Never had an issue here before but recently went in because my iPhone kept trying to connect to wifi and a disheveled guy came out I believe his name was Bobo or bobbo. He told me that he was leaving in an hour so he wouldnt help me and that I should just figure it out on my own. Very rude and wont be going back to this location.

Ive been to this store a couple of times and if you are lucky enough to get Chris, youre going to have a good day. Hes really good at figuring out the best plan for your needs, what promotions might save you money and all about the different phones they stock.

The employees at store on Willamette in Eugene OR are exceptional always- today Gabriel/Hunter helped me resolve issue I have been trying way before T-Mobile they went way beyond call of dutyAs a senior I need more assistance than the younger ones who grew up with tech not me but these employees are the very best customer service have ever encountered- the manager Chris I believe trains them well as he’s also extremely competent patient respectful as his employees ‼️🙏🏼👍🏼

Dreaded the purchase (despise technology) and rightly so - something was amiss per my credit situation. I think that the experience took an hour.:( But, Bobbo slogged right through it all. I couldnt have asked for more with regard to customer service. Did I convey that he saved the day?? Smiling. Also, choose a fabulously-priced basic plan for me. More so than what (I thought that) I wanted! More recently, Gabriel helped me to make online payments that I wasnt able to complete via my own efforts (aforementioned credit snafu, no doubt). Thank you, gentlemen. It took me a while to get to this review. But, I surely had not forgotten your exceptional customer service.

I just went to this store. They wont let people inside. How can you even see what they have? There was only one employee even though this location seems to be pretty busy. Also its 90 degrees outside. Another person also left right away after finding out you cant actually go in the store.

I have been with Verizon, AT&T, METROPCS, sprint, and now TMobile, and yes they all got money from me and sold me new phones blah blah, but this Tmoblie experience was by far the best. If you go into this store with a happy mood (even if your phone broke or you owe more on the bill) the experienced staff Bobbo and Chris will do everything in their power to help you leave with the same or better feeling. Nothing but excellent service here. They were wearing masks but their smiles were all still apparent. If and when I need to do more store transactions, Ill go the extra 40miles to drive up to this location.

My parents went in store today to upgrade my fathers phone. Bobbo was the one to help them. He completely screwed up my moms phone to the point where she can no longer make outgoing phone calls which is very concerning. He told them that they needed to upgrade all the SIM cards in their devices, I’m assuming because we had Sprint and now they are merged. The only problem with that is that I live in California and apparently Bobbo didn’t like that answer. So I’m writing this review because my mother can not use her phone and she was definitely able to use it before Bobbo screwed it up.

Worst service ever. Been here waiting more than 45 minutes and nobody to attend me. They arent busy, but the guy by the name Chris could not even suggest me for a good phone as I had requested.Chris and the guy with coloured hair should change his attitude! Im out of T-Mobile!

Our experience at the woodfield station location. Was completely above and beyond our expectations, this was the best business experience I personally have ever had. We actually had fun. The staff here went the extra mile for sure. Our new phones fit us perfectly.we could not be more pleased.

Met and received absolutely wonderful support from Store Manager: Bobbo. He is an 11 on a 10 point scale. My spouse and I are well beyond retirement age and Bobbo moved us from our 10 year old iPhone 4’s to new iPhone 12. No small feat. I would highly recommend working with this T-Mobile store and with Bobbo. A supportive and kind man. Happy we went here and happy with our new iPhones.

I been with another carrier for about 12 years . The next my phone broke and my carrier said 200 dollars for a replacement.i was upset feeling down without a phone. Ive been thinking about T-Mobile for awhile . I decided to stop by and check out the store . I explained my situation with sadness. They said John we can hook you up and still pay less then your last bill. Sure enough I started to smile and with amazement I walked out of with a new phone and also a new tablet and still cheaper than my last carrier thank you so much T-Mobile you have made my life complete. The new employee Nelson Solano delivered an incredible buying experience that exceeded my expectation. Tray was extremely managerially professional. It is my true belief that Tray should be running his own store. I am a 25% equity owner in a 6 B international equity fund and these two gentlemen solved a very difficult challenge that left me very comfortable in working with T-Mobile for a long period of time for both me and my employees globally.

Went in to the store for a technical issue on my phone, Trey & Chris were very professional. They helped me solve my problem quickly. They made me aware of a tablet promotion for my mom and I, and got us out 2 brand new tablets for no cost! They’ve been super handy thru this corona crisis.

I made an appointment. After waiting 15 minutes, with only one worker working with one person, was I acknowledged. After 40 minutes I left as he did not tell me how long a wait or if anyone else was coming. I will never return to this store.Why even have an appointment system if you don’t respect it?

Amazing time at the tmobile store. The reps were super helpful and not pushy. Im 65 and was having trouble connecting my phone to my car and they walked me through the steps and walked me through the whole process as they did it for me. By far the best phone store Ive ever been too.

Trametrius was extremely helpfully. He knew the products and had all the answers. In my opinion, Trametrius should be the manager of that store. At least give him a raise because he goes above and beyond to help the customers.

Worst store ever. They can not help you in the store they have to call customer service to do it. I Was there for over 30 minutes and was told it would take another 15 just to change my plan. Don’t waste your time just call customer service yourself. It will probably be faster and more efficient.

Update: now Tmobile is trying to charge me for 2 months of service I never used. THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY. T-Mobile resolved the situation. They accepted my phones back (for a restocking fee).Original feedback:Extremely DISAPPOINTED! Coverage area is small. Sometimes I dont even get service in Eugene. I told the customer service representative several times where I lived. Never once did they check the coverage map. Turns out, the city in which I live does not get service. Not to mention, I was basically forced to purchase new phones from them. When I told them I dont get service, they said there is nothing they can do to help me. They wont buy back my phone, so Im stuck with this terrible carrier. DO NOT USE T-MOBILE! TERRIBLE COVERAGE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
