My wife and I stopped in today because she was not getting e-mail via her phone. Courtney and Nate were so easy to work with and helpful. They solved our e-mail problem easily and then presented us with several different options to consider without ever making us feel like we were getting the hard sell. We live in Waldport, but will drive back over when we need in store service.

My family and I went into this store to update our family plan and when talking to Nate, also ended up upgrading my phone. I would give Nate 5 stars for service he provided. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Part of upgrade decision was because my current phone was eligible for trade in which is huge because I help my children out with theirs phones. Nate said I could just bring phone back and he’d help reset it and I could turn it in to this store. We have actually done this before at another att store. When I went in, I was helped by store manager, I believe Courtney, and she was rude and disrespectful. She then proceeded to find quarter inch crack in case and said my phone was not eligible for trade in because it had not been locked in,? I’m not even sure what this meant, but I explained I traveled hour and a half to go here for what I thought great service was and she continued her condescending attitude. Nate actually was called over and acted like he’d never seen me before. I’m so disappointed in this whole transaction and see how att does not actually care about loyalty of their customers. I’m thinking I will change services when these phones are paid off, this att store was only interested in the sale, not the customer.

Super nice, attentive, and helpful! They sat with me and my partner and helped us navigate calling the helpline in order to switch our account and billing responsibilities between users. They made sure the person from the helpline had sorted it out properly, and went through it with us so we knew it was all in order before we left. Fantastic service :)

Courtney and Nate were so patient in working with me! They offered me several different plan options to best fit my particular circumstances -- some of which were a bit hack-y. Together we had to wait on the line 45 minutes with AT&T corporate (not the fault of this location) and they were fun to be around during that time.

Helpful discussion on new phone and plans. ATT is a bit expensive, but salesperson was nice and helpful. Revised review. When I got home I found that the sales person had added unnecessary plans and features that essentially doubled my monthly bill. Be very careful about this store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend has been getting screwed by at&t since day one. Customer service is ridiculously terrible. The agents do not do what they say when dealing with customer support. Him and his friend both have lines and have phones on installment payments. Their bill is supposed to be $172 a month. AT&T has been making them pay $200-$300 a month otherwise they get their phones shut off. Every time he calls or chats with customer support to get the issue resolved they are literally unwilling to do anything to resolve the problem. I am appalled that they seem to be continuously getting the treatment that they get considering all of the five-star good reviews that I see that have been left by other customers and Im wondering why. Regardless him and his friend are switching and theyre never looking back and they dont regret it.

I went in to purchase an iPhone charger. After a friendly greeting by a young person with a green forelock who expressed interest in helping me, I was sold a buy 2 get one free. I decided to buy a charge block and wireless charger and would get the cord free. But somehow the “system” would accept the offer made to me. The rep refused to provide the offered service and deal. When I finally relented and tried to purchase two items, the system would not process my card. So, I left with nothing. This was one of the worst customer service e experiences of my life.

Only one employee working, but she was amazing at helping as many customers as she was able to quickly. I was helped immediately after walking through the store door and left with a phone to replace my lost phone. When my toddler started to get restless, the employees helped distract her. When my autistic child was fidgety, the employees helped to engage in conversation with her. All around a very pleasant experience for me and my children. AT&T should be very proud of how personable their employees at the Eugene, OR Coburg Rd store are with customers.

Walked into the coburg road store to try to work out with them setting up a phone for my neighbor who has anger issues. I do not. The manager of this store was rude and nasty to me the first thing out of her mouth. I was very very polite but she was not. I accept she might be rightfully angry with my neighbor but she was talking to only me. I was the only customer in the store and frankly that doesnt surprise me as I will never go back for any reason

