Walked in with 2 customers together at the counter. There were 2 reps (a male and female) both there assisting them. Then a 3 worker (male) walks to the back office. Keep in mind, no one greeted us or said anything to us. We walked around, sat down and waited for maybe 30 mins. Then finally we ask them what the wait time was then the female worker says 1 guy is on break and the other was getting ready to leave. We left 2 hrs before their closing time. We arrived 2 1/2 hrs prior to closing. They had no decency to greet us or to warn us that the wait time could be long. They had no problem with letting us sit there and completely waste our time. Please hire some new workers because according to previous reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring issue with this location.

This is my first ever bad review for anyone because I feel there is a need to let my neighbors know about this store. Worst customer services and lack of knowledgeable staff cost me lot of time - I went in to upgrade my phone because T-Mobile was offering great trade-ins values for my current phone. it took the staff (three people) almost an hour to figure out how to set it up, then they tried to scam me to pay for all other bundle items by misquoting what Id pay additional each month vs. what Im actually going to pay, I found it out right before signing the final receipt, I canceled the upgrade with them and went to another T Mobil store at 121 & Glade Rd in Euless and got everything done in 15min with great customer service & very knowledgeable staff.

Colin and CJ (RSM) were amazing.Backstory: had a horrible online/phone experience trying to complete the JUMP! - been with T-MOBILE for over 15yrs- that resulted in me having to mail back the phone I already had in my possession to order the same phone again just so they could fix their back office mishap.I went into their store and they helped me with the actual issue I was having with my existing phone (didn’t actually need an upgrade) and I also made a separate purchase!Thank you for being the reason I didn’t cancel my service!

Great service and amazing staff! Every time I go here it’s only for Abdul, he’s a great guy with an amazing attitude and most importantly he is highly knowledgeable in sales and knows exactly what he is doing. I was previously a Verizon customer and coming to T-mobile was a big jump for me but now I can truly say I’m glad I made the switch. This guy seriously deserves a raise given how much detail he knows for each plan T-Mobile has to offer. Me and my family get the best 4G LTE & 5G coverage in our area. Hope this guy stays here, would love to keep seeing him.

I cannot say enough great things about this store and especially our sales rep, Haseeb... He was beyond FABULOUS and extremely knowledgeable. I told him upfront I was coming from ATT and had been researching TMobile as well as other options. He sat down with me and discussed in detail what my fees would be for what I needed without any hidden costs. Haseeb had several customers coming to see him at once and he managed his time accordingly and no one was left unattended. I know that people who work for Tmobile work for commission, but he never made me feel like I am just a sale. I always feel welcomed and family to him. 11/10!!!

I went to this location because I was having issues with my device. The team here is awesome. They not only helped me resolve my issue, but also reduced my bill so that I would be able to walk out that day with a brand new device. The team runs like a well oiled machine. Mr. Haseeb was very involved with my sale and is the reason why I wrote this review. This store is very clean and organized. Will highly recommend them to family and friends. It was a bit of a drive but the attentiveness that received from Mr. Haseeb made the trip well worth it. I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you all for your hard work.

Store number 9070; Three workers watched me and my fiance come inside the store and asked us to have a seat. We were next in line. Those three workers, included: one female, and two males. We waited over an hour. During our wait, we saw three customers come and go because they were tired of waiting. Finally after waiting over an hour, a guy comes to help us. We needed another phone and wanted to process a claim; He then hands us a T-mobile Assurant protection plan pamphlet and says to call the number. He was done with us in less than 5 minutes! Basically we waited over an hour just to be told that we need to call Assurant customer service.Had someone wouldve at least asked us what is it exactly that we needed, we wouldnt have had to waste our time and wait over an hour. This is absolutely unacceptable, unsatisfactory, and a ridiculous amount of time wasted. There was no sense of urgency. The manager and workers lacked efficiency, professionalism, and time management skills that are needed to assist customers. The workers couldve at least asked us what we needed, and after us saying what we needed, they couldve given us options instead of making us wait over an hour and waste our time like this. My fiance and I do not appreciate the lackluster attitude, incompetence, and the lack there of sense of urgency from this stores personnel; Store number 9070 needs to do a better job at handling business with their customers; They should have at least one employee to handle quick questions and or small tasks instead of allowing all of their workers to be tied up with customers for over an hour. Not one time did the employees of this store check on us, give us an update on how much longer it would be, or anything of that nature. They didnt care! They legit allowed another customer to walk in during his lunch break, (while we were waiting) wait 30 minutes, and he just left and went right back to work. We put two and two together because he parked in front with his work truck and was in some work attire. Furthermore, we no longer plan on coming to this store. We will gladly drive to another location where we dont have to deal with this type of foolishness! In addition, I recommend that this store receives some type of training for their areas of weakness. This shouldnt have happened and no customer should have to experience this! πŸ˜• πŸ˜’

