New parts has been replaced more than once have had nothing but problems since they done the work to my truck and truck is back up there again for the 4th time again got the parts put back on yesterday drove it the next day and it broke down again new ball joints new tire rods ends new cv axles over $3000 dollars of work and still not right

Absolutely the worst mechanics!!! We taken our vehicle 4 time in less than 1 month same issue over and over! And every time it cost more but nothing is every properly fixed costing our family money we don’t have to spare but do due to being our source of income and never truly gets fixed I’d like to contact courperate at this time

Nice staff...shorthanded, but dont tell your customer that it will be an hour for a tire change and take over 2 hours to do it.

It was a good experience. I arrived before I was scheduled and they were able to start on my truck right away. I expected to still be there over an hour, but they surprised me by getting my new tires on in about 40 minutes without any problems. Ive always been an NTB customer and will continue to be. The employees are always polite and doing their best.

Fast, friendly, reasonable prices, over and above service. My new favorite mechanic is Mr. Pat Fry.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!Change of a TPMS takes 15-20 minutes and they charge you for one hour labor, $120. this is unacceptable.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NTB!!They do not honor the promotional price and the papers they send to your house. I was there for a oil change and they put more than 50% on the promotional price they sent to me under the names of this fee and that fee and saying that prices have gone up. It is ridiculous!

$100 alignment, didnt adjust the camber on the passenger wheel, also didnt rotate my tires which was supposed to be included. Other shop dialed it in. They claimed my inner rods were bad, other shop disagreed.

Now this is where you get professional, courteous and knowledgeable car service.Mr. Pat will be my go to guy henceforth.Thank you for keeping my family safe on the roadways.

Love them for both of my vehicles. Affordable prices except for brakes and rotors. There are cheaper places for that.

I think NTB is a great place to do business. There have been a couple of times when I brought my vehicle in and it was something minor and they fixed it for free. The customer facing Representatives have always been very polite and informative as to what was done with the car. these are all reasons why I keep bringing my car back to them.

Great experience, I had tires installed on both mine and my wifes vehicles. the service was completed quickly with no issues good customer service at the front desk. Wi-Fi and coffee available in the waiting room. I will continue to consider NTB for my vehicle service and will recommend it to others.

In September 2020, a technician at this location of NTB intentionally sabataged my vehicle and management covered up for him even though I could have popped a wheel and died! On top of that, I was alsoovercharged, but corporate quickly reimbursed me a good portion of my charges and paid to replace the parts that this tech swapped / removed from my vehicle. I recommend that you avoid this particular NTB location like the plague... there are plenty of other NTB locations that are not corrupt operations like this one is. I agreed not to sue NTB only because corporate did enough to satisfy me (like this locations management should have).

Had a blowout and was left sitting by the road yesterday afternoon (Im 71 and had a 6 yr old with me). I called to check on a new tire and to see if they were still open. Was told to come on in. No appointment, but they fit me in. The service was awesome and Chuck was honest, helpful and RESPECTFUL, a commodity not found enough these days. Thanks so much. First time using NTB, but it wont be the last time.

I came in to get a alignment for 70 dollars like the guy told me on the phone and when they finished it wasn’t the price we had agreed on and when I left my steering wheel wasn’t aligned when I was going down the road and I called up there and they told me they would fix everything for me the next day and they did not my tire was slanted needles to say I would not recommend save your money.

So far Ive had great experiences here. My main reason for the review today is I had an appointment at 11am this morning and had a family emergency pop up at 1040 and had to call and cancel. I spoke with Chris and he totally understood and even responded with we understand family is first. Beyond awesome of him. Definitely suggest doing business with them and will continue to do so myself

Had tires I wanted in stock. They made me an appointment by phone. 1st visit there, August was very polite. I was worried about price of mounting and balancing but was pleasantly surprised at the cost.

Exceeds expectations for a automobile shop. The store has a master tech that was able to fully diagnose and repair my vehicle and the August and the sales associate were nice in communicating everything to us. Best automotive shop in town with great prices.

