I have used Tires Plus at this location for years - and bought many sets of tires there - but no more! Last time I made an appt online only to get there and be told “they aren’t doing that anymore” (so disable the functionality in your website) and had to bring my vehicle back another day. So I called this week to make a first thing in the am appt - emphasizing that I would wait on the car and was told 45minutes for the job. So I get there and they don’t have an appt on the books for me at all AGAIN - but told me they would do the work. However, 30minutes later my car is still sitting in the lot while multiple employees are sitting idle in the service bays. I left to go elsewhere. I don’t know what management changes they have had but their service has gone way downhill.

Very disappointed. Dont bother bringing your vehicle here if you want prompt and friendly service. I need an oil change, and made an appointment so that they were ready to do it and I didnt have to wait. They took my keys and told me 45 minutes to an hour. I thought this was a long wait because there was only one person waiting and most of the lifts were empty. I came back after an hour and they hadnt even taken it from the lot! I then waited 10 minutes for them to find my car keys, all the time listening to the guy making more appointments over the phone. Their excuse was that the mechanic was working on a vehicle before I got there. Why make the appointment then? They wasted an hour of my time. This used to be my go to place, but if they cant even get an oil change done, I guess I will need to find a new place.

Got an oil change and they did not tighten the oil drain plug and oil dripped out all over my driveway. Took it back to get fixed the next day after noticing this and never even got an apology or anything. Will never go back.

They did an alignment on 3 of my cars, they were friendly and fairly quick. They did a great job on the alignments. The lifetime alignments are a good value.

I took his flat tire there for repair. Upon return to pick up tire- the rim was bent and had several scratches. When I spoke to the Manager (Dan- I think) he all but called me a liar. Said they couldn’t have done the damage and tough luck. I was a loyal customer but I have never been so disrespected. Customer Service from management is a serious fault at this location! Fast forward a week - I am still waiting to hear from the DM as to how this situation will be handled.

I was helped by a very friendly and helpful person behind the counter. I made an appointment to have new tires put on. Long story short it would be 3+ hours before my vehicle would be done. They did have the best deal on the tires I needed. Waiting area is on the untidy side. I recommend dropping off and picking up later if you are not in a hurry.

My mother-in-law went to this Tires Plus location for a simple tire patch, and the manager told her she needed all new tires due to dry rot. Her car is a 2011 and the tires are less than 3 years old with NO signs of cracking at all! The manager on duty tried his best to keep her in the store with phrases like “trust me” or “we will take care of you”, but instead of dropping over $1000 she drove across the street to Tire Kingdom. They removed the nail FOR FREE- that is right NO CHARGE AT ALL- and found nothing wrong with an almost new set of tires. Shame on you tires plus.

Made an online appointment for two new tires for my vehicle. Got there at my appointed time but they did not have the tires for my vehicle in stock. Instead of having a someone go fetch the tires from another location, they elected to wait on a truck that makes its rounds to each location moving required stock between stores. The tires I needed would not be there for another 3 hours. When I returned 3 hours later the truck had not arrived yet, but they were expecting it soon and my vehicle was next in the chute as soon as my tires arrived. One hour later they finally decided to inform me that my tires were not on the truck and they were sending somebody to go retrieve them. My vehicle was finished 1 hour and 45 minutes after that. All I got was a Sorry for the wait. Well, Sorry I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere next time. They need to fix how they manage stock, appointments, and maybe do something for the customer that received less than adequate service to keep them coming back.

I have been going here for at least 6 months and the last 2 times I have went to get an oil change they have not applied my discount for working at Bridgestone. There service is great and that is the only reason why they get 2 stars.

On the surface I had a normal experience getting new tires at this shop. After they tires were installed, they informed me that the mechanic heard a metallic clicking noise when turning the tires and suggested I return to have them look at the breaks. Later that week I also heard the clicking, so I took my car to Williams Automotive in Hephzibah (best auto mechanic Ive ever worked with) and he quickly found that Tires Plus had left most of the plastic bolts in my hubcaps loose. The clicking was gone after tightening the hubcaps.I dont know for sure if they left my hubcaps loose on purpose, but it definitely looked like it.If a company finds a problem that wasnt there before, never return to that company to get it fixed. Causing new problems in order to generate more profit in the future is not the way honest businesses should be run.As for the tires, I bought the mid-priced of the three all-season tires that they had that fit my car. When I called them, I should have done my research and looked up the tire models they quoted me. The tires I got had better tread then my old tires, but were not different enough from standard tires to handle heavy snow, ice, and water. That was a blunder on my part and thankfully I didnt need to travel in as much snow and ice as I had anticipated over the Christmas season.

