist me. Finally went into the receptionist who attempted to locate a technician. Took over 1/2 hour to get someone to assist me. There were employees standing around who offered no assistance.The tire was blown out and I had to prompt the service department to see if the manufacture would rebate on the tire. They were and paid $67.50 which reduced my cost. I would have thought your staff would have been proactive enough to inquire about the tire warranty .

The salesmen and workers have always treated me with kindness and courtesy. No hassles when buying a vehicle here, unlike most car lots. They are very kind and professional and have good vehicles. I have purchased two used vehicles here, and for very reasonable price. I was in and out very quickly and treated very kindly. I cant say enough about there courtesy and good prices.
Im so glad I found this dealership, the attentiveness Ive experienced so far exceeds what Ive gotten in the past from others. Although its not where I purchased my Sprinter several years ago, its who MB customer service contacted for a complicated warranty issue for work performed at an independent shop after having been brushed off at the original dealership. The service manager called me shortly after, initiated a warranty request, and followed up through my getting an actual reimbursement.

I saw my all time dream car (an older model CLS550) online at the Mercedes Benz of Eugene...decided on a fluke to drive down to look at it and started working with Cris Olson. Cris was friendly and very pleasant to deal with... I asked a lot of questions and needed a few things to happen in order to make the deal work. Cris worked with me on getting the numbers right and several hours later my dream car was in my garage. Both him and Rod Bay at the dealership went above and beyond to make the deal happen and they even added a couple of things to the car at no additional charge to make me extra happy. Mary in finance was also very easy and nice to work with and signing the paperwork was a breeze. I would highly recommend working with any of them and purchasing from Mercedes-Benz of Eugene.

Concierge service pick up and return, informed as diagnostics were done, repair done-perfectly I’ll assume. And a wash and vacuum. So many dog hairs-no more.
