Great experience with very knowledgeable mechanics. My AC was sluggish and I had an issue with a tire losing pressure. I was in and out quickly as you would expect with something so minor.Thank you First Class Truck and Auto!
They were friendly, I had missed a few days that the truck was to be brought in to fix windows. The truck is old 78 but only 32.500 miles. The electric system was pretty new when bought. So old wires and an inline fuse. Good price.
Had a wonderful experience with Fist Class Auto. Air conditioning fixed on 2 cars while fixing the F150 some belts and needed changed. Aboveand beyond customer service
Wonderful staff, great service! Very knowledgeable and friendly
Have never had a bad experience at First Class.
Theyre amazing, they explain exactly whats wrong, what needs to be done. We are moving soon and they were able to get us in and get our truck fixed and they were amazing. They are nice, friendly and understanding. They honestly do their best to help, and its greatly appreciated!!!
Place sucks big D would not recommend
I have taken many vehicles to Tim over the years and will continue to. He and his crew are great at diagnosing issues and fixing them. They are very good at being transparent and explaining things to those of us who are not mechanically inclined. Karla is amazing and very nice. They call and get any additional work approved. I reccomend them to my friends and family all the time. Would not trust anyone else with my vehicles.
I’ve been going to First Class Truck & Auto for both personal and business vehicles for almost 14 years. Tim and crew are great, honest and ethical. I’ve never had to take a vehicle back after having it repaired. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
My vehicles have been serviced by First Class Truck & Auto Services for more than 10 years. Because of the quality of work, honesty and service they have earned my business for life. Some shops may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Cheap is not always the answer, especially when it comes to quality repairs and quality parts on your vehicle - which is an investment.Highly recommend First Class Truck & Auto Service, Inc for they stand by behind their work as well as parts.Cheap parts are simply that...CHEAP parts. Quality parts will always win over cheap parts...Thank you First Class Truck and Auto Service, Inc for your QUALITY standards, honesty, friendliness and excellent customer service!
I used to frequent First Class but I then bought a couple brand new vehicles and took them to the dealer for service. I am unhappy with the dealer so will be returning to First Class. We had some work done on some work equipment and they were very accommodating and competent! Is not a chain, as far as I know. Glad to be back with them!
I had a transmission flush performed here on my 2014 Ford Explorer with 125k miles. Tim recommended BG cleaner and additive. What a difference the service made. Acceleration feels stronger and shifts feel smoother. Great price and they completed the work quick. Highly recommend.
We were from out of state and camping up on a mountain and our generator went out. We were still under warranty and called our dealer to get info on where to go. So we called Jayco and he did some research for us and gave us First Class Truck & Auto Service, told us they could get us in tomorrow. When we got there they were able to take a look at it and go ahead get it fixed for us. Pat is an awesome technician! Everyone there was super friendly and accommodating. We would recommend them highly!
I have heard good things about them so when my car was dying on me I decided to bring it here...They are friendly and cordial and diagnosed my problem, which I appreciate. However, my quote for a fuel filter and fuel pump was $1300 for a ford focus (including diagnostics). Looking only at the cost of parts--$27.05 for the fuel filter and $671.37 for the pump. I explained that I have changed fuel filters in my works vehicles and that I felt comfortable doing that for now until I could save up for the pump. I was discouraged from doing this and told that my car needs a special part to change the fuel filter. This isnt true. I understand its a business and you need to sell yourself, but that was a black and white lie and was a huge red flag for me.I explained that I simply do not have the money for the fuel pump right now and needed the weekend to make a plan. I went home, found the same exact fuel pump directly from the OEM for $311. I went to pick up my car today (the pump isnt totally dead yet, just very close) and I was told to put gas in it. This was confusing because I had been told a detailed story on Friday on the phone, and multiple times in person, about how they drove my car to the gas station, put $15 of gas in it, and then how the car barely made it back to the shop before dying. On Friday I paid for the diagnosis, and was told multiple times about the $15 in gas they had already put in, and so I gladly paid for that as well. Now this morning the story was that I needed to put gas in it right away because they had *intended* to put that $15 gas but it just didnt work out, so they gave me my $15 back. Just strange. I mentioned that I found the pump for $311, expecting them to say Hey, great! Bring it in, since its the same part, we can replace it for you and youve saved some money (this is pretty much what the dealer told me when I called them for a quote). Instead I was told Well I cant sell it to you for $500 (the dealers price) because I need to make money off of it. I said, laughing, Yeah, that would have been almost $400, thats a good amount to make from it! It costs $700 to open the door each morning. Keep in mind, this is in regards to just ONE part, not the entire quote. Ive worked in a variety of fields and have always been happy to save a customer money. This reaction confirmed what my gut had been telling me.Im planning on attempting the replacement myself. My game plan was that I would try it (been researching all weekend, and I have the equipment to lift the car, bring down the tank, etc) and at the first sign of things not going well, bring it back to them and have them do it, but be happy that I still saved myself some money on the part. Not only did they not seem interested in having me as a customer (I guess if each part is marked up 115% they dont need me) but all the little lies added up and made me feel very unsure about trusting you guys. Again, you are all super friendly and I appreciate that, but you also went on a big rant about ethics with me on Friday about how important it is to you to feel good about the parts you put into the cars that you work on, etc etc and that honestly was another red flag for me because at that point I hadnt questioned your prices or the quote, had only asked for the quote and explained that I dont have that money right now so I need to figure out what Im going to do.Long story short, I appreciate the diagnosis, I appreciate your friendly personalities, but I also appreciate being raised to ALWAYS do your own research. My money is very important to me and I need to trust the businesses that I give it to.
Great and friendly staff with expert mechanics
The staff here are super friendly, they work hard to get the job done fast and affordably. Pat is very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions quickly and courageously. I will definitely come back.
Very helpful doing a check on a suburban before I bought it. Really glad I came in
I needed a catalytic converter installed and it was done in less than 2 hours and it was very affordable as well! Very nice people and great service
I WONT BE BACK !!!Way overpriced parts. $120.00 for rear end differential oil !! Really !!!Brake drum shoes. $ 87.00 !!I compared prices at a national chain parts store. For the same stuff,You can get their top priced parts for a 1/3 the price. The only reason I didnt give 1 star is they did decent work.
Our family has been using First Class for 8 years and have always been impressed with their complete honesty and frankness relative to servicing our vehicles. I would fully recommend them to anyone...and do recommend to everyone!
