Pulled in to take a look at a used WRX that looked like it had been modded. A salesman walked up to me and went to open it up, but I realized there were multiple things wrong with the car so I expressed i would not be buying it. He slammed the security key box closed and said “I won’t even waste my time then” and went and very obviously complained to his salesman buddies about our interaction. Who says I wouldn’t have bought something else? Very displeased. I will never even consider this dealership from here on out when I’m in the market. The guy glared at us the entire time we cruised the rest of the lot. Didn’t get his name, but I’m sure this story will make its way to management: as he was very vocal about it to his coworkers. Bad taste in my mouth for the Lithia name, and I have purchased cars from them before.

Two days ago, my life was turned upside down. A thief broke into my house, while we were home and stole my new to me Jeep Grand Cherokee limited addition that I had just bought 6 months ago. I came to lithia with low expectations and a broken spirit. Jason went above and beyond so much to provide us with clear guidance on what we could and couldn’t afford. We settled on this little gem and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from lithia. When it’s time and wounds heal we will be back to buy a grand Cherokee again!!!

Beware when looking at new vehicles here. I contacted them about a new Jeep that had $1500 off via manufacturer rebates. I asked them if they could do any better, and they said they couldn’t do any dealer discount. I understand there’s limited supply but it’s just not competitive against other dealers. Don’t expect even a fair deal here, go elsewhere.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. I was very impressed with the information provided by the service rep regarding replacing my wheel lock key that was stolen. I was referred to the parts department who took a lot of time to go through this with me. He explained it so that I understood how to fix the situation. All of the staff seemed to genuinely have our interest at heart. I was also given a referral to a body shop and the procedure was explained as well.

This dealership is a joke. We have been looking at a car that we like and we’re offered a price for our trade. After discussion and thought we decided to take the offer and when we looked the price of the car had been lowered. When we called to tell them we would like to purchase it Blake informed us that they would now give us less for our trade because they lowered the price online and had to make that up. I don’t feel that it is right to try and subsidize the lowered cost of the car on their end by making the customer pay the difference. Especially when they already very much low balled us on our trade in. Not to even mention our first trip in there. We live two hours away and left to grab lunch with our two kids while we waited for them to call us for a financial decision. They never called us and when we finally called they told us they weren’t sure why we weren’t contacted but we had to finish things the next day. They just left us hanging knowing we live out of town and could have just left. The communication was lackluster at best, and the treatment and discrimination in pricing is absolutely abysmal. I have worked in sales for a long time before I had children and I understand the bottom line and they need to make a commission, but I always sold with the customer first and with good conscience. I would never be comfortable screwing someone over like that.

Purchased of new 2020 Ram Limited Eco-Diesel 4x4.For the last three Ram pickups we have purchased, Lithia Eugene has consistently had the best price. Which is what were looking for as any dealer can sell you the same truck.Our online salesman was Dane who was new to us on this purchase, but just as expected, did a great job looking out for the details when ordering. Tyler was our finance guy, he was straight forward when it came to financing. He didnt try to hard sell us on all the extras. Just offered them and moved on. Tyler and Dane worked most of the details out far before ever arriving to pick up the truck, which was very helpful. Again, this is the third truck from this dealer. We have purchased from many dealers for our personal and commercial fleets from 1500 Eco-Diesels to 5500 4X4s, and this is the best dealer weve found.We are not relatives, friends, or business acquaintances of any dealer. We are just satisfied customers who loathe hard sale tactics.Just buy the right truck at the right price the first time around. No matter what trim level it may be.Charlie

I had the opportunity to work with Royce to purchase my car (first time buying on my own). Royce was friendly and professional. As a woman, I worry that I’ll be talked down to in a business that works with cars. I did not feel that Royce was condescending at all! I really appreciated his work and friendliness. We simply called to ask if a vehicle I was interested in was still available and we got a lot of indirect awnsers along with attitude and being talked down to. We were told to ‘not make the 1 hour drive to Eugene if we were just going to continue to be a hassle and due to their policies they can’t work within the perimeters of what I was searching for’. Instead we went to Lithia of Springfield and had a wonderful experience and found a fantastic car. So thank you Lithia of Eugene for steering us in the right direction....away from your dealership. 😊

