Love the Mgmt at this location, specifically Steve Smith, he has always extended his hand to help me when needed. I broke a key off in my lock, and he was able to break the lock so I could enter my unit. He even suggested another lock that would be better for me if this happened again.

Love the management at this location. They are always available and have immediate answers to all our questions. I highly recommend this location!

This is an excellent self storage business. The people here have been most helpful. Especially when we misplaced our keys and they had to let us into our unit. The rental process is easy as everything you need is waiting in your assigned unit. Highly recommended.

Ive had the best experience at this storage facility. Ive used some independents and national brands over the years but been using this facility since it was Uncle Bobs. Ive had a unit for about 3 years continuously. And have added and vacated 5 units at this facility since then. Always easy to rent and vacate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend them.

I have been here eight months so far and have had a very good experience with this Life Storage facility in Euless. Steve and Lynn are very helpful and quick to answer any questions. I have had a few units at many other places and this is hands down the best storage facility I have leased and will keep this unit as long as I have things to store.

No problems at all. Now the proce had gone up over a couple of years. Started at $49 & now its $73. So I got rid of my unit.

Excellent customer service! Steve is very pleasant to work with, as his co-worker (her name slips my mind). Unit was clean and just what I needed. My son cleaned out my storage unit a few weeks ago, but never gave me back the lock. Although I emailed once and left a message on the phone to tell Steve that I didnt need the storage anymore, I had no idea that it was still locked. Steve called this morning & explained that my son should have taken the lock. My son actually threw out the keys! I went to Life Storage and signed a paper giving him permission to break the lock, which I watched him do. Steve was very understanding and resolved the problem of the locked storage within a minute. A little expensive but across the street from the Euless Police department. Gives me a little feeling of security.

They are amazing

My storage unit was broken into in an indoor, climate controlled unit with cameras. All of my most prized possessions were stolen across the street from the police station. No one was caught or identified, also the management here is fat, lazy, incompetent white trash.

We have a storage here and we really like the manager and this place because theyre very nice and they dont kick us out or auction our stuff right away. They send you an email and inform you on whats going on first which is very helpful.

I rented a unit to store my car and I was able to get everything taken care of in minutes! The staff was incredibly helpful and I have complete peace of mind traveling internationally while my belongings are stored here. This has been the best experience with a storage company for me, by far! Thank you so much, guys!!!

I’ve been using Life storage for over a year and am very pleased with their service and options. I came to Life Storage (it may have been called Uncle Bob’s back then) because I had some bad experiences with their local competitors. My rent kept going up and the service was poor. So when I need more storage I gave Life Storage a shot. The staff is very personable, friendly and helpful. I also feel that Life Storage employs common sense solutions and find ways to help the customer. So I moved my old unit and now I have 3 units At Life Storage - one very large, one average and a small temperature controlled unit. Rent is flat and service is great. This is the best storage service in the area.

This would be a very good storage but they changed the amounts on you so quick and then make you pay for insurance on your property which is okay but they charge way too much
