ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!! My now ex boyfriend shut my phone off without my knowledge and the manager worked quickly to ensure I was able to get my old number back. The employees and management were absolutely fantastic. I will be highly recommending this store and Metro services!!

Ive had metro pc in the past and was always pleased with them. I got talked into switching to boost. Worst cell company ever! So I went back to metro pc and Brian was the best customer representative I could have asked for. He went above and beyond to make sure everything on our new account was perfect. Im so happy with my phone but especially with Brians service and attention to detail. I highly recommend metro pc.

The guy was too busy I couldnt wait any longer. I think there should be two staff working at a time because each transaction takes so long. Except payments, of course.
I went into this location to replace my screen protector, which had cracked. I interacted with an employee, Christian. For the $12 screen protector, I used my card and entered my PIN and was told the transaction did not go through so I paid in cash. My card was charged and he proceeded to claim the next day that it didnt happen. Save yourself the trouble of an employee who goes out of their way to pocket $12 and go to a different location. (He also nearly broke my phone replacing the screen protector, which is the exact opposite way every other employee at Metro has handled my phone.)
Slow employees who don’t seem to know what is going on. I bought a hotspot and a plan with it. I paid full price for the router after I was told I would get a discount. Then I was told my plan was $75. Just logged into my account they hit me with 110 plan. I was lied to more than once on this visit. I will be calling corporate and not returning.
Went in for a new phone today. The employees who helped me, Libby and Shaun, provided stellar service. Super friendly, helpful and the experience made me feel like taking the time to write this review. If I were the manager, Id do whatever it takes to keep them on my staff.

Horrible service. Awful experience. Have been waiting in line for over 30 mins while the ladies working the front counter chat and clearly have no clue how to be fast and efficient at their jobs.
Very helpful when the store isnt busy. The employees had a great sense of humor which I always appreciate! But most importantly, I enjoyed their honesty about the phone selection, plan options, smart-pay assistance, accessories, and all product features.

Probably standard for phone stores, but the waiting time, lack of inventory for display stock, and pushy selling coupled with lack of information about what they are doing in the process is just terrible. They also installed an app Google One without asking or explaining why. All that was said was it was required before leaving. Totally unnecessary and just added to the already long wait. Avoid this and all phone stores when you can, they are shady marketers.
Trash! Terrible customer service. Purchased a new phone and the employee was rushing to help the next customer before finishing the setup of my phone. When asked I asked for the cord to transfer data he said that is going to take a long time, then I asked to connect to WiFi so I could transfer data to the new phone and he said the store didnt have wifi. The he offered for me to connect to his personal TMobile hotspot. Very unprofessional considering what kind of person information is stored on peoples phones. When in customer service finish helpi g your first customer innstead of walking away. Idc of it was your 18th day straight working. Oh and never tell a customer it is your first time setting up a certain phone without going to someone who knows what they are doing to ask for help if your unsure, not a good way to build clientele. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Worst experience with MetroPCS ive had. The lady at the front desk went through all of my personal information. When I asked why she was in my text messages, I was told I was looking for the settings. Didnt ask my permission to even do so. All she did was critique everything about my phone and basically told me I was stupid with the settings wrong. Then told me there is nothing she can do. Maybe try and sell me a new phone!?!??! Seriously, she expected me to send my work phone in for 2 weeks while they tried to fix it somewhere. What a joke.Quit Metro that second and signed up with Boost next door. MetroPCS as a service is fine. This store has disgraceful service. You will just get inflicted with invasion of privacy when you go to ask why your text messages arent sending. Wanted to just get a new phone but it didnt even get to that point before this happened. Who trains these people. They should be ashamed.

Worst customer service I have experienced. The girl at the front was more concerned in her personal phone while I was explaining my issue. Asked for the manager was told there wasnt one until next week. She also told me Id have no luck going to any of the other stores for help as the managers were also out of all other stores as well? I will NEVER do business here again. Nor would I recommend this store. By the other reviews it sounds like this particular female is a common issue at this store.