I called to my key reprogrammed and drove in 5 mins later to get it reprogrammed. Told the service guy that the buttons wont work, the actual key works and it fob will work to start but it wont unlock. He takes the key like 20mins later comes back and says so the key works and it starts the car but your buttons are most likely fried. Even thou I already said that. Then gives me my key back so I can go to the parts departments get the new key myself and the pin code to reprogram the new key fob.Charged a hour of labor for 20 minsService department literally didnt do anything for me251$ total

Weve bought two cars from Lithia Dodge, a Jeep Renegade and Town and Country, the prices we got them for were fair.Their service department is not good. Our Town Country was experiencing some transmission issues (studdering while accelerating). While Chrysler recommends flushing the transmission every 120,000 miles, we had done that before at 60k. But we were due for a computer update. We did that and and full transmission flush. DId not fix the problem, if anything its getting worse.We let them know right away, and they said they would call us back, and they said they would call us back, but they havent, and now I call after a month now and its still going to be another week before they can answer what they did or would recommend next (apparently due to a Covid19 quarantine, because the employee is likely forgoing vaccination).The lack of the communication and regard for customers is the most frustrating part of it all. So despite having bought 2 new cars from them, I dont think well probably ever do it again....

Salesman was great, no issue there. The problem was on financing. The vehicle we purchased had good tags still, and we told the finance person Devon that we had custom plates we planned on transferring to this vehicle, so there was no point in us being charged the $300 DMV fees. Devon acknowledged this. Yesterday in the mail, we recieved new plates. Called and spoke to Devon and all he said was it was in the contract. Its not slaeman you gotta look out for, its the finance people. This was the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them in the past 2 years.

No. They had a car advertised we wanted to purchase, but it wasnt until we got down to brass tacks that it was disclosed that the car was being signed for in the morning if we didnt buy it Right Now. And, while youd think its a ploy to sell it turns out another customer was coming the next morning to sign for the car. Talk about zero loyalty to customer. You aint a customer till you sign the dotted line. Even with a promise to hold a car to the next morning they will attempt to sell the car out from under you. We made a purchase but the whole event left a bad taste in my mouth. Your business is better spent at a different group.

They sold me a key for a 2006 sprinter, for $136, saying that they need to program it after it arrives, for another $60.Turns out they cant program it, and I got off work early to come get it programmed. I now have a $140 key that wont work.Theyre not very informed about the services they offer, very frustrating.Edit: they can pair the key, but I already had it done at mercedes for $160 before they reached out. So the multiple people who told me I couldnt get it paired, when I came in for the appointment I had setup, are at fault. Not the person I ordered from. Steve in parts is cool.

We worked with sales associate James Brown, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. He took the time to talk with us so that we were able to select the truck that met our needs. When it seemed like the truck we wanted was not on the lot, James was willing to contact other dealers to see if they had what we wanted. Luckily, there was a 2020 Ram on the lot that fit our needs perfectly and we purchased it and drove it home. We also want to send a shout out to Devin Pratt, the finance manager who walked us through out paperwork and patiently answered our questions. The whole process was efficient and took less time that I had anticipated. This is the second vehicle weve purchased from Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene.

My wife and I traded in a vehicle and what they wanted to offer us was so incredibly low. They came up a little and assured us that this was the max value they could give us on a trade in. We went ahead and traded our vehicle in confident that they wouldnt MISLEAD US on the value. My wife and I were shocked to find that they turned around and have it listed for TRIPLE what they said was the absolute value they could give us. Giving a one star for great service upon buying a certified 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Crewcab. I was in and out within 2-3 hours. Got home (2 hour drive) and carpet under all the seats was covered with dog hair. I could live with this. Then two months later the passenger side bed rail cap falls off. After 4 calls to service and multiple sales reps, they are refusing to pay to fix it. Now, I fully understand that this is something not normally inspected before they sell the vehicle, but this says a lot about their customer service after the fact. The previous owner apparently removed it, broke/cut off the clicks that hold it in place, and used two sided foam tape to hold it in place. As they said, “it’s an inexpensive fix”. So why wouldn’t you do the right thing and fix it? Your inspection missed it in the first place. I guess I won’t bother trying to get them to fix the rusty bed either that was hidden under the rail cap.

