First time visiting this coffee shop and it definitely won’t be our last! It was a little busy for a Wednesday afternoon but still a few places to sit inside and the out, the staff was super nice and the coffee was amazing. Highly recommend!

I went to rooted for the first time yesterday. The coffee (iced white mocha) was seriously the best Ive had from anywhere. The han and cheese sandwich was the size of my head. And everyone was so friendly. Definitely going again and again.

The coffees, brekkie bowls, and avo toast are ideal for a strong start to your day.The Pitaya Bowl is heaping with magenta dragon fruit goodness + dense granola + sliced banana + coconut flakes, a sprinkling of chia + a drizzle of golden honey.Avo-Tom toast is creamy avocado + tomatoes + Himalayan sea salt + freshly cracked pepper + hemp seeds, drizzled with an unctuous balsamic glaze.So clean, so cozy. They have a great menu. Check them out!

Best coffee house in town, especially compared to anything in close proximity. Use to love grabbing an amazing coffee and some peach oatmeal pancakes from flying biscuit. At least we still have the amazing coffee.

The best coffee shop in Evans/Augusta area. Their coffee and breakfast sandwiches are so yummy and fresh. Wish they would open a second location closer to my house. I drive right past Starbucks to get to Rooted every time.

Usual decent coffee. Today was a bad experience. Busy Sunday morning as expected, it seemed like the staff was rushing and high strung. I ordered two lattes one of them being PSL. The barista put two cups in front of me and didn’t say which one was which. I turn them around one says pumpkin one says pumpkin crossed out. I asked if this is caramel and she says it says it on there very rudely. I should’ve tasted it before I left then I would’ve realized the lattes weren’t even warm. Very frustrated.

Great service. Delicious food. Adorable seating area. But there’s very loud work being done during brunch hours next to the outside seating. Makes it a bit more difficult to enjoy.

I visited Rooted Coffeehouse for the first time today and it was an amazing experience! I ordered the Fat Coffee and Avocado Toast and they were fantastic. The presentation of the food was beautiful and the taste was perfect. The decor and ambiance of the coffeehouse was gorgeous. It has a great local community, relaxing vibe. I will definitely return when I visit in the future.

Everyone there is so kind and polite.ive been going there when I need a pick me up regardless of how far I have to drive. #eatlocal I dont know who decided opening a Starbucks across the street was a good idea, but that was a terrible decision. support your local businesses guys!

Discovered this oasis on a recent visit. Aside from closing early (6pm) This place is perfect. Small outdoor seating, comfortable indoor seating, super friendly staff, and most importantly, really good coffee, not over roasted over priced commercial coffee shop.

My espresso mocha ice blend is always blended to perfection, my favorite drink all year long! The staff is friendly and kind. I love going to Rooted!

Don’t know why I keep coming back. 10 min wait for a iced green tea. I ended up leaving and didn’t even end up getting my drink. Don’t go here if you are don’t have time to wait.

Excellent mocha, but slow as their voice box is not working. Orders are taken, filled, and served from one drive up window. I will be back.

Cute little coffee shop. Caprese sandwich was delicious and so was the latte. Staff were very nice but I noticed the people who ordered ahead of me and everyone who ordered while I waited were asked about their loyalty card and I was not. Ill have to ask about it next time I visit.

Rooted is my goto coffee place! I come here atleast everyother day. The staff is so hardworking and strives to make every experience the best for you. They always make friendly conversation and care about you as a customer. They have improved so much. They even will go outside and start taking orders when the line is a little bit longer. This is a very pretty coffeeshop with a lot of potential. However Ive only had one good coffee from there, and it is EXTREMELY expensive and takes forever to even get a drink. I live near here so I kept trying but twice Ive had to just leave because it took over 20 mins for a drink, I went the other day and got two off the menu coffees and one donut and it was $23! Why on earth would two coffees and a donut cost that much? I thought maybe it was the donut, it was large and fancy. Went back another day got two coffees...$17. Only once have they asked about my rewards phone number. Last straw was when I went in to show support since Starbucks just opened there, I was the only one there, no one in drive thru, I walk to counter can clearly see at least four girls talking to each other in the kitchen, they made eye contact with me. I continued to just stand there until I asked are you guys not open yet in which I got a glare and a slow walk over to help me. Common sense would be..a patron just saw us gabbing, let me go take their order, make it and then continue my conversation with my co workers afterwards, not just stand there gabbing and laughing while I stare at the clock hoping Im not late for work for a conversation. I wont be back which is a bummer since it was a cute spot.

