The technician working on a Sunday afternoon was the only one working in the store and while customers were coming in and out, was courteous and was able to replace my Samsung phone battery in just a few hours. He keep us informed and was knowledgeable in what was needed. Highly recommend them for battery needs.

My Harleydavidson fat boy got a new battery and I have my ride back. Last battery lasted 4 years from batteries plus and sure this will last as long. Best warranty and long warranty for two years. Auto zone was 6 months and close to the same price. Get your battery here with great service also. David was awesome, smart, kind ext. 👍

Didnt honor warrenty for battery i bought a couple months ago

I waited almost 10 days for my on line purchase. I finally decided to drive to the store and picked up my order. When I got back home there was an e-mail telling me that my order was ready for pick up. My order was placed on 1/29/2021 and I picked it up on 2/9/2021. The store is only 10 minutes away.

First time in but definitely not the last! Took in household batteries for recycling and to check on a bulb for my Dodge Dakota. After speaking with Zach for a few minutes I left out. A couple hours later I noticed my wallet was missing and when I back traced my steps and called Batteries Plus Bulbs..Zach gave me the great news that I had left it on the counter. He said he tried to find contact info inside but couldnt find a phone number.. well there is one now!! Thanks a million for being honest and youll see me again as a regular customer ! I searched for my item online and was able to see it was in stock in my local store (YES! I love this feature so much), bought it and had it waiting for me in the store after work. The whole process was quick and smooth, no hiccups. Great interaction with store personnel.

I was sold batteries in the middle of 2017 that I was lead to believe were new batteries. Since the beginning of 2019 I’ve had problems with my batteries running out within 30 min of full charge. I have taken them to batteries plus on Washington road on multiple occasions to have them checked. Every time they tell me that there is nothing wrong with the batteries. I’ve replaced all the wiring throughout this time assuming that the batteries were fine. Two weeks ago was the finale of many trips to have the batteries checked, to which I was told they were fine, I took my cart to club car and paid them to diagnose what was going on. Come to find out my batteries were toast and they were batteries manufactured in 2015 and 2016 (H5, F5, C5, and D6) rather than 2017. The manager (Logan) refuses to replace the batteries or give me my money back. Corporate is unable to help due to thus being a franchise.

Saved My Phone!!! My Galaxy S7 Edge wouldnt hold a charge and I didnt want to upgrade yet so went to Batteries Plus Bulbs for a new battery. Had it back in less than 2 hours and at a great price too. They were awesome.

Shop did not process my online order until 10:00am so I guess they have different priorities in the morning. Nevertheless, my battery was there and fully charged in time for me to cut my grass before it got 100 degrees outside. Mower cranked right up.

The workers here are fantastic! They greeted me with a friendly hello and quickly fixed a phone which held a jammed SIM card. On top of all this, they did it free of charge! This helpful store is definitely worth a visit.

Ordered 2 batteries online and received an email an hour later. Picked them up soon thereafter. The folks were great! The batteries were reasonably priced. Will use them again.

We paid $150 to have them replace my kids cracked I-phone screen. The new screen made everything somewhat tinted pink, and after about a week the phone stopped tracking finger input and would no longer work. We took the phone back to have them work on it again, since they claimed there was a 6 month warranty. The employee at the store refused to fix the phone, said it must have been dropped (it wasnt), and was very rude.Dont waste your money, these guys dont know what they are doing and dont stand behind their work.

Frist of all, I had a 20% off coupon. I drove to the Batteries Plus store and pick up my battery and receive credit for my old battery....Great experience.

Placed order on line Monday evening. Did not receive anything all day Tuesday. Called afternoon on Wednesday and inquired about the order and the gentleman says he had the battery in stock but give him about 45min to charge which was ok since I live about 1 hour from the store. Before we hung up then I get an email that my order was ready for pick up. If I had not called would my order been ready that day or after.

Went to the store and was told i was getting a high quality screen replacement on my galaxy s8.they chared 270 dollars to replace the screen and after the replacement the speaker didnt work while in calls and screen broke around ear peice. Called to see qhaqhat they could do about it about it and they said they couldnt warranty they work

Order: Sony Projector Bulb.....On June 7,2019 9:27am.I placed a order Online to Pickup In Store. On that same day I received an email at 11:26am Stating that My order was ready for pick up. Will when I went to pick it up at 4:30pm it wasnt there.Was told it wouldnt be in until Monday June10th. And there will be a $11 charge. ? To the store.. Wasnt happy about that at all. Soooooooo on Monday I didnt receive any notifications sooo I went in that evening. Now I paid online, but when I received my order my total was $181. Noooo Sir. Well they put someone elses battery on my order and charged me again for my order.The manager was called to fix the problem. Then I was still charged $7 to the store. I let the manager know that I try and I do buy local. But next time I need to order online again I will have it shipped to my home. Because I spent more money going to the store twice and the store fee. Never Again ThanksBattery+ for the experience.

The person who was working at night, told me that he was the only one there and there were to many boxes to go through to look. I felt that if a company tells me i will have it that day then they should go beyond to make a customer happy. I felt that i was let down by batteries plus bulbs since i did buy a 109 dollar flashlight that i needed for work. Also the guy sounded very stoned like he smoked alot of pot that day lol. i will prob go somewhere else next time and advise others too.

I was happy with the service of them replacing a screen on my iPhone. Do not however buy a screen protector from them. It caused my phone to ghost touch all day afterwards. After taking off the protector in front of the sales associate and the problem stopped they refused to refund me money. It shows they do not stand behind the product they sale. The sales representative said you have to call the screen protector company. I will not go back to that store agian. Wasted time and out $70.

I brought my Samsung Note 5 in after dropping it in water and using rice to dry it out. The battery held a charge but there was no video. They checked the phone for me and found that it had corrosion problems and would need to be replaced. The work performed let me know what I needed to do.
