Sat in the drive through along with a line of other cars and could not get anyone to take an order through the drive through or open the door. Apparently their opening hours are an estimation or a polite suggestion for the employees

The drive thru takes awhile to get through, but they are always nice. They are closing until further notice on October 4th.

It legitimately takes ~20-30 minutes to get coffee through the drive-thru.EDIT: I posted this as I was waiting in the drive thru. After finally getting my coffee I realized one of them was wrong as well.
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. No matter what day what time I have to wait for at least 20 minutes for my coffee. The order ahead option is rarely available and when it is you still have to wait for at least 15 minutes. They still have not figured out how to manage through the pandemic despite every other retail location being able to figure it out. My theory is bad management...

I ordered hot chocolate and pumpkin bread through the drive through and after driving off realized I had Banana Bread and the wrong drink and the doors were closed for dine in so I went back through drive in behind 6 cars explained to the the young guy with shoulder length hair I had the wrong order he preceded to tell me it was want I ordered and he would not returned money and I would have to pay again so I spoke to the manager on duty who did apologize but wasn’t very concerned either. I told him his customer service needs help and accused me of saying that’s what I ordered well if it was I wouldn’t have returned it and waited another 15 minutes to get it right!
Love Starbucks and the workers at this location are extremely nice BUT WHY DO YOU TURN OFF MOBILE ORDERING AND CLOSE AT RANDOM TIMES. It makes no sense to have people wait in the line for almost 30 minutes when I could easily do a mobile order . I literally just did one yesterday but this morning it wasn’t an option. If people crowding in the location is an issue than there should be curbside pick up . In the world we live in today mobile ordering has been a life saver but the fact that it’s a toss up at this location is very frustrating.

One of the slowest Starbucks I’ve visited in GA/SC. I prefer the one on the other end of Washington near I-20. Much much much much faster, nicer, and make an amazing custom coffee!! I like Starbucks a lot but I do think this location could live faster than 4-5 mins every order.
On Sunday we went to Starbucks drive through around 1:35 pm. It took us 25 mins to get through the drive through. Not sure why it took so long. We tried to order ahead but that is not an option for some reason. After sitting in the drive through for 15 mins we got up the menu and there was a lovey note that started the store was open on the inside. It would be nice if Starbucks would put a message out on the app stating when the stores are open to come in so I don’t sit in a drive through for almost 30 mins waiting on two drinks.

Trying to keep up with Covid open/close schedule and the moving target of when online orders are available at this location has gotten a bit frustrating. But staff is always friendly.
Ive never had as many wrong orders as this location. Ill live, its just terribly annoying to go through the drive thru and realize your drink is wrong because you dont notice until youve pulled off. Just saying. I typically go to the Starbucks inside Target now. They have never gotten my order wrong.
Worst starbucks in evans. just drive the extra ten minutes and go to the one on bobby jones...better yet just go into target right across the street. i waited 45 minutes and didn’t move an inch in the car. i would’ve left sooner but other cars were blocking the exit. a complete waste of my time and i didn’t even get anything. even when i do order something from this location it never comes out the way it should. trust me...go to bobby jones.
Why does this location keep closing down?
Their products are good but service continues to be very slow. I was 5th in drive through and it took over 30 minutes to get the coffee.

Before the pandemic I could go through the drive-thru or go into the store place my order and be on my way in about 5-10 min. But now if I want something from the Starbucks at Mullins Crossings it takes roughly about 30 minutes no matter the time. You would think that the line would move quicker with the inside closed and only the drive-thru open.
Love this location!! Staff is amazing, sweet, and so kind. Coffee is awesome and made perfect every time. My favorite place. I will go out of my way to get coffee from this location and this location only.

Ryan and Allie are absolutely amazing!! I can’t give them enough credit on their positive attitudes and kindness. It was extremely busy when I entered (which of course it always is it’s Starbucks) but they kept the biggest smiles on their faces and were beyond kind and personable to every customer that entered. I noticed and was also welcome and left with a smile and a come back soon! I was informed allie is a new assistant manager and you guys couldn’t have made a better choice ❤️ (I hope I’m spelling her name right)Will be back!!!

Majority of the time my drink is spot on, but there are times when they do not put in the stuff that actually makes it taste sweet instead of bitter. I visit this location regularly as I work a few minutes away.
Its caffeine... I will stop by when its out of convenience. They always have been so overpriced. The more specialty drinks taste like Im drinking perfume. And that didnt take effect until a few years ago. Certain drinks Id regularly order do not taste the way they once did. Just tastes like straight up chemicals. If I do get anything to drink here its usually a regular cappuccino with zero additives. Im also not crazy about the coffee beans they use. Its all strong chicory flavored.

Always so customer service oriented here and sweet, friendly and helpful - except for this one lady who I wont mention by name. She seems to be in a perpetual bad mood and she complains about everything. She doesnt fit in with the rest of the staff. Have some coffee, maam. Itll do you good! :)
There are two amazing baristas at this location. One is named Ryan. He helped me when I wanted my drink remade and he was so kind and warm. I am very shy, but he made me feel comfortable and was so sweet and caring. And the other is Bradley. He is funny and charming when I went through the drive through. I felt he truly cared about talking to me. Both employees, Ryan especially, have gone above and beyond in customer service and it’s why I go specifically to this location and not to a coffee place nearer to my home. I felt the need to write a review to let them know how much I appreciate them.
They were pretty busy for a sat afternoon and took much longer than Im used to. My order wasnt right, but I gave up after sending it back once to fix it already. Even so, the serving staff was really kind and friendly, which is why Im giving 4 stars.