I was in the middle of a trip from Florida to NC and I started to feel some wobbles in my tires, these guys checked it out while all other tire places were closed, then fixed it. Found the problem and got me and my mother back on the road. Cant say enough about this crew especially during these hard times

Went in for the buy 2 get 2 tire deal. Called several days in advance to make the appointment and get a price quote. Once there, they had no idea why I was coming in or what tires Id requested. I had them verify the price which jumped almost $80 from what I was quoted. They did agree to match the quoted price though.I inquired about the time required to complete the job (four tires and oil change), and was told 1.5 hours. At 2.5 hours, I went to find out how much longer it would be and was told another 1-1.5 hours. Apparently, they didnt have my valve stems in the store, but there was no courteous mention of this to me.Now, if this was the only time something like this, may be more understanding. However, this is only the second time Ive used NTB and during my previous visit, I had the same issue with them not having an oil filter. Again, no mention of the delay until I decided to ask how much long after giving the store plenty of extra time. In my opinion, 2/2 experiences of similar nature is not a fluke; its how they run the business.I am giving them three stars because they did give a discount and do the oil change for free after I mentioned this being a pattern. Otherwise, I would have given them 1 or maybe 2 stars.Overall, I do not recommend taking your car to this location.

SLOW: Arrived 10 minutes early for my 0930 oil change appointment, was told it would take one hour to finish. They didnt even take my car back for one hour. Its been two hours and they are not done yet, with a simple oil change.

Was told to come in for an alignment check, it would be on the rack in ten minutes. 50 minutes later and the car is still in the parking lot. Lying for business .

I normally hate auto shops but this experience wasnt bad. Ive had some bad ones. I didnt feel talked down to here. I had done hours of research about the service I was getting done before going in so I knew what to expect. The two guys behind the desks were knowledgeable and seemed like good people.Update: went back for another service. Chuck seems like a nice guy. Easy to talk to great on the phone. LOOOOONG wait though even WITH an appointment. 5hrs to change 3 belts!! Good service though.

He works extremely hard to make sure that the customers are satisfied, and educated on the products and services they are purchasing. I am beyond happy with the brand new tires that Chuck sold me and were installed by Zhane!

UPDATE (11/7/19) - Another excellent experience for me with NTB in Evans, GA. August (store mgr), Chuck (service mgr), and their technicians (Gary and Matt) went way over and above the line of duty to help me determine the cause of my tire pressure light coming on in my 2007 Tacoma. Checked the tire pressure, filled my spare tire (which is no small feat in that Tacoma), and determined that four of the five sensors were near death. Worked hard to get me the best replacement price possible (which beat the car dealership by more than $200). Had my vehicle ready in two hours--exactly as promised. These folks are top shelf--knowledgeable, professional, respectful. Good people, and I continue to recommend them highly for tire and car maintenance needs.__________________________Been getting maintenance service and tires here for years. Always treated politely and respectfully. Scheduled an early-morning appointment for my latest oil change/tire rotation-balance, and they got me right in and out. Store Manager August and Technician Zhane took the time to explain the condition of my brakes and battery, but put no pressure on me to replace them. Simply advised me to keep an eye on them because they were approaching end of life. I have nothing at all negative to say about these folks; they were helpful and professional.

Scam artist be aware!Went in for a tire wobble came out $300 light. Still had a tire wobble. I was then informed that I needed a new breaks all the way around. Then I supposedly had a post missing from my rotor. Ironically I went to my hometown, Went to my familys mechanic he replaced the to back tires for less than a $180 and magically the wobble was gone.

Terrible service. My daughter brought in her car to replace one tire. She told them all she wanted was mounted and balanced and nothing extra. They gave her the works total package. When I received the bill through emaile I called. They said they could not do anything about because she signed for it. I called corporate and they made it good. I have been buying all my tires from this store since it was built. I will never do business there again. Had a bad experience same store a year ago. Staff is rude and not knowledgeable

I have been a customer at this store (previously named Tire Kingdom) for many years, but I have never taken the time to write a review before now. This past week, I took my car in for an oil change. They told me it would be ready in about an hour. They were actually done before an hour went by, and they were very courteous. Shawn, the manager, went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He also gave me a really great deal on four new tires a few weeks ago. I am highly impressed with this store, and I will continue to give them my business and refer them to others. Please keep up the good work, guys!