Called to see about upgrading my phone and wanted to know if they had the phone I want available in stock lady said she cant tell me if they have the S21 I want in stock and that Id have to come in to find out, why would I want to drive across town and risk them not having one in store? Guess Ill go to the location that told me they have it in stock.Update stopped in again (not sure why I gave them another chance) since gateway couldnt give me a answer on getting my 6 months old phones charger port to work and they couldnt tell me what my repair deductible was they did a useless quick clean out of the port that did nothing went to a local phone repair ship today who was going to replace the port but unstid cleaned it out and now my phone works great makes me think the insurance they sell is just a scam that they dont want to pay out on

I went in to upgrade my phone and the lady said I had to switch to new plan in order to be able to do so as well stated it would make my bill cheaper by 20 bucks. Well then I called my sister and she stated she had upgraded he phone without changing the plan. Then I called customer service to see what was the facts and they stated that on the family plan we where on all I had to do was pay the rest of my balance on the phone to be able to upgrade. Customer service then looked into it and found that the new plan was 30 dollars more so I wasn’t saving more money. They then switched me back to my old plan and it made it cheaper then what the new plan would of been. I am not very happy with this store they lied to me saying I had to switch to new plan to be able to upgrade witch wasn’t the fact. If you are doing anything with your phone I do not recommend going here you will not get the honest answer they are just trying to get extra bonuses on sales to make money

Hilariously bad. So I was in the process of switching from AT&T to Verizon, as doing so is more economical for me. After 30 min on the phone with a person at an AT&T call center, they informed me they could not help me because I had a pre-paid plan which they did not provide customer service for, so I visited this location. *Im the only customer in the store. As I entered, I heard the store associate (Courtney, I believe it was) say, yeah, I think he just walked in to someone she was talking to on the phone. Thought that was peculiar - but did not investigate it with her. I requested some information on my account, to which she said she did not have access too. She seemed very annoyed at my query, rolling her eyes and bobbing her head in a kind of confrontational way. I felt like I asked an offensive question or something. She indicated that I could get all the information I required on their mypaygo.com site, a website that I could not access on my data-less phone (call/text only). After explaining my predicament calmly she said to me sarcastically, Well, you have a computer at home, dont you!? (I dont - but told her it would be no problem). Walked out of the store. Verizon helped me through the mypaygo.com site and eventually we acquired my account number/pin, but please be aware - AT&T makes it extremely difficult to get this info if you dont already have it. Lots of hoops to jump through. Take aways: (1) The customer service number you call, may relay your query to a store you may be visiting, after they inform you they cant help you. How this is done, I dont know? (2) Courtney needs to do herself and her community a favor and get out of sales/customer service. This person should speak to as few people as possible at work b/c what occurred in my 2 minute interaction with her has ensured that I will NEVER adopt AT&T service again. I mean, what fake life of privilege and pretension must this person live in to think she can speak to people the way she does. Unbelievable, haha.**Manager need not reply - sorry, theres no fixing it.

Stay away from here. The lack of customers makes you think youll get superior service, however you would be wrong. They messed up my trade in, and have done virtually nothing to help me. They refuse to give me any assistance with the issue, and only refer me to call the AT&T customer support. They also have horrible customer service. I am one of 2 customers in the store, and the 3 employees are working with one customer. Stay away from this place if you value your time and sanity. Go to an authorized retailer like the store near Valley River Center. Do not let these crooks take your money or time.

Unfortunately I have had the worst experience at this location. My name wasnt correct so I had to go in and have that fixed, my second phone line wasnt added to my auto pay and that lead to a massive amount to my credit card (because CAMERON DONT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING), It was a hassle to get approved for First net since Im a health care worker. Good God dont start your service with Cameron. He screwed up so much and that resulted in me having to go back numerous times. The girl that works there has always been on top of everything I wish I remembered her name because she is great and patient.

As a former corporate employee of AT&T, Im usually a little bit hesitant about shopping at third party retailers also known as indirect dealers.Im happy to report that the authorized retailer on Coburg road has always treated me fairly, with respect, and has promptly resolved my issues. This particular location has an outstanding sale staff, and although they cant fix all of the issues that a company owned retail store can - they do a damn good job trying. 4 out of 5 stars.

