Brent at the location on Mid Cities Boulevard in Euless, TX has been extremely helpful. There was not any confusion or unanswered questions. Hes sharp, efficient and courteous. Like Customer Service used to be 20 years ago.This is the second time we have rented a unit from Extra Space. About 3 years ago, we were in need of a place to store our things near Moms house. We stayed in Irving at Extended Stay - In March we made a decision to move in with Mom, as she is 93 years old now. We had accumulated a lot of things in those 3 years, so we went back to Extra Space again. Never have had an issue with the gate or getting inside to my unit. The place is clean and the staff is polite, had a good experience 4/24/2021 at 3:20pm with a gentleman who was helpful answering my questions. I would give it a 5 star but am a little discouraged about the prices. Wanted to upgrade to a large unit, would willingly pay $165 a month but $195 is not worth it.

For safety, They rented an indoor storage unit to my sister and myself. Clean. Nice breeze usage indoors too. And access to a flat bed cart to unload onto and transport to and from the storage unit.

When I put my things in my storage unit, the unit was clean. It was one of those indoor units with climate control. Its been a while since I went back to my unit, but I just found a new place and was ready to move my stuff. When I got to my unit, on the surface, everything looked great. However, when I started going through things... well... let me tell you what I found. Spiders. Spider eggs. Roaches. But thats just icing on the cake. You know what else I found? A DEAD MOUSE! The mouse was stuck to a piece of my bedframe, so I had to buy a new bedframe. I was also looking to get my mattress out and my mattress is protected by a plastic covering. You know what I found inside the plastic covering? Insects! I may have to throw away my mattress, because I dont want an infestation on my hands. This is the last time I do storage here.

Very unprofessional and disappointed Ryan.My sister and I paid for a storage unit that is not suppose to be taken over until 7/18/20. Received a call today basically rushing her to go put a lock in the unit when it’s only 7/14/20.Why did you even take off the regular locks that were there? Making it very inconvenient to drags toddlers and fight traffic just to put a lock on because someone can’t comprehend dates. He had the nerves to ask if we still want the storage unit. The staff did not relay or make it clear that if we paid then it immediately becomes open. You should do a better job at making sure customers know for sure. What’s the point in asking for a move in date?He was in a rush to make a sale and made the day we called/paid the effective date thus screwing us over because that means we are paying for days we never intended to use.Common sense tells you not to remove the lock that’s already there until customer takes possession at the requested day. We will not be here long for sure.

The website made it real quick and easy to secure a unit at a much lower price than in person. The manager Brent called me afterwards to make sure I received my unit # and gate code and sent me a map of the facility on request.

My experience has been fantastic. Im a new customer and it was really nice to go through any kind of new process and have it go so smoothly. I was lucky enough to work with Brent the manager who was courteous, professional and very responsive.Edit: everything about me initially starting with them above is true, however; in 12 months between May of 2020 and May of 2021 our rate has gone up by nearly 50%. From $66, to $77, and now to $90, all in a little under a year. That kind of markup rate is crazy at over $400 additional a year. So even though their customer service is great, and the facilities are nice - be ready for your agreed-upon price to move up at a fairly quick rate.

As soon as we parked our car in front of the office, Wiley has the door opened for us and greeting us with a smile. He then showed us what options are best to fit our need. He drove us to several units and recommended which one fit us best. This place is very well kept and very clean. I highly recommend this place if youre in need for storage. PS. Remember to reserved it online, its much cheaper than rent it at the office.

I absolutely love my space(s) at Extra space Storage !! I have been leasing space here for about a year now !The Staff is super Friendly and Helpful!!My favorite Employee is Brent !! He’s been here with me from day one !! He has helped me so many ways !!! From finding me the cheapest pricing to helping chg cards when changing Accts !! He also made it possible to have 24 hr access to my unit as I use for work purposes which makes my life soooo much easier !! I just leased my second unit he got me as close as possible until the unit right inn front of mine opened up!!! I feel kinda like friends and Fam here !!!The only problem I have run into was today !!!There aren’t enough climate control units available in the lg size !!! 10x30 !!! And one other is that they can raise rent any time to what ever they want !!!? So that might me a game changer down the road !! Because now we are paying quite a bit more than we wanted to pay !! It’s further from m our home but it was ok cause but felt so welcome and safe here !!! But having 2 units if it’s going to become pricey because we can’t have bigger one in climate control !! So we’ll play it by ear !! Cause we love it here & our spaces !!! And the employees are da Bomb !! 💣(Brent) & Ladies 🤗😉

Great experience and the online registration plus communication from the staff and provided pad lock made for a quick and seamless process.

SCAM ALERT: Called weeks ago and spoke with a women who mis-quoted me for storage space. When I called back they advised the pricing information I was provided was incorrect and it would be $16 more per month. The manager set up a new reservation and sent me an email to start my lease. I told the manager I was going to continue looking and asked if I could keep reservation to begin lease. I was advised that the reservation would still be available. I chose to move forward with this facility, but the email link was not working to begin lease. I called and spoke to a third person who explained that they would send out a new link to start the lease. When I received the new email to begin my lease, the price went up another $16 month. I called to get this corrected and I was told that the previous reservation does not count and now this is the price and they are not willing to match that price. Absolutely horrible service.

She told me everything I needed to know about the cost, unit location at the facility, and when and how I can access my unit. She asked me leading questions, which helped her help me to make the rental experience go as seamlessly as possible. Thank you, Gabrielle, for your personal touch and for the great experience. The worst moving experience! They put my storage behind a small wall where there’s no way a vehicle could fit and unload anything. They did not want to transfer me to a different unit at all. They also did not give me a full refund for their inconvenience. Only a partial. They also told me that my partial refund would have to be sent out in a check that I will receive in 30 days. They did not try to accommodate or work with me. I do not recommend.

Just got a unit here today and so far it’s been a fantastic experience. Shelby was filling in at this location from another store in the area and he was amazing! Super friendly and very helpful. He did a great job. The unit is nice just what I needed. Overall A+

Very impressed with Extra Space Storage! Reserving a unit was easy to do online. Shortly after the reservation was completed I got a call from them to confirm and schedule a time to come by to finish paperwork. Chris was extremely helpful and friendly! Certainly doesn’t hurt that he’s a fellow Alabama Crimson Tide fan!! The property was very clean and secure and the process getting set up was really simple!ROLL TIDE!