I had a flat tire while on business trip. So I arrived without an appointment. They were able to fit me in with very little wait. Which I appreciated. Since my tire required replacement I inquired about the tread on the remaining tires and if they could perform my 35,000 mile maintenance. They recommend replacing the others. Since my car is part of a fleet program it required them obtain additional approval from the fleet management company. This is where I started to get frustrated. Instead of calling for approval they sent an email. Which i didn’t realize till an hour later. When I inquired about the status they told me they were still waiting for approval. I asked why he didn’t call he simply responded with “I don’t know”. As I speaking with him about the process without saying a word he answered the phone 5 separate times without so much as a “just moment I have to get this” just cut me off each time. I called the company and they issued the approval within minutes. Once it was complete he handed me the keys and asked for a signature without explaining anything. Again, I appreciate them fitting me, but the interactions with gentleman at the desk was less than impressive. Everyone who performed the work was very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been going to this store since it opened and we have had wonderful service until Monday 18 February. I went for a oil change and tire rotation the tire rotation never happened but they lied to my face and said it was done but they never asked me for my store key to unlock my wheels . I’m not sure the oil was changed either because when I checked it when I got home it was black as could be. So far very disappointed with new management.

I had an appt at 2 to get my oil changed, wipers changed, tires rotated, and air filters replaced. Also told them to check my tire pressure because the light was on. I didn’t get my car back until 7:30.. 30 min after they closed. This is absolutely ridiculous. Yes, i dropped my car off but it should not take over 5 hours for these things to be done. I had an appt which means that is when my car is to be serviced. Not to mention when I finally got into my car the tire pressure light was still on, and oil percentage said it was at 20%. This is the worst service I’ve ever had at this place and my business will be taken else where. They waited until the end of their shift to rush and finish my car and that is not acceptable.

Hands down the worst automobile service location in the CSRA. Each time we come here it is nothing but problems. The only reason we returned was because the district manager gave us free oil changes due to a misdiagnoses costing us over $1500 a year ago. Today they called us to tell us our truck was ready.... we’ve been waiting for 45 minutes after they called us and they’re still not finished. Unreal.

Since moving to this part of town, these guys have been great. They provide quick, reliable service,and are up front about the amount of time it may take to get your vehicle in on busy days. I just went there today again and will continue to count on them to help me keep my vehicle safe for this family!

Ordered tires from a 3rd party website and had them delivered directly to this location. They called me when the tires were in and we advanced my appointment so I could get them installed right away. Check in was quick and the process went very smoothly. Was overall pleased.

Scam artists. I took my car in to get new tires and an alignment. They actually had a good deal on the tires so Im not upset about that. However, I received a call from Mark, the man working in the front, saying that all of the jam nuts were rusted and they couldnt get any of them loose to actually do the alignment. He told me that Id have to replace pretty much everything to do with wheel alignment because theyd have to break all of it to get it loose. They quoted me over $900 for that work. My boyfriend was thankfully there and asked to see exactly what they were talking about under my car so they lifted it and pointed out all of the rusted jam nuts. They claimed they tried everything to get the jam nuts loose, including a cheater bar, Mark even went back and tried and absolutely nothing was working, etc, etc. They also gave me a print out showing that all four wheels were well out of alignment and was told that if I didnt get it fixed very soon, it would be extremely detrimental to my new tires. We told them we needed a second opinion and left. We took my car to my boyfriends dad who proceeded to help my boyfriend loosen every single jam nut in his driveway with a wrench and some penetrating oil. I brought my car to a different shop, had them check the alignment and fix it for less than $70. Surprisingly, the only wheel out of alignment was the left front wheel, and it was off by 1/8 inch. NTB was trying to get $900 out of a $70 dollar job. Do not bring your car here. They will do anything to pull one over on you and scam you out of money.

Very competitive pricing, however service is generally very slow even with a booked appointment. Unless you have time to blow recommend dropping vehicle for oil changes and tire service.

The customer service by the current manager is terrible. If you want to find a place where you want to feel being treated well and received a respectful customer service look somewhere else. Mark, who used to be the previous manager was excellent at working with people, but the current manager has totally different customer service standards. Will not recommend this store for servicing your car.