Very poor service at this location. Lack of knowledge cost me. I went in to upgrade my iPhones to the newest. T-Mobile was offering big trade-ins values that I wanted to take advantage of. When we finished switching out my phone and my wifes, the guy helping us pushed our old phones back to us. I asked, what about the trade-in?, and he said since they are not a corporate store, they dont offer those deals. He said they could give me $20 for the old phones. I later found out from T-Mobile, they should have offered $300 per phone.Further, when talking with T-Mobile the morning following my visit to this store, T-Mobile said, hey, youve been with us more than 10 years. Did they tell you about the customer loyalty rebate? I can tell you, they did not. The rebate deal from T-Mobile ended the day I was in the store. That was a $200 per phone rebate (that was money on a gift card, not a credit on my T-Mobile bill) that I lost out on.So, in total this store lost me $400 that is unrecoverable. I returned the phones and bought them straight from T-Mobile and got my $600 trade-in that would have only been $40 ($20 per phone per the salesman at the store) from the store.Know the offers before you go in to these places. Verify with T-Mobile that you can take advantage of the offers at any store, not just a corporate store. When you get a salesman that doesnt seem to know what you know about the offers from T-Mobile...call in the manager or leave.Additional information learned after speaking with T-Mobile directly (I hope this helps others): I learned from T-Mobile that it is essential that one use the sim card provided in your new 5G phone. Do not allow the store sales person to use the sim from your older 4G phone. You will have a poor experience with your new phone. The sales person who helped me used the sim from my old phone for my new iPhone 12 5G phone.

The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me decide everything from the plan that would work best and help me get the phones I wanted. They covered all the promotions they were doing at the time and made the move very easy. They walked me through everything and I left we new phones with my same number and everything moved over. Bad coustomer service .i went to t mobile store in main st in Euless. The guy told me about the t mobile DiGiTS only the one time payment 20 dollars for forever we really don’t know about the Digits apps on t mobile. And I trust that . I m the coustomer of using t mobile since a 15 yrs .now t mobile charge me every month 10 dollars extra .todayI went to the same store and tell them to remove this digits apps and give my money back .But there is the guy told he can’t able to return the money and can not cacile.I m very disappointed .i wish I can give 0 star . I should change my plan immediately.

