Best Storage place Ive ever used! Since storage king has taken over all my issues have been quickly resolved. I use my unit daily and am very happy! Alisha and Donna are Awesome!

Great storage for our pop-up camper.

By far the best storage facility I’ve came across in my time. Cleanliness, customer service and reliability are all 5 stars. Pleasure doing business with them. They even remember who we are and make every interaction very personable. Definitely recommend these guys and gals.

Before Storage King bought this facility, I loved it! Totally a 5-star place with clean spaces. After Storage King bought it, I have had nothing but issues with them auto-billing me. After the first missed auto-bill, I went into the office and got it resolved. I chalked it up to the new computer system not having the auto-bill data transferred over properly. Now it has happened again, and I went into the office to provide my credit card (again). They said they could not fix it while I was there, but they would go in and resolve it later, and charge my card which was still on file, then call me back. 7 days later and no resolution other than a lock-out on my unit. They still havent resolved the issue!

Where is the 6 star option? Where do I even start? The ENTIRE process and every aspect about this place was PHENOMENAL from start to finish.You’ll get the best customer service of your life from Will. He had an upbeat positive attitude, keeps a CLEAN property (you could eat dinner off the ground there it’s so clean), and is honest. The units and property looks brand new and there’s isn’t a piece of trash anywhere.This is the cleanest storage facility you’ll ever find. They have huge units that you may not find anywhere else. If you have any business (or in particular, a landscape business) with large equipment (ex: landscape trailer), you’ll have plenty of space to back it into your unit (they have incredibly large driving isles).They also have 15x40 units with insanely high ceilings, perfect for storing a landscape trailer (or other large things) with extra space you can use to store additional pieces of equipment, perform maintenance on eauipment, make a work space (desk, break room, refrigerator, etc). These units also have LED lights, chain operated doors, double locks, and electrical outlets. They’re so big they are basically aircraft hangers.Bottom line: 5 star customer service, cleanliness, driving room, and storage capacity. #1 facility in DFW. Save yourself time looking at other units that have small storage spaces and cramped driving isles and go with this place.

Have a friend thats got a storage unit up there pretty nice facility storage units are new dont know about the pricing but might want to give them a shot.

Love renting here. The units are new and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The multiple automatic gates are a nice feature, very secure. I have never had an issue with anything here.

Place is clean and has great lighting, will meet your every need with the size unit and price

I’ve been with them a couple months now and I’ve had problems accessing my storage after 5pm. Key pad states it’s outside storage hours buts it’s only 5:30.

157 Self Storage is not a big corporate owned facility. Its locally owned and run by professional people that understand the short term and longer term needs that are common and sometimes community specific. A pleasure to do business with.

Very clean and well maintained units. High quality space with economic price tag. Site manager is great person you can talk to for your moving and storage need.

These guys are crooks. They get you in at a low rate which is $75 for a 10 x 10 at the first place and once you are in they keep increasing your rate. First it went up to $83 and today we get a email that the rate went up again to $91. So basically its a tactic to get the customer in at $75 and once they are in and load up their stuff keep increasing their rent so they dont have choice other thn to move everything out or pay higher rent. This is ridiculous.P.S They still advertise the $75 rent to date to attract new clients

Met someone to pick something up from their storage. It was so difficult and confusing to get out. You had to have a special code and the key pad to exit was not providing instructions to do so.

A nice place to do business with. The manager is great.

Im a longtime tenant - 157 Storage remember to bill me every month on same date but ignore my several requests to get a receipt everytime I am billed.. give me the excuses over the phone “we get busy and forget” or my fave.. “computer problems”.. pretty sure they just blew my request off again.. how about some accountability and basic customer service?

Nick was very pleasant. He explained the in and out process and security which made me very comfortable. Place was clean and neat.

Stuff damaged from water going into climate controlled unit. Explained all this to manager on phone and even asked him to meet me at unit so I could show him, he refused. Climate controlled unit is a joke. Go to uhaul folks.