My family just switched from Verizon to AT&T at the Coburg Rd location and we received a ton of help from their employee Cameron Caskey! He helped us sort out every problem even when we had given him wrong information on accident while switching over our phones. Without his help I am sure we would have spent hours with customer service trying to get the problem solved. My phone was refusing to update and he was still patient for the entire 4 hours that we were there. Thank you!

My wife and I managed to run over my phone after washing the car. (Not the first time, lol.) We stopped in to see what we could do to get me a new phone and possibly upgrade my wife’s phone. With fingers crossed we were greeted by Cameron and told he could probably help us. Well, he more than helped... he was the most knowledgeable and helpful person my wife and I have ever dealt with at ATT.( San Diego customer service was mostly shabby at best) He completely understands what customers need and want. We had a great time just talking with him and as he explained our plan and phones in detail. If I could recommend him to anyone, please go to Camron at the Eugene store on 460 Coburg rd. Had sever problems working with both AT&T on-line and AT&T over-the-phone technical support to unlock an older iPhone - kept getting conflicting and erroneous answers.Autumn, however, was FANTASTIC in helping me get the problem sorted out and the phone unlocked (even though she knew I would eventually not be using it on AT&T network). I am historically not a real fan of AT&T wireless, however, this retail outlet, and particularly Autumn, are A++. Thank you, again, Autumn; keep up the good work - you will go far!

My contact with this AT&T location started with a lovely conversation over the phone with Courtney, she was very knowledgeable about the current inventory on a galaxy phone I wanted to purchase. As I showed up the next day I was welcomed into the store by John. So I wanted to add a line to my current account with AT&T and I must say I had the best experience. John took extra time with me and explained everything, trust me I ask the most random questions about scenarios that “could” happen. He was very professional and very patient with me. I am a truck driver and I live in California, this AT&T store is my new favorite place for all my wireless needs. AT&T Customers BEWARE!I came to this location thinking I would simply add a line, upgrade my phone and see about getting a tablet for my growing toddler. Of course upgrading went okay, the manager has very little patience for customers and she seemed very short staffed that day but what I didnt know is this location is considered a THIRD PARTY store, meaning they use AT&Ts name and reputation but they in no way have to follow the rules or regulations any of the other stores do. Courtney swindled me into getting all these unnecessary accessories that included 2 wireless chargers, headphones and cases all under the assumption this was part of the promotion that made the S20 such a great deal. Upon receiving a $580 dollar phone bill I immediately called to see what all the extra charges were for... THEY WERE FOR THE ACCESSORIES SHE TOLD ME WERE PART OF A PROMOTION and guess what?! Corporate cant do a single thing to help me so if I can do anything to help anyone out there looking to upgrade.... GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE, find a store thats affiliated with Corporate AT&T and save yourself the heartache.. I will never be back and honestly this has had me consider changing services entirely.

The second employee at the kiosk ( there were no other customers in the store) looked at me, picked up her tablet and walked away. Not so much as a hello from either of them. Spent two hours in the store trying to upgrade my moms phone. There was only one person working and was a Sunday. The associate handling our process did not know how to do the upgrade. It took an hour to get the number ported over. The associate did not know how to do a trade in. After we finally got the new phone working the associate was unable to provide a bill or get it rung up properly. 2 hours. The associate apologized 50 times, but we spent two hours of vacation time and left without a phone. I will definitely update this after the issue is resolved. For now, this entire experience is unacceptable. Simply telling us our request couldnt be handled today would have saved us a lot of time and frustration. Now we have to go back to get the phone at some point which now has most of her information. Very disappointed.

Beware!! The sales reps do not know the products or promotions they are selling. They sold me a buy one get one free for an s10 and s9, however the s9 didnt qualify. Had I not come in because the s9 had a defective battery, I would be sh*t out of luck and had to pay full price, instead I was FORCED to get the s10 I didnt want. I spent hours at this store, it wasted my time and my money!!! I switched to Sprint.