Experience was great! We were in the market for a minivan with 2 kids getting older. Sean helped us out by showing us all of the pre-owned inventory that was in our price range. Safety is our number one priority as a family vehicle, so Dane and Sean worked with us on replacing 2 front tires that were very low on tread and offered us a deal on 2 rear tires in the future. Terrible experience. Customer service was unhelpful and couldnt figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. My vehicle was there for over 2 months and they were just throwing parts at it instead of fixing the actual problem. Lithia is overly priced and everybody I talked to was immature about the situation. They took it to another dealership (Nissan) to get it diagnosed and it was completely different from what Lithia had diagnosed it as. Overall, I will never take my vehicle(s) to Lithia again. I highly recommend you going to other dealerships to get your vehicles worked on or fixed.

I really appreciated John & Robert. John knew our situation and worked hard to get us in a new vehicle while being honest and completely transparent. I hate dealerships due to the situation I was put in by a Chrysler dealership my first time buying a car. John never tried to make the decision for us and instead he worked for us to get us into a car we love at an affordable price to pay! Robert went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t financed with our old company due to knowing how badly we wanted to be financed by another company; again due to very bad experiences. On top of getting us into a car we love at a price that we may not love but can afford; they both stayed until nearly 10 pm to work through this with us. They never appeared annoyed with us and it was an experience as if I knew them personally! I will never buy another car unless it’s from John as long as he stays selling cars.

The staff has always been friendly and professional. They only take oil changes by drop in...... no appointments. This is nice when you have free time, but it can also take over an hour to get a LOF.

I bought a truck from them a couple months ago. It being summer time I didn’t think about the truck leaking. I cleaned the truck out and noticed water marking in the headliner. I waited until it rained to pin point the leak. We had a good rain last week and I found water in the sunroof. I called them and they got me in right away and were very honest about pricing and only charged me $65.00 for the fix and diagnostics. They could have charged me the whole time for diagnostics which would have been $140.00 an hour. They didn’t and I have been very happy with the buying process and the service department. Never again will I go here.I was there looking at one of their used cars and initially dealt with Justin and he was awesome to deal with, it was when Dane not sure if he is a manager or what came out that things went south. We put an offer in on the car i was interested in which mind you was well within fair market value range based on lots of research, they would not budge more than a few hundred dollars which i understand when the car is already listed at a fair price but that was not the case. So we decided to walk and Dane was incredibly rude and childish and yelled at us infront of everyone as we left. I understand its frustrating to lose a sale but being a large volume dealership i cant imagine you are that desperate for a used car sale to talk to us the way he did as we left. I am glad I didnt end up giving Dane my business strictly due to the way he treated me and the person i had with me. Ive read several bad reviews regarding Dane so not sure why he continues to get away with not acting like a grown adult

SCAM DEALERSHIP DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE OR THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NOT FIX YOUR CAR. BE PREPARED TO HAVE YOUR CAR DESTROYED AND HAVE TO TOW IT OFF THEIR LOT. I came in for knocking noise coming from my engine then when I got it back they replaced everything unrelated to the issue like a break booster witch they told me all of a sudden the breaks failed in the parking-lot while they were test driving it. They also replaced hoses that were not authorized and left me with a larger bill then what was originally quoted over the phone . After $1,100 40 miles of driving the problem happend again. So I took my truck in to find out what they repaired came apart and I was not getting my money back that I need a new engine. After deliberating for albertration we settled for an additional $800 of work to keep my truck from not getting put back together and towed to another location and $1,100 in debt. So when I got the truck back It was smoking and leaking out the tale pipe really bad. It also had mud all over like they took it off road. I asked for a manager but only got a service adviser that told me it will go away and he will wash my truck.When I got the truck back it was almost out of gas where I just filled it up before I took it into the dealership, So I drive it and about 40 miles later the same issue came back. Now its worse then before and the truck is not worth the money that was put into it. The truck is now garbage and they will take me to the cleaners. Lets stand up and do something about these theifs. Theres many reviews that they do this to many of people and this needs to stop.