They seem to ALWAYS BE CLOSED and at the randomest hours. I like their staff and usually chat with them when in the drive through, but you cannot rely on them to be open when you want a quick lunch. With the fact that its covid and you really want to get a quick drive through lunch and not enter anywhere -its really unfortunate that they cant keep to the business hours they advertise on their door which is 7am to 4pm mon-fri.
When a product is on the menu but out of stock you should be told while ordering at the drive-through board. This is not the 1st but the 2nd time that this has happened when Ive made it all the way to the window received my order and notice it is incorrect and they tell me they dont have that smile laugh and say sorry. Instead of thinking its funny that youre giving a customer and incorrect order let him know while theyre ordering so that they now and wont be upset.

I switched to this location after experiencing repeated atrocious service at another location. Ive been here several times now, and the service is always so friendly and cheerful. I usually order ahead, and theyve always had whatever items I was able to order on the app - I know that sounds like a lot bar to judge a place by, but that attention to detail is necessary when youre ordering ahead and grabbing coffee and breakfast/lunch on your way to work. Everything hasnt been perfect, but waiting an extra moment or so for them to fix an order is way better than consistently being told that whatever you ordered is sold out (other location).
I love this Starbucks! It’s close to my home. They always get my order right. They are really fast in the drive thru. Because it can get backed up during their rush hour. It’s a nice place to stop on an afternoon when you need a pick me up or a little something to satisfy that sweet tooth. They also have a good selection in their refrigerator section. I love the cheese and fruit tray for a snack. Outside area is nice, too.
Great! This location is my go to! Always service with a smile but this time was extra special. Bradley was absolutely fantastic! I was there working for hours and he made sure that he offered me samples and didn’t forget I existed! His personality is full authenticity and just plain situationally appropriate wit!😀I’m a star miser, as far as customer service is concerned, but honestly this Starbucks location’s customer service is A1 and attention to individual customer needs deserves a Waaaaay high five! Great job! The whole team was positive and I enjoyed it.

Unacceptable. This location is not bmcnuggs approved. For starters, I ordered a passion tea lemonade. They gave me green tea. Not to mention, the passion tea lemonade did not taste right and was disgusting. Secondly, whoever wrote on the cup, wrote in purple in, so when the cup condensates.... purple marker got all over me. I did not notice this until many people were staring at me and there was purple ink all over my face and hands. This is truly unbelievable and frankly I’m disappointed.

Currently closed. Note posted in drive-thru Understaffed, closed at 2pm. Its not just this location, most of the locations are closed or closing early. Hours of operation are unreliable.
For some reason, every latte I get at this location tastes unsweetened. No matter what the drink is. Ive also had a barista argue with me about what was in a drink that I regularly order, when she tried to say there wasnt syrup in it and I was going to have to pay extra. This is the closest and most convenient location to my house but, I am not going to keep wasting $5 on coffee that tastes horrible. If I wanted coffee and warm milk I would make it at home.
Although the staff is very friendly and helpful, my drink order never comes right. It seems this Starbucks cares more about getting drinks out “on time” then actual drink quality. Would love to give them a 5 Star....but my drink is wrong almost all the time. Smh.

Not happy with their service today. I waited in the drive thru line for well over 20 minutes and as I pulled up to place my order the lady told me that they werent taking orders anymore. They need to have a sign out there and maybe even update your hours on your website too. Very poor service.

Went to the drive-thru tonight and not only were we waiting for literally more than 10 minutes, the order was wrong. the cashier didnt offer a receipt. the employees you could see through the window, were just conversing. smh.
Terrible. The service is bad, a few of the employees are rude and honestly the coffee taste worse than that of the one across the parking lot in Target. I would 100% recommend going to the one in Target.

Recently, I visited the Mullins Crossing shopping center. I was debating on going to the Starbucks at Target or the main location in the shopping center. Clearly, I made a mistake by going to the actual store. Although the service was fairly great, I was not satisfied with my purchase. I ordered the new Serious Strawberry drink that everyone said was so good but it tasted like plain milk. Not 2% percent milk, but warm 1% milk. The barista who took my order was very energetic and very pleasant. It seemed like he enjoyed working there, but the barista who made my drink obviously was ready to go home. I watched her make my drink, and she put nostrawberry puree which I was very excited for. Immediately after tasting the drink, I poured lots of sweetener in it,but the drink just became worse. After leaving dissatisfied, I went home and blended my own strawberries with sugar. At once, I poured it in the drink, and instantly, the drink became so much better. I highly do not recommend this Starbucks to any customer looking for a drink made right. 6 dollars of my hard earned money wasted on a drink just because a barista not having it is unacceptable!
Dont bother getting the Halloween Frappula here, the employees get upset they have to make it and I basically received blended chocolate milk. Waste of money.

Idk how this place use to be years ago, but lately, its been pretty bad. The first time I went, I got terrible service. The employees were, I wouldnt say rude, but just not as eager to help me as I wish they wouldve been. One red head girl even completely ignored a friend and I. And every single drink I get from there tastes so bitter. Downright disgusting. But then when I go to the Starbucks in the Mall and order the same thing, it tastes like Heaven in my mouth. Im probably gonna save my Starbucks trips for that one instead of this one on Washington Road from now on.
This location used to be decent. However, it is now AWFUL. Soooooooo slow. If youre going to be slow at such a busy time of day- at least be polite to customers who have been waiting entirely too long! Rude & slow!
