My car air conditioner went out yesterday. I called and Chris immediately booked me an appointment the NEXT day!! I was literally in and OUT which included them having to order a part for my car! In the time I waited, they took me to get food and dropped me off! They were extremely helpful and cared about me as a customer. When I first arrived they gave me ice cold water! I knew then, I would be a longtime customer! My daughter and I are extremely blessed and grateful to have met such a Christian group of people! Not to mention it was super clean, organized, and did I say nice and professional! Every car I have will now be serviced by them! Thank you Chris and the Nice lady that checked us out! 🙏🏽

As a first-time customer, I dropped by Christian Brothers to discuss getting my F-150 it’s 30k servicing. I did not mention to them that I had just gotten the truck from an established dealership when the truck had 28.2k on the dial. I presumed it had been serviced by that dealer, but I wasn’t sure, and I avoid dealership services if possible. So the nice gent at Christian Brothers looked up the necessities, and said it might run $200 or so, depending on what they found. That’s certainly substantial cheaper than what a dealership would run, so I booked.They were ready for me when I arrived for my appointment, so no wasted time. Their technician sent me updates, with photos, as they proceeded, to include wear on brakes, filters, etc. When I review ed with the manager at check-out, he said the filters looked new (they were), and that the total for the service was $76 and change. That was proper, expert, expeditious, reasonable, and HONEST service. Additionally, their facility is very nice. This will be our family service center.

I am traveling a lot with work lately and my wifes air conditioning wasnt working in her suv. The staff at Christian Brothers were extremely helpful. They quickly diagnosed the problem. The part had to be ordered so they got the air conditioning working over the weekend while she waited on the part and installed it quickly once she returned. The price was very reasonable as well.Im sorry I cant remember the mechanics name but he took the time to explain things to me after explaining things to my wife even though I was more than halfway across the country. He was very kind and patient. We confident that we have found the shop that we will use for all of our services.

Great customer service- only reason I didnt receive service was because they dont allow you to bring your own parts.Labor prices are fair and they give quick estimates.

Youre at a disadvantage when out of town and need auto repair asap. Two dealers told me I would have to make appointment and return at a later date. I explained my situation to CBA, they worked me in and performed needed repairs while I waited. I was there a long time but they offered shuttle service several times, kept me updated on repair status and were very courteous. Repairs were properly performed with no issues, and they prevented me from missing more work and going through the hassle of renting a car. I really appreciated the service from CBA.

I just took my car to be serviced today for an oil change. Not only was I greeted with the warmest smiles but with untouched customer service. They made me feel like I was family. They were very knowledgeable and quick. I’ve never had better service anywhere than here. When my car was done, they had it parked outside the door for me and inside was a small Thank you note with candy in a bag as well as to my surprise a small teddy bear with a t-shirt with their name for my toddler who wasn’t with me at the time in his car seat. UPDATE:Well, we used them again as I said in my originalpost, and it’s been absolutely terrible. We took another vehicle here due to our previous “positive” experience. We have taken it there FOUR times, they fix it, and each time we have left, a check engine light comes on and we have to take it back, WITHIN MINUTES OF LEAVING. We are now out thousands, between all the trips, and I just got an estimate today and it is for an additional $1,700.00.With our truck, I felt like they were being so kind to be honest and tell us it was fine. Now I’m wondering why they have told us the same thing, multiple times with this vehicle, only to then have us pick it up and take it right back after they have “completed” their work. Very, very upsetting.Will never go to this place again. And will never recommend them.Go elsewhere.Original post:We were traveling through the area and had our tow vehicle stop running abruptly. My husband tried to trouble shoot, and replaced the fuel pump, and it still wouldn’t start for us. We had it towed to this location, a little weary as we don’t know recommendations for this area.They called to tell us that the truck started up just fine, and they saw no issues. We still wanted them to run a diagnostic to ensure that we weren’t left without a running vehicle and so they did. Still no issues.I was so grateful for this company to tell us the TRUTH. Quite honestly they could have told us anything and we wouldn’t have known, and it speaks hugely to their company’s character to not “fix” a vehicle that didn’t need to be fixed.I have recommended them to everyone we have met in that area, and will use them if we are in that area again.