This is like the ideal coffee shop! Cute inside, welcoming, clean. Bathrooms are clean and cute. They have great savory options as well as baked goods. Games to play. a community board to learn of local businesses and happenings. They have unique seasonal latte flavors and they have a drive through when you dont have time to get out of the car! Keep up the amazing business! We appreciate you and drive 20 minutes out of the way, at least weekly, to visit!

Visited here while in Augusta today and I will say this is by far the best latte I have ever had and believe me I have had lots of latte lol. They have a variety of milk options. Lots of vegan and vegetarian sandwiches and bowls. I also got a coffee cake muffin that was out of this world. The folks were super friendly, service was great and the overall vibe makes me want to go back every time I am in Augusta! Support local!

Hits the spot.In all honestly, this cafe is amazing, amazing atmosphere,our barista was able to answer all my alergy quests with no issue and she was super sweet when we got a bit confused with the menu. Another customer had a small issue and the tall barista with dark hair and glasses fixed him right up and it was just amazing to see a group of people genuinely wanting to help him, and keep the cafe a wonderful place to both work place to both work and just enjoy the ambiance. I wish i lived closer so i could come all the time!

The service here is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is helpful and kind, other times it is downright rude and make you feel like your a burden even though your paying them. We live a walk away and have been here numerous times. The overall idea of the shop is there but they lack leadership from what I notice. The only thing that I have ordered and didnt like is the chai tea which comes from a powder chai and never seems to mix all the way. Food is good overall and coffee is good too.

Great coffee and prices. Regular coffee is on par with other shops, but their specialty drinks are phenomenal. Their hours were hard to work with when they first opened but since then theyve expanded their hours. The atmosphere is good until it gets too crowded. The lack of fabric makes sounds echo, so chatter or screaming children are a pain to deal with. If youre coming to get work done, bring earplugs or sound cancelling headphonea/earbuds.

So I am excited about something close and family own an its not downtown but when you pay 12$ for acai bowl I would think you want to see you get 12$ worth. This is one of the days it looks like $5 worth there are days where you have wayyyyyyyyyyyyy less gornola and wayyyyyyyyyyyyy more acai. Call ahead or you will be waiting 20 minutes if you in a hurry. Even then you may wait 10 min. Cute atmosphere when you have time to sit.the first pick to me they got it right I just forget to take a pic of it on the side

Rooted is our favorite place to grab coffee on Sunday mornings! The coffee drinks are always delicious. Their açaí bowl and sweet ham sandwich are two of our favorites but all the food and pastries we have tried have been yummy!

Rooted Coffeehouse is a quaint and cozy place to get a good cup of coffee as well as other tasty treats.

I love this place. They are always prompt and friendly, and the food is always great. Only downside is that they stopped answering their phones for whatever reason, so you cannot place call-ahead orders anymore.

Coffee was great! They have a vanilla stevia syrup that was really good! They also started selling treats from snickerdoodled! My toddler loved them!!! Breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal are really good. Cute place! Bathrooms were extremely clean! The family bathroom even had extra diapers and wipes. Made it feel very family friendly!

Rooted, I love your food, drinks and atmosphere. But regularly, I sit in line for a half hour at a time. Currently I’ve been in line for 33 minutes. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Ridiculous!

First time here. Pumpkin spice latte and blueberry scones were great. Nice vibe. Diversity in the customers (families with smaller kids, students taking advantage of the wifi and food options, people chatting over a cup of joe and a few first dates) Pleasant staff, area was clean. Will be back to try other food choices during my studies
