Took my IPhone 11 in because the screen was cracked and the guy said the phone would be repaired when he replaced the screen only. Picked up the phone and the touch wouldn’t work after a day. Took the phone back for replacement and he said he would do it so we left the phone for repair...but he warned me that if this didn’t work then I would have to go get an original IPhone screen for it to work. Long story short if he would have been honest and gave me that option before replacing the screen the first then I probably would have just bought another phone for $300 dollars instead of wasting $150.

I took my iPhone for repair because it was not charging. They said it would be done in two days. When I went to pick up the phone after two days they said they could not finish because they needed to order a part. They had not even tried to notify me of the delay. They did not even said sorry for the delay. The next time I went there, they said the phone was fixed but it had no charge to turn on the phone to show me that yes it in fact worked. Again, they did not apologize although they should have charged the phone to show costumer that it was repaired. I asked them to put it on charge there in the store to prove that it worked while I waited. It took much longer, so I had to leave without taking the phone because I was not sure whether it worked. The next day I had to go back. The phone had some power. I asked the lady there to put it on charge to show me that the phone is charging. She got agitated as if I was asking too much. She was extremely rude. The phone seems to be working but I see that a small piece at a corner of the screen is broken. I will not go back there mostly because they did not know how to professionally deal with their costumers.

Went to take my Samsung phone and tablet in for new batteries. In the middle of our conversation, guy walks away and goes back behind the counter like he was done talking to me. Would not help or assist me in trying to find a simple battery for my phone. I always want to support local businesses, but this was ridiculous!

Hey I give this store 0 star but it wouldn’t let me post anything until I give it 1 star. He took my iPhone 8 to fix I had to fix my back n front camera n my screen so he told me to come at 6 to pick up my phone it will be ready I came at 6 to pick up my phone my phone was not done he did not even start fixing my phone he told me come back tomorrow at 1 so I went back the next day and nothing was working on my phone n told me your phone won’t turn on no more and I was like you took my money and I need my refund back he took my $130 to fix my phone and made my phone not working at all And then told me about his policy that if he messes anyone’s phone he is not reliable for any damage that he causes to the phone so I recommend people not to go to his store to get their phones fix and I will be bringing my people to his store to make him pay my money back to me or I will take it to court and will be taking an action

He is a number 1 fraud he took 60$ from me to fix my iPhone 6 plus screen and my phone was working perfectly fine he made my phone die he took my logic board out n put a messed up one in just because i didnt sell him my phone n after he made my phone dead he gave my phone back saying sorry n i told him to give my money back he wouldnt n was showing me his policy that if he messes over any ones phone he is not reliable n no refunds i give him 0 stars no i recommend no one go to his store i will be sending police to his store and get his store shut down his name is salim

Came down here because my home button and my charging port needed to be fixed, when i got it back it felt like it was brand new and got it for a reasonable price thank you very much.

Took my Galaxy Mega in to have the battery port repaired which they did but the girl that repaired it damaged the speaker component while doing so. The phone charged but absoutely no sound! The sound was fine before bringing it in. I took the phone back up there and the girl took it apart to look at it..AND DROPPED IT ON THE FLOOR TWICE while she was on the phone talking with someone. Now Im out $65 and have to take phone to the Samsung store in Hurst to repair the damage done to the speaker and hopefully no damage from dropping it twice. When I told her that it was her that damaged my phone she was like ..oh well. I would NOT take my phone there if I were you. Take it to Samsung (RSI) in Hurst. I feel they should refund me my $65 since I now have to pay for other damages. I will do a follow up on here if they contact me and give a refund.

They dont know how to fix ipad and iphone. Worst technicians Ive ever seen. Avoid!Avoid!Avoid!

Sold me a used battery but charged me for a new one. Phone doesnt work. This man is a con artist. Do NOT take your phone or electronics to this man. He will screw you....

This phone store is a fraud and has messed up policy I took my iPhone 7 to fix at his store he took my money up front he took 85$ for fixing my iPhone 7 and took my battery and took my charging port out of my phone n said that my phone is useless even tho i brought my iPhone 7 to fix while it was working after he took my parts out of my phone he took my phone parts out n gave my phone back to me telling me to leave n I was like give me my refund back he said he won’t refund my money back and was showing me the policy paper that if he messes any ones phone he is not reliable and won’t refund the money back he never told me about the policy until he messed up my phone so I recommend people not to go to his store to fix phones n risk your phone to mess up by him he calls him self phone engineer n phone technician he doesn’t know how to fix phones If I could rate him 0 stars I would but I have to give him 1 star just to give his store a review he is a fraud n his name is salim go to his store on your own risk he took my multiple phones to fix and the next day I came to pick up my phones he was telling me that he gave it to a friend to fix because he couldn’t fix and never got my phone back I will be taking an action to his store and bring my brother n sister and will have the cops coming with me too his store will be shutting down real soon

Please avoid this place. They messed up my ipad and never acknowledged their mistake but still charged me the full amount. Also, worst customer service