Beware of Craig the salesman. Went to look at a car and had to work with this salesman who was the most impersonal person I’ve ever met. We asked him basic questions and he gave us extremely short answers. He didn’t offer to show us other vehicles, or ask us a single question during the whole experience. It felt like we were trying to convince HIM to sell us the car. It was honestly the worst experience. He followed up the next day and asked if we had thought about the car and when we asked whether they had considered our offer, he said no and then let an awkward silence fall with no follow up. You know when someone is smiling under their mask and when someone clearly has poor people skills and a bad attitude. Someone put that man out of his misery, clearly he hates his job.

Worst dealership experience I had ever had. Ordered a new $55,000 Ram truck from them about 5 years ago. Truck came in and my wife and I flew in to pick it up. Truck was perfect. Salesman was a very nice guy through entire ordering and sales process. Problem was the sales manager was totally arrogant, and rude. I was paying entire truck off with a check from Chase Bank which was right down the street and he did not want to take check. He wouldnt call to verify check and I then even offered to go to bank with them to cash but he refused. If we hadnt flown in from out of town and had given them a $1000 deposit I would have told them to keep it. Watch your backside if buying from them.

This was my first and last experience with Lithia. I recently traded in a Ford truck in good condition for a used Dodge. After all the final numbers on the Dodge were figured out they finally offered me $1,000 for my Ford. With that offer after 40 minutes of sitting there talking the Dodge price I threatened to walk from the deal. We spent even more time arguing the trade in price with me nearly walking out on the deal multiple times. I eventually agreed on $1750 for my Ford. Realizing this place was not going to give me a fair price I eventually just realized I wanted the Dodge and accepted their terms. The following week I check online and Lithia has the Ford I traded in up for sale with the asking price of just under $8,000. Nearly $6,000 mark up from the trade in price they gave me. When arguing for more on the trade in all I could get was $1750 was a fair price... Fair?? How is that fair when you turn around and mark it up $6000 more? This place is super shady and hopefully you all take into consideration how they do business once they screw you over with your trade in.

The process went smoothly initially, however when I contacted Lithia after the purchase with some concerns, my calls were not returned. I feel this is because I declined their service contract/extended warranty offer at the end of the purchase process. The deal was not adequately profitable for them, in my opinion, so my concerns were not addressed.

Went in to Lithia of Eugene on a Friday morning to get my oil changed on my Ram 2500. I was greeted by Seth as soon as I walked in the door. Seth scheduled my oil change immediately and got a technician working on my truck right away. He then went above and beyond showing me options for future tire replacement. He printed me off quotes for a few options and was not pushy on the sale which I really appreciate. My truck was done in a timely manner and Seth returned my keys and got me on my way. All in all, I could not be more happy with the friendly service and good experience I had with Seth at Lithia Ram of Eugene. I will definitely utilize Lithia for future oil changes and repairs.

I bought my truck before it was detailed. Truck needed some repairs. All the work was done in a timely manner but when I picked up my truck after going through the detail shop I was not happy with their work. The truck engine bay was loaded with dirt still. I ended up spraying it more. Their was areas that were not touched at all. I feel that my truck was a rushed job and it shows. Other then the detail the salesmans did a wonderful job and I appreciate everything he did for me

If I could give a lower rating I would. I was approved for financing on a vehicle and had an appointment set to come in and finalize the deal. Then, get a text from the person I had been working with, telling me the car has been sold! I am livid. Pulling credit and putting everything into motion and getting insurance lined up and paid for only to be told sorry we sold the car is complete BS. I do this for a living as well and thats not how you conduct business.

