I spent $6000 in 2014 to install Bishop Custom Marble in our bathroom. I have a serious flooring issue now and called and asked Jason what it would take to view the flooring under the soaking tub. I wanted to know if the skirt or ? could be removed. I was hoping to hear of a solution to my concern. If you pick Bishop Custom Marble just know what is involved in case you have a future plumbing issue or need to remove a section of their product. Here is the response without anyone coming to my home - and giving advice.Hi Sarah,Jason asked me to email you on the question of removal. Yes, the panel may be removed, However, getting it off without breaking it, is the challenge. The likelihood is good that it will break. This should not be attempted unless youre sure what the risks are and what it means for you.1) It may break the panel to try to remove it, in which case we can not be held liable.2) If it does break, replacing it would mean the new panel would NOT match.3) We no longer offer this color option, so you would need to choose a contrasting color, instead of trying to match it.4) There will be the cost of the panel depending on size, production & Installation.(all inclusive).5) There would be service call charges of $125.00 (First Hour) and $90 thereafter, to remove the panel initially. We are very sorry youre having an issue with the floor, however, you may not want to disturb your tub deck that has nothing wrong with it and make matters more complicated.Let me know if youd like to proceed.Thank you,Tina Fox

If I could give ten stars I would. We were more than delighted with the quality of the product only to be outdone by the quality of the workmanship. Up-scale product with old time craftsmanship. Unbeatable combination. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

We recently completed a major renovation of our master bathroom in our home using the services of Bishop Custom Marble. Our renovation project included replacing an ancient fiberglass tub and single shower head combination, as well as replacing the aging single sink vanity. For the renovation, we chose a new double head shower with custom marble walls extending from floor to ceiling, matching marble base and adding a frameless glass door enclosing the shower stall. The new vanity we purchased from Jerrys Home Center, that replaced the old vanity, contained a new custom marble countertop matching the new shower walls and 2 countersunk sinks. We want to express a special thank you to Tina who helped us select marble colors, plumbing fixtures and skillfully scheduling our project to completion. Another special thank you to Jason, who is the installation artisan, with such professionalism talent, that made the custom marble end product look absolutely beautiful. Also a special thank you to John the Plumber who made water use so much fun again using his plumbing talents.

I just finished having a full bathroom remodel done with them. First the pros then onto the cons:Pros:The final product looks excellent. The shower is more than I could have expected it to be and the sub-contractors they hired all contributed to a high quality product. The staff in the office is extremely helpful and polite. Through the MANY problems this project had they were very courteous and very understanding. The office staff worked very hard throughout in an effort to get the project completed.Cons:Theyre literally going to be the slowest people you ever work with. We went with their quote in part because this is the only bathroom in my home and they promised theyd prioritize my project so I could get back to having a functioning bathroom in my house. Then it took FIVE MONTHS. They went weeks without moving the project forward, even as simple as getting floors laid down or putting the shower in. I understand they had to go in some order but they made zero effort to move along quickly and they also made zero effort to work quickly like they promised so I went close to 6 months without a functioning bathroom in my home.Theyre going to nickel and dime every last cent from you during the life of the project. I asked for a few minutes assistance hanging a couple towels bars at the end, after they delayed for months on my project and wouldnt offer to spend the maybe 10 minutes it would have taken him without billing. They also knew going in that the bathroom needed electrical work done, did not even get a quote on it and did not let us know until way into the project we had to get that done separately. They may have been one of the cheaper bids but theyre sure going to do the bare minimum they need to. You get what you pay for in terms of service quality from contractors themselves I guess but its still disheartening. They charge a ridiculous fee to use anything but cash. Youd think throwing a five-figure sum at a company theyd try to work with you, but no. This goes back to the nickel and dime approach they have to their operation. They charged an exorbitant additional fee to use a card that I have never experienced from a contractor before.Theyre going to take money from you several months before they even lift a finger. We had to put 50% done, which is fine and to be expected, but you would expect work to commence shortly after that, right? No, it was more than 60 days before the first piece of work commenced from the day they took the 50% down payment. They make some pretty lofty promises on timelines and care for you as a client then dont do anything to follow through.WATCH OUT for the sub-contractors you let them hire. Their cabinetry people they hired for example, while creating a great product, are the most unprofessional, rude, and slow workers youll ever encounter. They promise to show up at certain times, show up at others then get snarky with you for not being there. They screwed up ms on their product and tried to pass it off as complete until they were called on it.Overall I am actually very happy with the bathroom but with the above stated problems I would probably not use them again because they turned an already stressful process of a full remodel of my only bathroom into an even bigger hassle.

Jason is one of the most Honest, Hard working, Professional contractors out there. Always making sure that you are well taken care of through the maze of unknown questions. He wants you the customer, to be satisfied and happy at the time of completion & invoicing the job well done. He has done five of my bathrooms, w/vanities, laundry & kitchen areas. All are still beautiful today. Very easy to clean. I went from a tile shower in our master suite, to a Tyvarian product. He was able to open up my bathroom, making it much more open, while up dating my shower doors, adding shower heads w/hand held unit and no-more grout! I love my undermount sinks as well. His plumber was excellent and professional as well. I defiantly would not only recomend him, but plan use him again on another project. Thank you for all your hard work!
