My daughter gifted a subscription to me for my birthday..... I absolutely love it!! The personal touch by staff of making my monthly selection is such a great idea. After 7 months I’ve yet to be disappointed. I look forward to a new book every month, and they never disappoint. This organization is head and shoulders above the other book clubs I’ve been in .... all the way down to the beautiful and unique packaging of the parcel itself. They’ve got a customer for life here. Thank you to the staff and owner. Extraordinary!!

Given a gift for Christmas, filled out form and have not heard from them to date. Have left phone message, email message, no response. Tried again today, sent email and phoned. Dont recommend. Should give no stars.

Awful.The owner is rude.I got a nasty reply when I requested a replacement for a lost shipment.Avoid at all costs.

Do not subscribe to this service. The book arrived week late and it was a book that I had already read. Additionally, the customer service representative was rude and did not honor my request for a refund. I suggest your go out and purchase a book at your local independent bookstore.

Great book shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Had several great book recommendations after just chatting with us for a short amount of time.
