I have received various types of repairs and services from Buffalo Brakes and team for over four years. Becky and her husband, Larry, consistently provide excellent and friendly customer service, prompt repairs and flexible scheduling. They are always fair and reasonable in their prices, and you can feel that they are NOT out to cheat nor rob you. They provide high quality work in a reasonable timeframe. They are military friendly, but genuinely support all who come through. You treat them with respect and consideration as a customer, you will receive the same and then some in return.

Took my SUV in for brakes as the dealer said they were almost gone. Buffalo called to tell me that the rears were low but the front still had 60%!!! The dealer would never have done that, especially in this environment.Lets hear it for honesty. My next service will be at Buffalo Brakes.

Helped me fix my car for cheap!!!

I recently moved to this area. I had a diagnostic done from another shop on my vehicle that required new valve cover gaskets. After they gave me their estimate, I began looking around for a second estimate. Buffalo Brakes gave me an estimate that was $220 less than the original estimate from another auto place. Not only this, but the first estimate suggested I needed 2 or 3 other repairs done (most auto shops always find something else you NEED to have repaired). I asked the technician Mark about their suggested repairs, and Mark gave me his honest suggestion and said it wasnt necessary. Mark, Becky and BB business saved me over $500. I also had my wifes car get some repairs done. Buffalo Brakes did the job, and after asking if a few things were emergencies, or if its safe to job without getting them done, the technician Mark didnt try to sell me. He gave me his personal opinion as if it was his vehicle, and again, saves me money. Thanks Buffalo Brakes for you honest, affordable and hospitable services.

Finding a great auto repair facility and great mechanics is like finding a good doctor or attorney. When you find one you stay with them. I have doing business with Buffalo Brakes for years and have spent thousands of dollars with them. But they have also saved me thousands of dollars. Unlike most repair shops when they find a issue they dont take advantage of the customer and go ahead and fix the issue. They tell you what the issue is and tell you it doesnt need to be fixed now but needs to addressed at some point. I appreciate this and it is one of the main reasons I am a loyal customer of Buffalo Brakes.There prices are fair and usually lower than the competition and in all my years of doing business with them I have NEVER had to bring any of vehicles back because they fix the problem the first time. I have three vehicles and Buffalo Brakes maintains all of them.I would highly recommend any car repairs or maintenance anyone has to allow Buffalo Brakes the opportunity to earn your business. This repair shop is the best I had my Dodge dually in there to upgrade the braking system I ended up buying the wrong part. but the shop owner didnt mind my truck being left in their bay overnight for the next day why the new part was being shipped they did a fantastic job on my truck great customer service if youre looking for a repair shop with integrity and great customer service this is where to go.

They did a quick oil change. Great core value of the company. I wish there was one in GROVETOWN too. Need more honest mechanics.

I am just getting around to this because I was really hoping the issues resolve itself, last year I want say it was July I had brake pads and rotors put on my vehicle so they started back making the same noise they were when I took it in like squealing sound when you stop went back in they replaced the pads, went in again they replaced the pads with a different brand, went in again she told me they replaced placed turn and sand rotors but why I just put new rotors on less then a year ago there no way they worn out that fast but no one told me that when I picked my vehicle up just when I called back with the same issue I was told that and I probably need new rotors again really,so the last time I went in spoke with the manager in which she is really nice the shop guy rode with me through a small neighborhood it didnt do it but on my way home all the way,she also said they adjusted my emergency brake yet and still my vehicle sounds horrible I just decided to wait until I can get it checked out somewhere else because they only made it worst and I spent over 500 hundred dollars there but I will not be returning but the best thing the manager is very polite and she has a pretty dog.

I had both front window regulators replaced this morning. The mechanics were quick and clean and very friendly.

My 2010 Honda Civic brakes were serviced and they did a great job. Very honest people, would definitely recommend this business.

Mark was helpful and my brakes were changed efficiently.

They were able to get me in and patch my tire for me and were done within 20 minutes and was cheaper than other places Ive used before . I will definitely go back for future needs ....

This is a family owned business and their service is the best, friendly. They will make sure you understand the issue and how to avoid it in the future.

This company was supposed to just check a part on the car and contact me before doing anything.However, I was finally contacted to say car was ready and there was a $700 bill. I was not prepared for this expense and would not have paid that. However, they fixed it without authorization and I had to pay it to get my car back.Beware

So, I just got back from Buffalo Brakes after reading all the awesome reviews here. The reviews are correct in saying they are fair when it comes to labor prices.However, the devil is in the details. I was charged close to $220 for two sets of ceramic brake pads that ended up coming from OReilys Auto Parts. One set priced at $45 and the other priced at $35. I think that speaks for itself.

Great service and price

Seemed reasonable enough and thorough. Watched them work with two other customers, including one they directed to another shop that could do particular work not done at BB.

I had my brakes and rotors put on less then a year ago been back three times and am still hearing metal to metal sound I dont know what to do even though each time the staff was very nice and understand but am still very disappointed that my vehicle still not fixed.

These slack jaw idiots tell my friend theres nothing wrong with transmission and its slipping no more than a week later. Do not trust the advice given by anyone at this place.