I want to say that T-mobile HQ was understanding and helpful and this is not a poor reflection on their service just a local issue specific to this store and staff.We went in over a year ago to buy a new phone. The sales staff pushed very hard to sell us an Alcatel Pixie One 7 and said if we purchased the tablet and kept service for 6 months or greater we would be credited back for the tablet by t-mobile and the store would pay for the first 6 months of service. We thought it was shady that if we just kept a tablet for 6 months and cancelled service it would be free so we requested documentation stating the full promotion. We have the employee name, number and signature of the girl who helped us.We found that even though we still have had the line for 1 1/2 year we still have not received the credit for the 6 months of service. We needed to get a new phone anyways, so went back to the same store #116 and spoke with Tyler the Manager. He refused to honor the deal made by a former employee and Manager of this location.We called Customer Service and after a long discussion were told we needed to provide them with the written proof, however it had to be validated by the Manager of the same location Store #116. We went back and told Tyler that customer service wants the documentation and that we were told to come to him so he could send it. He refused and kicked my wife out of the store. I went in and calmly started a discussion making sure to keep a low even tone and not use foul language so there would be no reason for him to request for me to leave. The moment I walked thorough the door he told me to get out. I told Tyler I am here to have a conversation about my billing and the promise that the store and company made to us. He said he was not going to be disrespected and I let him know I have not done anything to disrespect him, I am here to talk and I have no intention of doing anything to warrant being thrown out. He then ignored me for a minute until I asked him if I was in fact being ignored. He then told me I need to leave the premises or he is calling the police. I asked what I have done to warrant being thrown out and he said (Paraphrasing) I dont need a reason, if I tell you to leave you have to leave or I call the Police. Not wanting to deal with a fine, legal ramifications or being physically removed by law enforcement I left quietly and called back T-Mobile Customer Support. After an escalation and a call back T-Mobile was able to take care of the billing issue and confirm that this is not how the company wants its customers treated. I was given the credit promised by corporate.Tyler the Manager you have poor customer service skills, you are belligerent, short tempered and spiteful and I hope you find a line of work suited to you that makes you happy because this obviously doesnt.

The associates here are friendly but completely screwed me and my boyfriend over. I was told in the store that there was some great deal going on to upgrade our phones, and that I just had to put $90 down to get a new iPhone XR and that would include a screen protector, case and charging stand. Sounds great except they left out the details that youre financing all those accessories. Why would I finance stuff I didnt even want or ask for the in the first place. The dude financed us Samsung wireless chargers even though we have iPhones.At one point I found a popsocket I liked and I said I wanted to pay for it separately but the dude was like no worries Ill put it with the deal..but yep, Im now on an installment plan for that too.I guess tricking their customers makes their numbers look better? Shady, shady business practices.

Horrible customer service. Amon should not be a manager. I’ve been with T-Mobile over 16yrs since the very beginning (cellular one days) and never have I been handle or spoken to so negatively. They also were extremely dismissive to my mother who was in the store. I had to call and clarify what happened and their tones were crass and dismissive. You can tell this isn’t a corporate store. It’s like Android vs iPhone I’ll definitely stick to my iPhone (corporate T-Mobile store) quality over quantity anyday! Hope those customers you dismissed my mother for completely wasted your time and headed to a corporate store. #jerks

Javier was the representative who helped us and he was super nice. He felt like a friend we were able to hang out with. He had to go around and around because of some difficulties - but he did it all with a smile. The store only had two guys working (not enough) but they were both friendly & welcomed each person in the store. The two guys worked as a team very well to problem solve & be as efficient as possible. I can honestly say they did the best they could. Some customers still ended up waiting a while, but the two guys made eye contact with them & acknowledged them repeatedly.

I am very concerned about how was treated on yesterday at this location. The guy tyler was very rude. I was being helped by another employee and he proceedes to rudly interuppt our convo. I was explanning that i was very frustrated because i keep getting the run arounds about my acct and that when i call in they say my ss is not correct and that i have to go into the store, but when i come into the store they are telling me there is not even a ss on my acct. I gave them my id also my ss card. He looked at me as if i had poop on my face and said He said he cant help me and called the police on me because i said that is bs. There was no yelling involved or anything. You can clearly tell he was racist. T-mobile seriously need to look into this store and see what is going on. I will not let this go. Here i am still needing to be serviced. I will be taking action on this matter.

Very bad attitude staff, I hope theres negative stars to giveem negative 5 stars at least, I bought a sim card from them a month ago, and I noticed that the female seller didnt ask any information to fill out the form, she just gave me the sim and the receipt, anyway I thought theyll have the info. from my payment card, but I was wrong, 3 days ago the service stopped and my phone showed no coverage at all, so I went to solve the problem, and I surprised that my number is under different name, I tried to explain the problem to the BOSS as he said (Chris was his name), but he was answer me like a robot (I cant do anything to you) even before I complete a sentence, then he threat me (Ill call the police if you dont leave now), I couldnt believe it first but when I asked him what to do in this case, he said Ill call police within 5 seconds. Dear T-mobile; I think there is many ways to serve your costumer, but I dont think this is one of it.
