Why I feel like Im cheating on ziggis 😬🤷🏼‍♀️🤔but when Human Bean makes their seasonal fresh lemonade 🍋 and pair it with tea and some raspberry flavor 😋 Im still not sure if its a bay breeze or just a breeze but its worth it!! It comes with green tea but try black or hibiscus 🌺 both just as refreshing 👍🏻

Not sure what the pint of a walk up window is when this location refuses to serve anyone who walks up if you park in their parking lot. I asked if they would serve us this one time as they were already talking to us threw the window and they asked us to get back into our cars and go threw the drive threw. This is beyond frustrating as this is not posted anywhere. They employee said they only serve walk ups if they are walking. Don’t understand why they have a parking lot. Will get coffee at Ziggis from now on.

The people who work here are so consistently kind and make my day a little brighter. Especially in times like these, where everywhere is experiencing staffing and supply shortages, the people who work here will never make you feel bad for just wanting to buy a coffee.

My favorite place in Greeley Im here at least twice a day lol. The baristas know me by name. Only thing that I would suggest is a flavor and specialty menu for the granitas since there are so many.

This is my favorite place to get coffee. Its delicious and has a wide variety. Ive tried multiple flavors and was never disappointed. Plus, the people are great and friendly so it makes it even better. They dont mind to offer suggestions based on your tastes.

Human Bean was always my go-to coffee stop for years because of the quality coffee and happy employees.... Until recently. Unfortunately, there has been a decline in their customer service and the way they treat their employees and customers. Covid has played a factor in many businesses and they way they had to adjust, but here it is used as an excuse to micromanage their employees in such a poor way, making it difficult to be a happy employee and it shows in almost all of them at each stand. These employees deserve respect and kindness. It’s unfortunate that hypocrisy and childish games have been the deciding factor in the superiors’ attitude here. I have enjoyed your coffee and the years of being greeted with smiles, but will no longer support a business who does not support their own employees. Hoping 2021 brings a little more positivity, respect and happiness to your stands, HB.

I usually really like this Human Bean. But, today was my birthday. I had a free birthday coffee on the app. It was on my app for the first 15 minutes I sat in line, but, just before it was my turn the feee birthday coffee reward went away, saying I had no rewards! Not a huge deal, but is very disappointing. You offer and take away just as I intend to use it? Very suspicious. Also, sat in line over 30 minutes. Not sure why it took SO long.

Great coffee and espresso items. Im pretty impressed.4 stars is for the reason that they sometimes close HOURS early at more than one Location. Not great business thinking. With more than one store, one should for sure be open if others are closed. Do not give customers a reason to go elsewhere. But they are great when open.

My first time trying the Human Bean and not only was their menu awesome the staff was AMAZING! Super sweet barista Ella, who we heard was new and still made the perfect recommendation for drinks and they were absolutely delicious!!! I can’t figure out how to upload the picture of the drinks but definitely would recommend this place to everyone!!

They always have the most friendly staff! But aside from that, their drinks are GREAT and have a TON of variety, they offer FREE chocolate covered coffee beans, and they have a nice punch card rewards system that theyre always generous with.

Love the coffee and no matter which location I go to the staff are always amazing and so sweet. If you cant decide what to have they are willing to make suggestions. Plus they have a good selection for the kids too, my toddler adores their Italian Sodas.

Today I had a really amazing experience at this location. The young woman who helped me was a barista in training, and provided amazing service. She was fast, the drink tasted good, and she was super friendly. She apologized for the wait (which wasn’t even bad) and gave me extra beans because they were out of cookies. I want to give credit where credit is due, and she did an amazing job ❤️

So you want some great coffee from a local business? You have found the place. Service is always with a smile and for the most part quick. My favorite coffees right now are the classic human bean supreme and the Rose one. As an added benefit they give you a chocolate covered coffee bean with your drink! Dont forget about double punch Wednesday!!!

Went through the bean today and was having a stressful day, luckily Danae was there to give a smile and a delicious iced gypsy chai. She recommended this drink to me and boy, it so good! She even recommended almond milk. Even in a rush she made me feel special and put the biggest smile on my face. Will be returning and hope Danae will be there again, but still looking forward to meeting the other girls and hope they are just as welcoming as her.

Such a GREAT experience at this stand! Danae was so kind and gave the best customer service! Jayda helped to to make my drinks quickly but make me not feel rushed out. I will DEFINITELY be back here soon! Would recommend!

The baristas are the saving grace here. They are always friendly and personable, giving good service once you finally get to the window. Usually the wait is longer than a few minutes. There were just 2 cars in front of me today and it took 7 minutes before I was at the window. Thats a long time when you consider that my commute to work takes 8 minutes if I dont stop for coffee. The latte I ordered today didnt have any foam on top which is typical. I should have just ordered a coffee with cream and saved myself $2 like last time. But I like a good latte. I keep hoping someday itll be right. Good thing it came with a chocolate covered bean 🙄

I am a regular customer I went to the 10th Street location on a Saturday and they were closed very disappointed no warning they were closed and the weekend before that the other store on 10th Street closed on a Saturday

The Human Bean has great drinks. The baristas are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend their Aztec drink. They can be a little slow during busier times so be sure to give yourself enough time.

Been coming here about everyday since 2008, wont be going anymore. Outrageous prices, $6.08 for a 16 oz daily. Yikes not fun to pay especially after a 15 min wait. I will be moving my business to scooters.

I worked here when I was in college and I miss it so much. The drinks are so good and I loved all my co workers. Whenever I make a trip to visit Greeley, I make sure to stop here and get a drink. The High Five (grapefruit green tea), the Chicago Bears(snowy with caramel and Irish cream), or an iced americano are my favorites!

The human bean literally five minutes away has much faster service and quality. They forgot theres muffins we ordered and we had to turn around. We were waiting for half an hour instead of the usual ten or fifteen minute wait at the other human bean. Workers seemed friendly but also did not seem to care about customers time.