On Christmas eve I got a nail in my tire. My husband took it to NTB tires and was treated with the best service. I highly recommend this tire shop. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This is like my 3rd home. Mark and the staff has always been friendly and treated me like family. They are busy all the time but they do tell me in advance how long it will take. My family will always bring our 5 cars there. Never once we were unsatisfied. Praise to the whole staff!

Staff was friendly, but technicians not attentive or something. Got my tire repaired and when picking it up I asked them to verify psi was correct and even told them what psi should be. They took the tire in the back to verify/correct. Brought the tire back to me and said it was good. I installed on the vehicle and got a low tire pressure warning. Verified with a tire pressure gauge​ and they had not put any air in the tire. It was off by over 30 psi.

Hope the service is better than the reception! On a Saturday, I set up an appointment for 9:00 AM on a Sunday for a simple plug and patch, at the time I asked counter receptionist if I needed a confirmation sheet, he stated not necessary You are good to go. When I arrived on Sunday, I was informed that it was a 10:00 appointment, when I protested that the time was wrong I was asked could I prove I had a 0900 appointment. Will not be coming here again.

Nice guys at the counter, but takes over 3 hours to get an oil change—and that’s with an appointment. I would go pretty much anywhere other than here for one.

We have called and physically gone to 2 locations on Washington road in the past two days asking for an oil change and the response we got both times is an annoyed NOT UNLESS YOU PLAN ON LEAVING YOUR CAR HERE ALL DAY. A simple were pretty busy it might take a while would have sufficed. Ya might wanna learn how to talk to potential PAYING customers with a little more tact and respect.

I scheduled a tire rotation and it was gonna be like $20.00 and some change for tax. I bought my tires from here and didn’t realize they came with tire rotation for free. The dude told me that and now I’m getting a free tire rotation when I thought I was gonna have to pay. Pretty happy

Ive read the reviews and am not sure what happened to other folks but I have had good experiences with NTB in Evans. When is it was Mark at the front or now Shawn, they have always treated me well. Josh has been my tech several times and has answered my questions on the phone and always been very professional and I have not had a reason to think he wasnt doing good work. I have been here for regular oil changes, belts, brakes and other things and yea they could always be faster but the work I have asked for has been done and done well. If I could critique them on anything it would be to up the communication with the customer, but I bugged them enough to make up for it. I will continue to be a customer here.

Blew out a tire on a Saturday afternoon and took my vehicle to NTB. Chuck was able to get the tire ordered and delivered by Monday morning. I had my car back by lunchtime on Monday. Excellent service.

Went in today at 6:00pm with a tire that needed to be replace. I explained to the Sales Associate Joe Minor that was trying to get back on the road in a hurry. Joe and Mikel not only took care of me quickly but ensured the vehicle was safe for my family and I got back on the road safely. NTB has a customer for life.

Mark and his staff have always treated my wife and I very well. I feel that the work in addition to the oil changes has been very good and NTB backs many repairs we have needed with better warranties than other places. We will not take our vehicles to other shops any longer, mainly because they have always seemed to quote work equally or save us money when we need actual repairs. The staff always seem to go beyond our expectations with worked performed and customer service.

Will never go here again. Took car in for oil change, tire rotation, alignment and brake check. When car was ready, the guy gave me my keys. Im used to service where they state what was done and what was not needed. I just got off the phone with the manager Shawn Murray. He stated we dont talk about what was done or not if its not necessary. So they dont say We topped off your fluids? Tires were low or look good? No need for an alignment? Never experienced this when I went to NTB.No problem, I will not return and be sure to make others aware. I called NTB in Augusta and they told me common courtesy is to explain whats done to your vehicle.

Went in for oil change at 3:20. Was told would be 5:00 before it was ready. So I made an appt. for tomorrow. Service writer was a nice guy.

Ive had way too many problems and spent more money than needed to think the problem was fixed and be told when I brought out bank I would have to spend almost $400 more to fix something I already paid them to fix. Then when I went to get a second opinion almost everything that was worked on by them came up as a red flag or caution so I dont know what that was about. And my oil filter was put on crooked from what i was told and thats why it was leaking. But there was some very helpful people there. Just not satisfied with the work done on my vehicle.