HONEST! HONEST! 4 tires install and alignment took less then 2 hours and they gave me update on every step/move that they made, which was greatly appreciated. They even pointed out that I really just needed 2 tires as only the fronts were worn (NTB told me that I needed 4 tires and refused to rotate my tires). Mr. Glenn even entertained all my questions without being judgmental or dismissive, unlike some of the other local car repair/maintenance places. This location and the employees at that location are fantastic and honest. I would recommend for anyone to give them a try. Thank you for your Honesty, you have earned a loyal/frequent customer !!!

Fast, and very helpful! My husband and I are moving back to the west coast tomorrow (sat sept.28th ) and after waiting 1.5 hour at Walmart auto centers at 2 different locations they got us in right away 3 mins after arriving here. We are very thankful. Good team;)

Was about to come in to get front struts and 2 tires on my toyota but I stopped because I heard some arguing in the garage using vulgar language loudly. I did not feel comfortable going in.

Very Disappointed! We have been going to this Tires Plus location for over 10 years. When one of our cars had an electrical problem that involved a short circuit my husband was told that they could do an electrical test for $100.00. He decided to do this and dropped the car off. 2 days after it was supposed to be done he had to call them. They said that they had been trying to call us and it turned out that they had written our home phone number wrong. My cell number and my daughters were both on the receipt but it had not occurred to anyone to try those numbers! Anyway, the $100 test revealed no problem and it turned out that they did an engine diagnostic, not an electrical one. We have tires with road hazard warranties on them and will have to return for that service, but otherwise, they have lost a long term customer. Best advice - they are okay for tires and oil change - anything more complicated, go elsewhere!

If I could give no stars I would. I have had my oil changed in my truck twice, and both times I have had problems. Both times, they did not put the air filter cover back on properly. I just saw my truck was leaking oil, the oil filter was not even tightened properly. I do not feel like I should have to recheck work that I am paying for. I will not be back.

I dont know why people rate them so highly. Theyre over priced for simple services, they have smart ass customer service representatives and they take forever to get you in and out of there regardless of if you made an appointment. I am so upset at the amount of time and money I spent here because I didnt know better.

This is the sorriest group of people I’ve ever had to deal with. Please don’t waste your time and money at this place, unless you want to be sold a bunch of parts and services you don’t need, told someone else screwed up something that was perfectly fine before you brought your vehicle to them, or lied to when asking if something you specifically asked for was done. They have screwed up twice in a matter of two months. The first time was stripping the oil pan plug on my wife’s Lexus, and said someone else had stripped it. The second happened while purchasing tires from them. My wife specifically asked them to take the rear right tire (practically brand new $223 tire) off and place it under the vehicle as a spare. She had another tire with nails in it in her trunk that needed to be replaced while the others were being taken care of. Instead of doing as asked they took the four tires off including the tire mentioned above and disposed of them and left the tire with the nails in it. She asked them before leaving the store if the rear right tire was placed under the vehicle. They told her yes ma’am we sure did. Got home to find that the practically brand new tire was disposed of and they left the tire with nails in it in her trunk. So she doesn’t have a spare tire now. We called and talked to the service manager which said they would put a new tire on for messing up by throwing out the practically brand new tire. That’s nice and all but the tires we bought were half the price of the tire they threw out. We asked that they find the tire that come off our vehicle considering it was just the day before that it come off. My wife drove all the way back to get the situation fixed but miraculously enough it started with the tire they said was our was not the correct tire and then after telling them it was not the correct tire, they found the correct tire but it now had nails in it. Now I know for a fact that the tire we asked to keep as a spare did not have nails because I checked the tire over before taking the vehicle to them. So the service manager goes back to telling us that he can put the new tire on. However the New tire he said he can put on the rim is out of stock at their store now but wasn’t 2 hrs before we showed up. I’m assuming the tire is out of stock now because it’s getting close to time for them to close. Needless to say this has been a complete waste of time and has thoroughly pissed me off. I have never written a review on a company before but I can’t allow this situation to go unheard. So anyone thinking about taking their vehicle here for even the simplest of jobs I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CROOKS! They have lost a customer for good and from this point forward I will not allow them to put air in my tires because they might just screw something up doing that.—BDE

I have been here several times over the years. My wifes vehicle has Firestone Destination LE2s on it. The 3rd vehicle that I have had the type of tire on. The side walls began to peal on the rear 2 tires that were bought at the same time. It looked like using a cheese grader to peel the sidewall off. Anyways went by the told me it was a defect bring it in the morning and they would replace them. I was overcharged by accident and the Manager immediately called me and refunded me the money. The tires were not completely new so I understand prorating the tires, Highly recommend them

Make an appointment? Why. It still takes them hours before they get to it. My wife gets there first thing in the morning at 7:30 and sits til almost 9:30 before they pull it into the shop. This is unacceptable and unprofessional and we will not become back. Also, I had the front suspension rebuilt by them and ever nut and bolt on the upper control arms was loose in under 9 months!!! You could turn them by hand. This shop is a joke! I am NOT HAPPY!!! DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY WILL WASTE YOURS!

