Interesting how they are quick to answer their phones until I notice a crack in my countertop the same day they install it. Would never recommend to anyone. Also the owner telling people to read more positive reviews on google should be enough to show poor service. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely great company! Not only are they quick to respond, they were spot on with the quote and way more affordable than some other companies we got quotes from.The person who came to do the work for us went above and beyond. We had a small project so he asked to take it with him to cut at the store so we wouldnt get dust all over our house, which we appreciated. Once he came back to reinstall the part he took he also noticed that one section of our counter top edge (a part he wasnt working on) was not sealed correctly and helped us fix it right then. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family!

I went into this place looking for a countertop for my kitchen in the house Im going to build. I found one I was very interested in and asked for a price range per square foot. The woman I spoke with refused to give me any information. She said she would not unless I had my floorplan, which I did not have on me at the time. I was very confused why she wouldnt help especially since I went to several other stores prior and they sat down with me, gave me prices and provided excellent customer service. Then she went on to say that the one I picked was very expensive, even though she told me a few minutes prior that she did not know the price. She said I should look at a least expensive one and pointed another one out, which I thought was very disrespectful as if I couldnt afford the one I liked. I explained I only liked the one I picked. She continued to refuse to answer any questions on price. I told her that she was providing bad customer service because people come in there to find products to put in their home and need estimates to go by. She became argumentative and then I walked away telling her Im going to take my business elsewhere. I have personally been to many places to find products to build our new home and never came across a person that was so unprofessional as her. I will never shop at this place again with the service that was provided.

World Wide Granite and Marble were recommended to us by a local designer. We checked them out, along with the big stores in town - Home Depot and Jerrys. We are frugal so we we shopped around! In the end we went with World Wide and Im so glad we did. We will use them again when we do work on our bathrooms. Here are the reasons why we are happy with them:1. We told them our budget up front and they helped us find something we really liked in our price range. They werent pushy at all and they didnt try to up-sell us into something more expensive. They gave us helpful design advice, but never steered us towards more expensive products.2. Their inventory is really lovely. They let us borrow samples. They were willing to let us look at the remnants they had in stock. In the end we changed our kitchen design and we needed something larger than a remnant, but they would have sold us a remnant at a really good price if that had been our size. I like that they were respectful towards a frugal customer!3. Measurement and installation went quickly. Jerrys and Home Depot had a two-month wait! Ugh. After already being without a kitchen for several weeks during a renovation I did not want to wait two more months. World Wide was able to do measurements as soon as our kitchen cabinets were in. The slab we ordered came in on a Monday, and by Thursday our countertops were in. They were QUICK!4. We had a tricky sink situation. Our original sink broke. (That was a very bad day. My fault. I dropped it and it cracked. Dont ask me about it. Im still bitter.) I had to quickly find a replacement sink that would fit our measurements. I found a stainless-steel, apron-front drop-in sink. It had kind of weird measurements and was tricky to cut around, but both the measurer and the installers handled it well. The sink fits perfectly.We are very, very happy with our BEAUTIFUL countertops!!! I love them.Im including some pictures of the installation. Ill update with new photos once we get our backsplash installed.

We had a dishwasher leak unexpectedly, which ended up being an entire kitchen remodel due to the extent of the damage. I have an in-home daycare so I cannot be without my kitchen. Jessica worked very hard to get the look that I wanted from my counter tops, at a price I could afford. I did pay a little more for the same product I could get at Jerry’s, but it was a 5 week wait for install vs. 2 weeks with WWG. The install was fast and clean. When we noticed a part that wasn’t level, they came back immediately and fixed it. The seams are flawless. I would recommend them and use them again. Oh, we also decided to do our bathroom counter since we found a remnant in the yard that we loved; they do have lots of remnants to choose from if you have a smaller or single area to do. I did go with quartz in the kitchen and granite in the bathroom.

Our first time with counter tops being installed. Kim was so helpful in guiding us to picking out the perfect counter top with a budget. The staff that came to the home to measure and install were friendly, clean and fast. Very impressed! Kim even went above and beyond to schedule the plumber to coordinate times. We will be back for our kitchen remodel!

The owners are stuck up and snobs

I rarely do any Yelp reviews. Like most people...I dont have time for this. But when I saw the few 1 star reviews WWG had received I felt I needed to put my 2 cents in...or shall I say 5 stars! I had a great experience with the team at WWG. from helping with ideas, to installation of my gorgeous counter tops. I get soooo sick of the nasty people out there that use Yelp or Google as a way to get back at a business. WWG is getting majority of positive reviews. I would use them again with out a doubt!

Our dealings with World Wide Granite was a wonderful experience. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Their prices are reasonable compared to others and they are a retail store.If we ever need granite again this is the place I would go.We live in Florence and they delivered and installed here.

I have given only two one star reviews on google. Both places i did work for and left because of how me AND my family were treated by them. I also believe there were some unethical business practices going on at World Wide. With the that being said if i were to ever get countertops for my personal house. I definitely would go to Oregon Natural Stone before this place. Shop around people and remember cheaper isnt better its just cheaper.

We wanted to replace a bathroom cabinet, but because of its odd size nobody carried what we needed, so we decided to just replace the countertop. We went through their remnants and found a piece of marble that was perfect. They cut it to what we needed and our cabinet looks better than new!!

World Wide Granite provides outstanding customer service with premium quality. They have a very thorough understanding of their products and create extremely beautiful works of art. I highly recommend them to anyone considering updating kitchens, baths and other home features.

Do Not use this company..their workers are very hard on your existing structures/home and then refuse to fix the problems with qualified repair personal. They led us on for over 3 months with the promise to fix all the damages and then filled suit against us!!! We beat them in court but the stress and lies they told were not worth doing business with them. They have very poor communication skills and do not know what they are doing from one project to another. I have pictures and please feel free to connect me if you would like to view them.