Brought in my truck to get the stripped lugs removed and said if you cannot finish it today then don’t do it at all, but yet they said they could and ended up keeping it over night, no way to get to school or work now. Worst tire shop I’ve ever been to, go to discount tire, way better prices and service

I went here a few months back for an oil change and just because im a young female I was taken advantage of and was told that something fell off my car while they were working on it and told me I owed them over $60 extra to grease up the part and put it in. I am quite certain I was being scammed because they would not explain to me what the part was or what it was for. Also, a few days ago I went there just once more to see if they could put a plug in my tire because I had a nail and they told me no because of where it was (when I knew it was in a place where they absolutely could). They were trying to scam me and get me to buy all new tires. I will never be returning here ever again.

Its been an okay place for tires and battery. They have matched prices at times. The last tire quote I received had a tire service additional cost that included what I would expect from anyone. It was over $200!They are often too busy to fix or rotate tires on short notice, so be prepared to leave your car. Ive had to go back for missed repairs too. Such as checking a leaking tire. Its not a horrible place nor a great one either.

Went here a while ago to make an appointment for new tires and brakes. I didn’t get greeted or anything. The chick that worked there was too busy talking to an older gentleman, and when she noticed me, her response, and I kid you not “Uh, we’re kind of busy here, I don’t think they’ll get you in today”. First of all, there was literally only two cars in the parking lot and none being worked on at the time. You’re to busy to make a freakin appointment??? Secondly, I just came in to make an appointment because this place was on the way home from where I was coming from. I couldn’t believe the ignorant attitude this young woman had so I said okay, walked out, and went across the street for better service. Absolutely sad.

I bought my tires here a year ago and i also purchased the one year wheel alignment. When I went you use my last alignment before my year was up they tried to pressure me into buying brand new tires and charging me $400 more than what I paid the first time and tried to tell me I had a dead cell in my battery and my car wouldn’t be cranking before long. They also wouldn’t rotate or put air in my tires because they said they were too worn. My tires still have 3/4 tread on them. I took my car to get the oil changed and they were like your tires need to be rotated and your battery is fine we just cleaned the terminals. These people are lazy!!! Also my wait time was one hour and 34 minutes with an appointment then they didn’t do anything to my car. LAZY!! Sorry but you lost a customer.

My experience at NTB was not great. I dropped my car off at 1:30, went to lunch, came back at 2:15, and my car still had not moved. About ten minutes later, they moved it, and it wasnt finished until 3:00. I told the cashier that we got there at 1:30, and had an appointment for 1:30. She said that we should have dropped it off earlier than the appointment time... I dont think I was the only dissatisfied customer there either. Today was not at all how I wanted to spend my day off of school.

They always mess something up whenever I go there. I had to go back several times on separate occasions to fix a leak they said had been fixed. Then they lost my tire lock key. I got a new one and went back recently for a tire rotation and another leak. They forgot about the tire rotation and when I came back the next day my new tire lock key was missing again! Would like to add that the manager (Mark?) did fairly compensate me, in my opinion.

I went in for rotate and balance while my tire pressure light being on, they did not check my tire pressure and the wait was too long. This will be my last time I will get service from them. I got a brake job done and the wheel started vibrating within a days and got worst, I brought it in and they said they turned the rotors and then after about a month it started the vibration again and got worst until it got scary. I will not come back here again.

Outstanding customer service!!! Not a fan of having to buy new tires but these guys have earned the business. With the construction of new neighborhoods going on in Evans, we have had the misfortune of needing some new tires due to nails and screws that get picked up in our tires. We have been here three times though. The second time in was for a flat that was just a tire not seated properly. They fixed it and didnt charge. That kind of customer service goes a long way. If you need new tires, the crew here did a great job.

Had the worst experience with this bunch. Was told over phone they would fix my breaks. Get there and they say they cant fix it. Stuck 5hrs away from home and no help from them! While half the crew stood around just shooting the bull. Wouldnt even rate half a star!!

Dropped my truck off today at Fairway Ford because of the sound my truck was making they say I need to replace some parts the same parts that NTB apparently fixed. NTB is nothing but scam artists and deserve to be shut down

Service professional went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was being done and why it was being done. They did not talk down to me and I felt like they really respected me as a customer.The waiting room was clean with plenty of chairs.They get very busy, so even if you make an appointment online, its wise to expect a long wait. You can either go shopping across the street or have someone pick you up.I didnt catch the young mans name that worked on my Jeep but he was tall thin and kinda looked like Jim Halpert from The Office. He is the reason I will continue to do business here. As should you!

