This morning I experienced an emergency when I accidentally ran over debris in the road. Shortly after my tire light came on and I happened to notice Discount Tire. Thankfully, Jacob H. assisted me to getting back on the road ASAP since I had so many appointments today. Excellent customer service!!! I called and scheduled a 4pm time slot. I arrived a few minutes early and was promptly greeted. My jeep was pulled in quickly and all 4 tires were replaced very quickly. They had great prices on the tires I needed for my Cadillac. I had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. and I got there at 8:50. They got my car in and out and I was back on the road by 9:45 a.m. Thats pretty fast to me. The staff was courteous and the place was very clean. All the staff wore masks. I would definitely recommend them.

We have been Discount Tire customers for many years in several different locations. We are always relieved when we move to a new place and there is a Discount Tire. They have always provided us with excellent service! Theyre friendly, theyre good at dealing with tires and tire issues, and their waiting area is always clean! The Evans staff does a great job of upholding this excellent customer service standard.As a woman, I havent always had the best experience dealing with folks in the automotive industry. In other stores, I have been talked down to, had people ask to talk to my husband/father, or just plain been ignored. NOT SO with Discount Tire. When I have had questions, they have always answered them and were pleasant in doing so. So long as they keep up the excellent standard of customer service, I am a customer for life!

Will not return. Brought my car in for a repair of my tire and left with four new tires. Drove in to the store so the tire was good. Then, they showed me that the outside wall of the tire was damaged to the point where it was no longer driveable. Do not trust this location and will take care of my tires myself. Plus, they do not do alignments at this location. Poor care and integrity.

For over 12 years I have been taking my car to Discount tires, yesterday I did an appointment so I expect the service is done perfectly because that’s why I take it to professionals. I get my car tires with tire pressure incorrectly, after driving it tire pressure still high as hell from manufacture recommendation. It supposed to be 32 all around, before this picture they were showing at 41, 34, 39 and 39. It you are doing business do it the right way, different faces at the Evans shop and it looks that they goal is to make money without quality.

Tires were ready to install at the time of my appointment and I had zero problems. Staff were great and got me in and out faster than any other tire place has in the past. Evans store is the one to go to with plenty of parking and no waiting as compared to Bobby Jones location. Highly recommend them! Tires were for Volvo XC90.

This is a shoutout to Discount Tire and employee Jacob H. In particular. I didn’t buy anything. I needed my tire pressure checked. I showed up right when they were closing thinking they had an exterior pump I could use. They didn’t. I saw Jacob, flagged him down, and asked where I could find one. He offered to check my tires for free. Normally I would have tipped him, but I didn’t have cash on me, so this review will have to suffice!Super friendly service so good that next time I need tire services, I’ll head here. Thanks again!

Went in for a rotation and balance this morning. Because I bought my tires from them, this service was free. I was met as I pulled up by a service department employee. I was there maybe 20/25 minutes total. From the time I arrived to the time I left the service was amazing. My experience could not have gone any better. 5/5 stars easy!

Ive been using Discount Tire for many years they are reliable and their service is unbeatable. This particular location in Evans Georgia is my favorite because the wait is generally shorter then other local locations.

Bought new tires online, and set up my appointment for the next week. Arrived at my scheduled appointment time, and pulled right into the bay. Because I was going to drop off, I asked them to check all the TPMS because the system wouldnt reset. Mark and his team informed me that there was a possibility that everything would need to be replaced, but said they would handle it all in house if it was needed. Because my truck is 15 years old, all 5 sensors were replaced by the team. I arrived late in the afternoon to pick up, they had me out the door in 5 minutes.Excellent customer service, easy transaction, friendly staff all the way around and a very clean shop. To me, this is how a business should be run. They were efficient and supportive. I highly recommend this tire location for anyone needing them in the Evans area. I will bring my business here from now on.

Its one thing to be in a rut, hence why someone would visit a tire shop first thing in the morning. However, it is another to be met with the most pleasant and knowledgeable staff. My husband and I felt we were truly in good hands. When trouble such as a flat tire comes your way, count it pure joy especially if entrusting the staff at Discount Tire.

The employees at this store are FANTASTIC! Bought 5 new wheels and the tech noticed one of them had severe scratches on it and they’d have to order me a new one. One of the managers was off and drove to another store just to pick up the replacement. Shoutout to Brady who is energetic as can be in the front of the store!

The gentlemen I talked to was very polite and professional, but I made an appointment for 4:15pm. My car wasnt pulled into the garage to be worked on til 5:20pm. Several cars that showed up after me left before mine got worked on. I understand businesses get busy but hold appointments times. Or notify your customers that they are running 2hrs behind schedule. I wont be bringing my vehicle back unless better communication between the business and customers who make appointments is established. Very disappointing.

Staff is great and very fast service.

Went in to see about the possibility of a puncture repair, found out that the tires on our van (purchased elsewhere) were not rated for the size of our vehicle. They helped us get 4 new, safe tires quickly installed at a great price as well as giving us the old tires so we could file a complaint where those were purchased. They didnt pressure us into anything we didnt need, but made us aware of the problem and helped us solve it. Ill be getting all my tires here from now on.