Promised work to be done in 2 hours. After failing to complete an oil change in that time, they promised to finish within another hour. They took 2 more hours to finish the work.

!!!!WARNING !!!!!!! After waiting almost an hour past me scheduled appt for a simple oil change I decided to call Corp and ask what the expected wait time was. Corp got the SM on phone and another hour later my oil change was completed. Driving down the street and something falls out under my car and Sparks start flying !!!!!! No joke as I was in a main road. They didnt put the plate back on !!! Get the car back to tiresplus and the SM attempted to tell me that there were never any bolts in the plate to begin with. Lol !!! I just bought the car from a dealer . I could see the spot where they were, but some how they vanished !!! Even if that were true they let me drive down the road knowing I could get into an accident .... thanks What are the chances that I make a complaint and then the bottom falls out from my car !!!! I stopped the SM from going any further. I took the car to the Ford dealer and they confirmed that the bolts were there and just not put back. The tires plus DM did pay for the damage and since ford also found that they didnt put the oil plug back in correctly he paid for a new one as well. After many years and thousands of dollars I will never return again. Tires plus should be ashamed of themselves. They did pay for the repair, but what about my entire day waisted. Ill never get that back !!! Thanks for nothing. !!!! No resolution other than a refund of my oil change and payment for damage . Nobody from Corp even called back to follow up !!!

Ive taken my vehicle to Tires Plus for years and have always had excellent service.

They got me scheduled for my oil change and changed my oil. After they were done, however, they decided to tell me that they thought that I needed a new battery, and I would have to wait longer if I bought it from them, because they didnt have any in stock.

Friendly staff, timely service on a Saturday as a walk-in, and reasonably priced. Will be back.

Arrived 20 minutes early for a 10am appointment. 1 hour 15 minutes later they are just bringing the car in. Not good.

My wife went in for a front end alignment after a friend and I changed the brake pads and replaced the tie rod ends on both front tires. The mechanic came back into the lobby and told her the calipers had been put on upside down and/or backwards and that they were leaking fluid. He also told her that we didnt grease the brakes! When she told him theres no physical way to install the calipers backwards or upside down and that grease on the brakes is a stupid idea he told her there were hot spots on the rotors. The guy was just trying to run up her bill by making up things to tell a female.Ill never use this establishment again.

I had an appt to put on 4tires. They said 1 hour or you receive $59 off your purchase. Well it took 2.5 hours and when asked about the discount they said NO!! Due to un fore seen business. Yes they were busy but its your guarantee. So anyway I just paid my bill and left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TIRES PLUS.

Tried to call the first time and their phone system hung up on me. The second time I called, everything was going ok until the guy told me that they were charging me for a TPMS system. I told him I didnt need it because my truck already had the TPMS banded to the rims, and he told me Listen to me for a second as if I was being rude. I dont recall ever telling a customer to Listen to me for a second unless they were being obstinate or rude. I dont intend to give my business to a company that would allow its sales people to speak to their customers in this manner. Id rather pay a higher price and receive good customer service.

Was calling around at 11am Sat. Of course everyone was booked. Happened to stop by here after leaving Kroger. Made an appt. to get wifes car oil change and tires rotated which was covered under warranty as I did buy tires there. Appt. made for 2pm. I saw a coupon online and asked about it and No Problem! Wow! Guy that checked me in was SO friendly I figured we would do my car as well! Same time but would take a little longer as it would be done after the 1st. Totally fine w that. Now the topper. About an hour after drop off I Got a call they found a screw in a tire of mine. But that wifes car was done and mine would be in a few minutes. I had been at a construction site a week ago and someone there warned me to be careful. Well luck would have it I picked one up. TP wanted to get approval to fix it. Ok w me knowing what I knew. Well to my surprise when we went to pick it up they told me that they did NOT have to plug it once the screw was removed bc there was no leak! HONESTY! Ihave not had this level of service in a while! We were very impressed! Will definately go back! Thanks!!! Wife was w me and trust me if something wasnt right you would have known!!!

Took way too long. Drop off vehicle at 10 am and when I called at 3 pm, they said I was next. RIght?! They dont like me anyway. I caught them years ago trying to rip my wife for a new set of brake pads and rotors.

I will never take my automobile to these people again. They tried to charge me for a part that didnt have to be changed out. When I told them I just wanted my vehicle back, they tried to charge me an inspection fee for looking at it without any benefit to me. These people are con artists in my book.