I absolutely adore this place. Everyone is so nice and so professional. They are very communicative when discussing pricing and if they find something else thats wrong they show you what is messed up and discuss with you whether or not you want them to repair it after they give you an estimate. It is a very efficient process and Ive never had a bad experience. They also give out free water and sometimes cookies ;). 10 out of 10 recommend.

My car battery had been giving me tons of issues since March 2020. I took it to the dealer several times for diagnosis but they couldnt ever find anything wrong. So I did a Google search for auto electricians and Christian Brothers Auto (CBA) popped up first. During this time, I was about to have my car towed because my battery died...again! So I asked the tow truck driver whether they had heard of CBA. He said that yes, and that they did very good work and were very reputable. After I made the initial appointment via their web form, Kristi sent me a followup email almost instantly. She kept me updated about everything they were doing each day. I never had to call to inquire about anything. I also love that the inspection report they sent me was available online and that it provided photos of every item they inspected. That added a special touch to the work they did! My husband and I have decided to make Christian Brothers Auto our go-to auto shop for future repairs and maintenance. Thanks CBA!

One morning I had an oil change. I went about my day running my errands. Long story short. A part was not replaced properly, I was on the other end of town. I called a couple of places to try to help me, no one could fit me in. Paul at Christian Brothers told me to come in and they would make sure I got home safely. Even though they were busy, he got me in, took care of my problem and was gone less than an hour. It helped calm my panic and possibly saved my car from serious issues. I will definitely be coming back and refer them to others!

Unfortunately had to do full engine and transmission swap on my 2015 Dodge Caravan. CBA was extremely helpful, polite and had excellent communication throughout. They had all the parts ordered and job done in a week. They must have felt bad for me because they fixed my power window in the van for free as a surprise. Probably on par with dealership prices, but you get what you pay for and is well worth it. Excellent warranties on the work. Felt very confident for the whole process Would recommend to anyone for any job.

It was my first time at Christian Brothers and I had a great experience. The front office staff members treated me with respect and were so friendly. The mechanics fixed the issue I brought my car in for and kept me informed while they were working on it. They also completed a courtesy inspection just to make sure my car was in great shape. The waiting room is comfortable and has nice couches, I had my laptop with me so I was able to get some work done while I waited. My car is running better than ever and I will continue to trust Christian Brothers with my car maintenance needs. (Definitely had a much better experience here than at the Car Dealership shop!)

Used services multiple times and they are constantly adding and charging additional services that are necessary. I take it to another mechanic with no issues. They can do the repairs without having to add additional charges or maintenance.

Christian Brothers helped to fix a repair in the seal of my trunk. They identified the problem and repaired it at a reasonable price and provided me with quick, efficient service. Felt good to know I was getting the work I needed done without feeling like I was being overcharged.

If you dont know anything about cars please ask someone who does. Sure, this auto shop is friendly and welcoming. Its a cozy atmosphere. However, I brought my Toyota in for engine problems. I had the diagnostic code I received from Auto Zone for free. They still insisted on charging me $150.00 dollars for their own diagnostic. It turned out I needed new ignition coils. I couldnt afford to have all of them replaced so they replaced one. One coil, for roughly $700.00. When my boss laughed at me and explained to me what exactly they did and how much I could get a coil for I was so disappointed. Please do not let this happen to you. Had I known what I know now I would have never gone to this facility, that is just so wrong.

You guys were great. Normally, when people walk into an auto shop, they do so with the understanding theyre about to get taken to the cleaners. But not you guys. I knew from the moment I walked in your door I was in the right place. And the fact that you take the time to video or take photos to send to your customers is down right biblical. It blew me away that you wanted to make sure that I knew what your technician was seeing and what I needed to get fixed before he lifted a finger. I am very pleased with the work yall do, mechanically, technically, professionally, and personally. I cant see us taking are vehicles anywhere else for servicing. You guys are a true blessing. Christian Brothers continues to be reliable and reasonable. We have had oil changes and also more extensive work done on several family members automobiles and the staff at the Evans, GA location is professional and very pleasant every time. Our service writer Kristi is knowledgeable and explains in detail what the visit will entail. We feel comfortable leaving our car there, and appreciate their honesty (and cookies)!