John my sales person was very friendly and helpful before I actually purchase the car. He was able to locate my car and arrange for the trade with another dealership and have it brought to me in Eugene. He said the car would be fully prepped and completely checked out when it arrived. Once I paid for the car the only promise that was fulfilled was the car was brought to Eugene. Following are numerous problems I experienced with what did or didn’t transpire. No one called me when It was ready to be picked Monday. I had to call in to find out. When I inspected the second row seats with Justin, Johns counterpart, I noticed that at the base of the Verticals seats they were all wrinkled. I showed that to Justin but he made no comment when I asked if this was normal. He just ignored it.. When I came to pick it up Justin didn’t provided me with the papers that I needed to sign to get everything hooked up. When I asked Justin if he could answer a couple of questions his response led me to believe he was not really open to that.. So I limited my question to one. After I drove the car home I discovered it hadn’t even been completely washed. I also discovered when I open the sunroof they were white stuff all over the black metal pieces. I waited two days to go back in so I could talk to John who I thought would be more responsive, and I new he would be working. I shared with John my concerns about the car not being completely cleaned and his first response was I was here when it was washed. I showed him where all the dirt was caked on on the windows ledges and the minor chip in the paint and the white streaks in the support frame of the sunroof section. He said he would check and make sure it was OK to have it come back in on Friday to get cleaned up and he would give me a call. No phone call ever happened. I also showed him the wrinkle on both seats in the second row and asked him if this was normal for a brand new cars seats to look this bad. He said it could be when they’re stored or it could be a factory flaw. He said the service department may know. I asked if he could take a photograph and ask the service department about it for me. He said yes. He never got back to me. I told him I wasn’t able to open the tailgate using my foot and could he show me how. He said he’s never been able to get it to work on his cars either. I guess it’s something I’m supposed to ignore Because no real help was given to me to be able to use this feature. I I love my car but i wish Lithuania sales people followed through after the customer signed on the dotted line.

UPDATE: Traded in my Jeep to Toyota and saw that this dealership has it now. DO NOT BUY IT. An old picture of the Jeep is attached. VIN 1C4BJWFG2FL529051. Blue Rubicon JKU, hard top with 3 Teraflex lift.Mold growing because Jeep refuses to fix their mistakes. I purchased my JKU on 27 February 2015 and when the rain in autumn and winter of 2015 began, I noticed a few drops of water on the inside of my driver door. I convinced myself that it was not a leak as the vehicle was barely a year old. I took a trip out of country during autumn of 2016 and I received a message from my father that said my Jeep had inches of standing water in the floorboards and that there was mold growing on my seats, ceiling, and carpet. I cut my trip short and came home at the beginning of December of 2016. By this point all four of my door seals, the header seal, and the rear hatch seal leaked when it rained.I was able to schedule an appointment for 16 December 2016 at the Lithia dealership here in Eugene, Oregon. They were replaced my seals without any fuss. A couple of weeks later my door seals began leaking again. I scheduled a new appointment for 18 January 2017. My door seals and header seal were again replaced. About a month went by before my seals began leaking again. A new appointment was scheduled for 25 March 2017. All of my door seals and my hard top seals were again replaced. I was informed that my rear hatch window was warped and that the glass had also been replaced. They told me that all of my seals were fixed and that I would not have any more problems with them.October 2017 comes around and the rain begins, along with the leaks. I again schedule an appointment, this one for 31 October 2017. On this visit the dealership informed me that they would not fix my seals under warranty because I was over 36,000 miles. I informed them that I had purchased the extended warranty and that they are responsible because this is the fourth time that I am bringing it in to them for the same issue. They refused and told me that Jeeps leak and that its just something that I have to deal with. The audacity and lack of integrity that I have experienced since then from the Lithia dealership here in Eugene is outrageous and unforgivable.In January of 2018 I called a customer service representative who was very helpful. Long story short, I made an appointment for 17 January 2018 but this time I had to pay out of pocket. I was told that if it was covered under warranty then I would be reimbursed. It was covered but I was never reimbursed. After the fifth time of bringing it in, and the fourth time of having my seals replaced, I thought that I would finally be done with this nightmare.My seals began leaking during Spring of 2018. I called Lithia and was again told that they could not (or perhaps would not) help me. The individual I spoke to told me that the Wranglers leak and that is something that I have to live with and that it is not their problem. I decided to take my Jeep to the Jeep dealership in Cottage Grove, Oregon because of how poorly Lithia had treated me. The dealership in Cottage Grove told the people of Jeep that were handling my case that I had tampered with my hardtop. A blatant lie to get out of shelling out the money to fix a faulty vehicle. I took my JKU back to Lithia and had them inspect it. This appointment was on 05 June 2018. My seals were again replaced but required me to pay my deductible of $100.When the rain started again in Fall, my doors again began leaking. I wrote a letter to the Jeep Head Office and an Oregon representative contacted me. He told me that they were not responsible for their faulty product, they are not doing anything to help me, and that Jeeps leak and its something that I will just have to deal with. He attempted to manipulate me into trading in my Jeep and purchasing one of the new JLs. Rather than seek a solution to the problem at hand, he attempted to squeeze more money out of me. I will never do business with Lithia, Jeep, or any affiliated company ever again.