Sales. Its all about the sales. Knowledgable staff is the key to excellent sales. (That and a location that isnt in the middle of nowhere.) This location makes SALES. Because they have a knowledgable staff and are on a main hub street in a shopping mall.
Theres a bit of a wait time between customers who want to pay their bill and customers activating a new phone/ getting new service or both. Theres also a 3 dollar in store fee when paying your bill.
Forced to buy phone insurance i did not want for the first month. Store and insurance company unwilling to replace phone that did get damaged while covered.

Its a decent store. I went in to get a free iphone se but they where out of the iphone se. So I got another phone. it was free ! The person I spoke with is named Eric and I recommend you ask for him whatever because he knew all the best values and I figured he must own the place when I noticed he knew all the specs of the phones by heart. i was impressed by the knowledge and expertise, they must train employees well here. Very kind professional vibe . Definitely will return.

Metro PCS WirelessHumiliating experience and waste of time and money. Authorized dealers are rogue businesses authorized to change policies as they speak to customers. Charged for things youre not informed of. Given faulty phones and given run around to exchange until their no longer able to exchange. If you want to be valued as a customer this is NOT the store for you or anyone you care about

On Saturday October 1st I went into the MetroPCS store located at 3041 W. 11th Ave. Eugene, Oregon 97402 to have service transfered my my current phone to a new phone i had recently purchased on Amazon and told the associate I wanted to keep my phone # and plan, and then I wanted to activate a new line of service on the old phone with the promotional plan of 5GB for $25 a month. The girl that helped me did just that or so I thought, I briefly wondered why it was costing me $116 for this when it should have been closer to $105 but the phones seemed to work and I was in a hurry. Just to double check that everything was good I asked her to make sure my monthly bill had been included in that price. She informed me that it had not and there was still a $40 balance due. I was shocked that this was costing me $160 when I brought in my own phones only needed 1 sim card and one of the plans was only $25 but like I said I was in a hurry so I paid it and left. I found out a few hours later that things were amiss in Kansas. First off I trfied to utilize my internet through the Playstore to download an app. That took 10 minutes to download an 11MB app, and I was frusterated at the speed so I ran a connection speed test. I was running at just under 40KB second transfer rate. So I called customer service to inquire about my lousy internet speed. The gentleman that helped me informed me that I was over my data limit and was now on 3G speed. I informed him that that couldnt be as I had a $60 unlimited plan. Aparently the girl had cancelled my unlimited data plan on my line and replaced it with the $50 5GB plan. She also had put and unlimited plan on the other phone which was exactly oppisite of what I had asked for. How frusterating. Customer service switched the plans and i figured all was right. It was not to be, when I got home I was looking at the accessories the sales girl had hooked me up with. She had informed me that with the new activation I was elligable for $20 in accessories at no charge, so I had picked up a portable phone charger and two sets of IFrogs headphones. I was looking over my reciepts and was appalled to discover that things were very wrong. I can email you pics of the reciepts if you like, I will hang on to them. The first reciept contained the bulk of the charges I paid for and it was missing information for services I had just paId for. My monthly $60 charge for my data plan was not on there and neither was the $25 i had paid for the 5GB promotional plan. There was a $70 reconnect charge which angered me. I had not lost service and I didnt reconnect any disconnected line of service so that was not right. Further down I discovered that she had in fact charged me for the acessories she had informed me were free. There was a charge for IFrogs headphones x2 at 4.00 each and another charge for monster portable battery charger for $20 and a charge for an acessory I never even heard of let alone wanted, a micro usb data cable for $5 plus a $3 service fee and $10 for a sim card. Then I looked over the other reciept which shows a charge for service of $40 and a $3 service charge. Boy was I livid. This girl had not just made an error she had literally lied to me in order to get me to take the acessories that I didnt want in the first place because I only had enough to cover service transfer and a new activation. She had also went in and cancelled my data plan, replacing it with an inferrior plan which was literally 180 degrees oppisite of what I had instructed her to do. What audacity! when I contacted the manager later that night he wouldnt even listen to what was wrong. He started yelling at me to leave and threatened to have me arrested. I left quietly before the police showed up. just terrible