Ive used Christian Brothers several times and each time they impress me with their consistent commitment to service. The most recent visit I tried to schedule a last minute oil change and they had no available time slots for the original time I wanted. I made an appointment for a later day that also worked out perfectly for me. A customer cancelled their appointment close to the original time I requested and they called me to let me know! I was able to get my oil changed before a long distance trip and sti leave as scheduled

Your diagnostic fee is outrageously ridiculous. I brought my van to just be checked. I was ripped off according to a friend that looked at the paper you gave. For a company that says Christian I think you should change that name. The only thing that is really wrong 2 things. You didnt check my spark plugs or ignition coils, the only thing your paper indicated was misfire with cylinder #6. And that it needed one other thing replaced. You had me waiting for nearly 2-3 hours. Your no different than the others. You actually recommend someone pay for something you dont know if they need?? Seriously? Why not have some compassion and recommend fixing the misfiring cylinder first. Oh you got to have these other coils replaced. How do you know when you didnt even check em. Unbelievable. You all are the same. Rip people off, even when you know its wrong. I lost $125 for practically nothing. Never return!

I used Christian Brothers to tow and repair my daughter’s car. They properly diagnosed the issue and was able to complete it next day, over the New Year’s holiday. My daughter said her car drives like a dream now, and that she doesn’t remember her car driving that well in the past. The price was reasonable, and the service advisor talked through my options for scheduling further service needs. They also have a night drop box which makes it convenient for those who work during the day. I will definitely use Christian Brothers again!

I got a quote on an air conditioning compressor replacement. Their price was 50% higher and their warranty was not as good as two other reputable repair facilities.

The staff was very kind. They knew exactly what the problem was with my car and repaired. Great place for women that are hesitant about auto repair shops. They are fair and wont take advantage of a person.

Had the unfortunate experience of losing AC in our car during one of the hottest months of the year. Christian Brothers has a great staff that maintained communication through out the process. Awesome & Honest! So thankful that Christian Brothers Automotives opened in Evans. I took my Jeep Renegade to them and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and get the part needed to fix it the same day. Christian Brothers provided me a ride home so I didnt have to wait and picked me up once my Jeep was ready and then was even able to pull off a last minute oil change for me as I was leaving town the next day on a road trip. All of the Staff at Christian Brothers including the owner whom I was lucky enough to meet were all extremely professional and friendly. I will be using Christian Brothers for all of my automotive care needs from now on.

Sooooo friendly and very honest. Loved that they take pictures of parts of the car and show you them on their computer so that you can see for yourself what needs to be repaired. They are not pushy at all. Just plain honest. Lady at the front desk even said “we will text you this info so that you may discuss it with your husband first”. This is the ONLY place that could work me in today after 2 failed alignments yesterday. The ladies up front were so caring and warm compared to a lot of other places around here. The tech that worked on my jeep was friendly and actually explained stuff to me and showed me the actual numbers on the computer. The office is super clean (and super comfy!) and so is the shop. Friendly & professional staff - made me feel “at home”. They Kept me informed from the time I dropped off my vehicle until I picked it up. Emailed a detailed report - including pictures - of what needed attention. I appreciate the fact that they also play Christian music while waiting & had fresh backed cookies as well.The candy left in my vehicle as a ‘thank you for your business’ was a nice finishing touch. Christian Brothers Automotive will definitely be my ‘go to’ when I have problems with my vehicle. I highly recommend them!