Took my vehicle in to get checked out because a check engine light came up. I asked the guy if all they did was scan the vehicle with an obd sensor which tells you all the codes and he said no they do much more. So $90 and all they found were a few codes for a specific part. To replace it they wanted 700 (which the part itself costs $80 and the transmission oilcoil $20 to replace) so I declined and picked up the vehicle and tried driving it home. On the way home pulling up to a stop light the vehicle dies and this has never happened before. Got it pushed to the side and looked under the hood and saw that my coolant was virtually not there and the brake fluid was below minimum which both things werent on the inspection sheet the only thing on there is I pulled up codes xyz and based on those codes this part is bad which will cost 700 to replace but customer has declined repair service and thats it $90 for those words. So they didnt even open up the hood of the vehicle because it was plain as day that it had almost no fluid and it took 5 seconds to see the brake fluid was low. If I werent mechanically inclined and didnt have knowledge of the prices of the parts I would have been extremely taken advantage of by this dealership and let them do the work. Also the fact they didnt list ANYTHING but the sensor codes which takes 30 seconds to do and any person, even untrained, can stick a plug into their vehicle and wait until it says done. then plug it in the computer or phone and theres the codes. Which you can buy your own off Amazon for $29.99 or more for better ones. Or go to AUTOZONE and get a print out of the codes for FREE. It makes me think this dealership business is shady. They have a sister lithia dealership on the opposite side of the street and i got this vehicle from them less than a year ago and its already broken down. Highly do not suggest ever going to a dealership. Next time you get your car checked out, have it looked at by a friend or local repair shop and pay him to look at it because its going to be 200%cheaper and 200% more honest and guarenteed 200% more effort will be applied. I do all my own work on my vehicles if i can and its really shady to see people willingly take advantage of others who dont know better and to lie about the services being done. I feel bad for real businesses that arent shady that get a bad rep. Just because of places like this.

I was able to get my 2019 Ram Laramie in for its 1st oil change maintenance but had also had some issues with sunroof that was fixed and the installers had left fingerprints from back in February but wasnt to worried about till my first oil change. When came time all I had to do was drop it off any time and the service department said they would get the fingerprints removed and apologized for the inconvenience. I dropped my truck off early the morning of when I was having the maintenance done and asked if the fingerprint were going to be removed, they said yes. I was given a ride back to work then was messaged that my truck was complete. So when I got off work I had a ride there and then completed my paperwork and they said my truck was ready. As I was walking up I couldnt not believe my eyes, my truck actually looked like a brand new truck! It was so polished and then I open up my door where I was blown away again by the way they made the whole interior of my truck look like it did on the sales floor, Brand New! Im so impressed with their detail shop and I have share my experience with many of my friends & coworkers. So I want to recognize the detail shop for their hard work and not to forget, the fingerprints vanished! Thank you AllBobby Bustamante
