We were so happy to find caring employees at this location of Metro by T-Mobile. We are senior citizens and needed a lot of help. Ali was fantastic and very helpful. He had several customers at the same time and was very polite and professional, handling it all like a pro. He spent several hours with us getting it all set up. Today I went by with some questions and met Rokon. He is also a very helpful. They are very nice young men. I want to recommend them highly if you need to purchase new equipment.

Horrible customer service, it was me & my daughter and we couldnt get the door good without them telling us only one person per family is allowed in the store at a time.. Never have I ever heard of such things.. we went right down to Boost & switched to them!..Go see Mo at Boost, they had better deals and the custome service was great!..

If I could ZERO Stars I would I Purchased an Upgrade Phone Galaxy A11 It did not work brought the phone back for a refund within 2 days of Purchase and No Refunds allowed I switched to AT&T This place needs to Close their Doors Misleading Information and Awful Customer Service DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS STORE I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!!!!!! I came up to this location yesterday and had the best experience I have had any where in such a long time. She was so friendly, helpful, understand, and over all AMAZING . She did everything she could do to help drop cost and let me have the best overall deal . I was interested in 2-3 lines she calulated out what my total and monthly fee was going to be for each one so that way I could choose and see what I would want to pay. I switched over from another carrier I didn’t have to contact them for all my info she assisted me with that . I can honestly say her personality was one in a million . She kept things funny while we were doing the switch over and she helped me to the biggest extent in so many ways . I really don’t feel like 5 stars cuts it. This is literally a short version of how satisfied I was with Kelsey . I literally will always go threw her for everything from here on out and I highly recommend this location I’m so thankful that this is the metro I started my business with and will always go to from here on out. She made everything super relaxed and comfortable I was excited about my switch and it felt like I was with a friend the whole time . While waiting for my old service to answer me and her talked about all kinds of stuff and giggled . It truly was such a better experience that I ever expected to have . THANK YOU KELSEY your amazing !!!!!

Dees customer service is outstanding. He helped me activate a new phone and made sure I had all the equipment I needed and that all my important files and apps transferred seamlessly. He will not replace the phone, the owner said I have a year warranty, is just a lie, all he wants is make money and milk you money.He lure people and act very nice when you are a potential buyer, if you come in a next day with a non functioning phone he will turn you away or ASK you to buy another one. Very knowledgeable about cell phones and helped me, Duaa did with my phone more than once. She even said I could come in and get help with the phone if I needed it. Dual kept her word, and this means a lot to me. I did need to get something situated as when I changed carriers, my old provider had stated some misinformation. Sana at metro was able to helpWith that. So far, fair and happy. Now I just have to get use to a new phone. Thanks for your service.Helpful people.

I had a 12 month warranty and they would Not replace my phone! The young girls working there did not know what they were doing. One of them said they could not replace my phone until their manager came back and they didnt know when he was coming back, I was like are you serious! I bought this phone there in Euless and I stay all the way in the way in Carrollton, I drove close to an hour in traffic and the young dumb girls acted like they didnt care, they were like oh well we probably wont be able to replace it anyways because it has scratches on it, THERE ARE NO SCRATCHES ON MY PHONE, those young girls shouldnt even be working there, they are ruining the managers business. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Warning, they will try to get you to buy your phones with a payday loan. Even though you tell them you have the cash to pay, they will try and offer a payday loan.

Why did you close early? Website says 6pm. We called and you said 5pm so we rushed there and we got there at 455 and you locked the door and jumped in your rides suv.

As my boyfriend and I were walking to the door a women sent a child to the door to lock it, mind you there were still 30 min till closing time. Absolutely shameful.