I called to find out what I needed to know and what I needed to do to take my car in for two new tires. I was told I just needed to come in and most likely leave my car. When I arrived I was told differently by an employee. Immediately got upset and left. Then I decided to call and ask to speak with the manager and I am glad I did. Carlton assistant manager and Corey manager stepped up and handled everything with understanding and great character. They stood behind what I had been told. They put two tires on my car and still handled all of the appointments that they had today. I will go back and tell my friends. Point of this review is dont rush to anger and frustration. Be open to listen there are good people in the world just give them a chance to do the right thing.

Very curious for my tire rotation. My wife and both did our cars and the whole thing was less than an hour. I was even greeted at my vehicle and so was my wife. This was very appreciated considering COVID and not having to go in the lobby at all.

Called last evening to set up an appointment for today in the late morning for 2 tires. Showed up and David quickly got to me, did a walk around the car, and showed me how bad my front tires were too. We moved inside and went over options and coverage, and found 4 tires at a solid price that I was happy with, and threw in a small discount for the sake of good customer service. I ended up going home due to possible time constraints, but they texted that the car was ready well before I needed to head out so we picked it an hour and a half later. Very pleased with the whole process, and definitely recommending these guys to anyone I know in need of tire work.

My wife and I took our vehicles in today to have the tires rotated and balanced. The virus precautions that are in place are different than most retailers, but are very sensible. No one from the store enters your vehicle.Anyway, when they finished with my car, I told the young man who handed the receipt to me that I wanted to pay for both cars, expecting to pay between $60 and $80 for each. He informed me that there was no charge, that they hoped we would return when we were in need of new tires.They can count on it.

Fantastic experience! After receiving aTPM low tire warning, made an appointment to get it fixed... Same day and within a couple of hours of the warning. Arrived early and was greeted outside as I pulled up in the lot. Used social distancing and had me drive the car into the service bay. Fixed the tire and had me on my way within 20 minutes. No charge! What a fantastic place! Will see them when I need a new set of tires! Great people and outstanding experience!

Both times sales and service were excellent.The GTradial tires are great for the price. Quiet, smooth ride and really enjoyable to drive, both city and highway.Last weekend ran over something that caused a flat. I noticed it Monday afternoon. Pumped it up at home and drove 15 minutes to store. Thomas fixed it flat right away and I was back home 60 minutes after I saw flat. Cost to me ZERO because of hazard coverage. While Thomas fixed the flat, salesman Jarek showed me tires available in my price range for my 99 Mustang .Tuesday I had Jarek order tires. 3-5 days for delivery. Thurs 1pm Jarek calls, tires are in, sets 4:15 appt. I arrive at 4, Jarek double-checks tires, rim size, paperwork etc. Thomas runs crew doing installation and I am gone by 5pm with 4 new tires, valve stems, balanced, installed, etc.This was the week before Labor Day weekend.On a scale of 1-10, I give an 11. Best service and products for good priceI have ever had. I will shop there again and tell my friends about them,

I made an appointment and special ordered tires. Someone met me outside first thing when I arrived and they were ready to start right away. That staff was so nice and I was out in under half an hour. They even let me drive it out so that I wouldn’t be caught in the rain that had started. Great staff and I highly recommend!

Prices are affordable

Since September of 2018 I have bought two full sets of tires from this company and location. They have been great in the past. Today, my wife goes in with an issue on a tire and they refuse to honor the warranty. They “claim” the tread level is two low. The tires are only a year old. I will NOT be buying anymore tires from Discount Tire!

My husband raved about this place and I decided to go check them out last week. Initially I was told that it was my brakes when I went to the dealership. I went to a brake shop and was told that I might need my tires balanced and that it wasnt my brakes. My wheels get shaky especially driving over 60 mph. I made my appoint with Discount Tires and got it done within 30 minutes this morning. I normally dont write reviews and I would give it a couple more visits but I have to say that every employee that I interacted with was very professional, services were great and take into account the fact that its during COVID19. They were super busy but they listened, serviced my car and informed me about what they did and sent me on my way. The shakiness is gone! I am now a lifetime customer, no doubt!

Called and linked up with Brady. I told him that my car was lowered and the Firestone on post had it for four hours before telling me that they couldnt change out the tires. Went to Discount Tire and was immediately serviced. Not only that but Brady told me that I paid too much for my tires and he could match just about any price. He even have me some options for rims. I will not be back. I drove 25 Minutes to have my tires rotated (I bought them here) and looked at for a possible nail, but was told they just started doing by appointment only and that they couldnt get me in today. There were 2 bays open, no one else in line. And a lot of employees around. So I wasted gas and an hour driving to them to have nothing done and they didnt seem to care. Just lost my business!

Outstanding, courteous service. I went there to get a tire checked, they got me in and out quickly with no charge. They found a large nail in the tire but they were able to re-seal the tire and get me on my way. I also like the very large lobby / waiting area, clean bathrooms, and free water and coffee available.

I had a tire that was flat. It took over 3hrs to get it changed. My car gave the signal that something was wrong but then went away. Now today the same tire spot that they changed the tire is completely flat. Idk what they did but they clearly rushed or something else. I hope this doesnt cost me any money to fix their issue.