I have an 08 Honda Civic SI that had the clutch burn out on my wife. I called them several weeks before about a quote. I unfortunately did not have the funds at that time to have it repaired. After about six weeks or so, I had the funds and called to verify the estimate which stayed the same. They were very professional, friendly, and honest about the repair along with other things they found that were bad on the car. They included pictures of the bad/damaged parts and asked if I wanted it repaired/replaced and had the amount on hand. They had my car in and out of the shop very quick! They even gave me a military discount. Definitely recommend this shop to others that need their vehicle worked on by fast and honest people. You guys rock and earn your 5 stars! After getting a “diagnosis” during a routine oil change that my Jeep needed rear brakes and rotors, I stopped by Christian Brothers for a second opinion. I was immediately greeted by the very friendly Jami, who took the time to show me the worn rotors and explain the wear in a way that even my non-mechanical mind could understand. She quickly worked up and emailed me a quote that was significantly lower than what the dealership was going to charge. So, I headed back to the shop the very same day and had an excellent brake job done in just over an hour. I highly recommend Christian Brothers and the superior customer service offered by Jami.

The team at Christian Brothers were constantly updating me with texts, complete with photos of my truck. Their maintenance report is very professional and easy to read. Ill definitely go back, I felt taken care of by an honest team.

Top notch in every way. Phenomenal service where they treat your car as if it was their own. Customer service like you wouldnt believe, with a great attitude and a kind, very non-condescending demeanor. So, it has been almost 10 years since I have taken any of my vehicles to a mechanic shop that isnt the dealership service center, because I dont really trust mechanic shops due to past experiences. Unfortunately for for me, my Kia Sorentos starter gave out and Kia wasnt able to get my car scheduled any sooner than the following week. I needed my car fixed ASAP so I took the plunge and researched mechanic shops in my area... This was the highest rated and even so I read about 100 reviews on this specific shop (including ALL of the 1 star reviews)... My take away after doing the research was that, the worst that could happen is they will charge me a lot (but still less than Kia) but they will at least FIX my car. Long story short, I had my car towed to this shop, they identified the problem through a diagnostic (which my husband and I were already aware of because we arent completely auto illiterate lol), and the diagnostic was literally half the cost of Kias diagnostic fee, so that was nice. Again, neither my husband and I are unfamiliar with the cost of certain things (like the replacement of a starter) and we found that the price they quoted us was very reasonable. They recommended we replace some filters (which we opted to), also recommended we make a few other important replacements which will in the near future but couldnt due to lack of funds this time. Overall, we appreciated the service that we received here and Im glad I found them because I have a feeling they will save my husband and I money in the future repairs.

Very impressed with the service I received today. I have been to a few repair shops in town and this one is by far the best. The did the work as outlined and explained it all in detail. The waiting area was clean and very comfortable. I will defiantly be back and I will be telling my friends and family to go as well.

This company does not live up to its “Christian” values. I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee there for servicing for what they diagnosed the need for a new thermostat and the oil pressure switch. They “fixed” my vehicle and about a month and a half later my car overheated and the engine locked up after a road trip. Being that my car had never overheated and I had just gotten it fixed we took it back to Christian Brothers and they told me that I needed a new engine because it had no compression. They did not say what exactly cause the problem but quoted me $4500 to replace it & charged us $113 for the diagnosis. We then took my vehicle to the actual Jeep dealership where they took my engine apart and did a full diagnostic only to find out that the bleeder screw was not closed on the new thermostat which led to engine failure. (Repair cost over $10,000) After explaining to the manger, Kristy, the situation she was very objective and felt as if they didn’t cause the issue although my vehicle had never had any major issues prior to their servicing and was still under their service warranty. I even asked to speak to the owner and was told repeatedly that he wasn’t available. The final time I spoke with Kristy she was rude, had an attitude and was very insensitive regarding the situation. I will never use this company again and hope that no one else has to experience such hardship with heartless, unprofessional people. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Christian Brothers is the only place I will take my car for service. They very pleasant from staff in front office to the workers servicing your car. They dont sell you stuff you dont need and they make what you do need is taken care of. The little package of chocolate they leave on your car when done is a plus!.. Very Happy Customer

Great customer service. Everyone is such a delight to speak with and so very helpful. They do excellent cost break downs and even send pictures of any concerns they may have with your vehicle. I had extensive work done on my car and Kristi kept me updated along the way and called me for any further approval needed.I recommend them to everyone and wont take my car anywhere else!

Another shop told me Id need another motor so I shopped around and Christian Brothers gave me the best price .so I took my truck to them later I was told it wasnt the engine and it was just an exhaust problem .They were honest with me and that means allot.