They always say that something is wrong with your car, the last time I went in for my oil change, and tire rotation they said that they discovered the shocks was completely wore out, they didnt tell me that it was one of my tires that had a nail in it, the time before that I went in for a oil change and to find out what was wrong with my head lights, they changed the oil and then checked the head lights, they said it wasnt the bulbs, so the tech started checking the wiring and said, had to be in the wiring, but their electrical person was off that day and I needed to make an appointment, it was going to take at least 3 hours to trace down the wiring,, it wasnt the wiring at all, it was a fuse, I had a family friend who helped me trace down the problem and thats when I found out that it was just a fuse, not the wiring at all, IF YOU WANT MY BUSINESS BE HONEST WITH ME AS I ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPPION, to add more to this as far as my air shocks are concerned what these jerks did was turn off my compressor and said that my air shocks and air shocks compressor was completely wore out,And that they needed to be replaced, ASAP and myself not knowing about air shocks I asked about the cost to replace they again told me that I need to set up an appointment to see exactly what the problem was, well once again I got another oppion and found out just exactly what they did to TRY TO RIP ME OFF,IM WARNING YOU DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICEI will never use this place again,I now go to Jiffy Lube new store on Washinton Rd, THIS PLACE IS THE BEST FOR EVERYTHING FOR YOUR CAR, SUV, OR TRUCK AND THEY WONT RIP YOU OFF LIKE NTB IN EVANS GEORGIATAKE MY ADVISES NEVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT WITH NTB AS IT WILL COST YOU AN ARM AND LEG BECAUSE OF THE THINGS THEY DO THEMSELVES AND SAY YOU MUST GET THIS DONE, From Annette JonesVERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Got a great price for two tires. And the service was great

I ONLY go there when they have good deals on tires and to get them rotated. But everytime I go there they either forget to do something or mess it up and I have to come back and wait again for them to fix it. I dont know if its because Im a woman and they think I dont know a thing or two about cars. The mechanics look like scam artists and bums and are unapologetic about their mishaps. The manager Mark looks overwhelmed at times but he will find a solution and help you out if hes around.

Brought car in for service and needed new tires. August, the service manager, was extremely helpful and offered a competitive price. A+ service!

I had an appointment scheduled for 12 p.m. on 9/23 for an oil change for a 2016 Nissan Sentra. When I arrived at 12 I explained to the guy at the desk that I wanted the standard oil change at the promo price of 24.99. He said okay and took my keys. It was 12;45 before my car was moved to the back for the oil change. [What is the purpose of an appointment if it takes 45 mins before it even begins] Secondly, when my car was finished no one tried contacting me or to see if I was in the waiting room. [luckily I decided to check on my vehicle] I DID NOT LEAVE THIS PLACE UNTIL 1:45 PM WHEN MY APPT WAS AT 12 PM. Last but certainly not least when it was time to pay my total came up $45.16. The guy at the desk told me that because my Nissan was over a 2015 year model, I need a synthetic oil change for high mileage. My car only has 18,200 miles on it.[IF THE CAR DID NOT QUALIFY FOR THE PROMO PRICE at 24.99 WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED PRIOR TO THE OIL CHANGE] Horrible FIRST time experience with an almost two hour wait and that was with an appointment PLUS I was bamboozled out of my hard earned money.

Had an emergency repair when a cap on my oil pan leaked all of my oil out of my car. 😕 The manager Mark, and their Master Technician Josh took care of my car right away. Awesome service, I will be a return customer.

Waited over 1.5 hours. When I went to check on the status of my vehicle, I was told they didnt have a part an oil filter and couldnt contact the courier. Had I not asked, there is no telling how long I would have been there. Price with a coupon is the ONLY reason they get two stars.

Awful service!! Argued with me saying they called my husband and told him car was ready and then back tracked the story when I told him that it was impossible since I never even left my husbands number! On top of that quoted once price and charged double for some services he never even quoted us in the beginning. Ill never ever use this place again. Rip off and awful customer service!!!
