Super nice Sephora located in the Eastland mall, the store is clean and well organized and a large selection of products. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and quick to process checkout. Would definitely recommend.

Oh my gosh!!! SAMINA! She did such a stellar job with my sister. My sister is Asian and I am white, and we needed massive help to help fit her skin type, color, etc. to make sure she got the right fit. Samina not only treated my teenage sister with care, but she picked a foundation for HER SKIN. Samina will be my go to if I go to Sephora again. She deserves a raise for the amount of care she puts into her job.

Just a fragrance shop in my opinion

Im low vision so I cant pick out my own makeup as I cant really see my face. The girl with green hair (I should have gotten her name!) stayed with me and tried at least nine different foundations until she found my skin color. She was so helpful and made it so easy!

When will your stores be opening again? I have such trouble with matching my make-up on line then I do upfront and personal. The ladies are so nice and do a great job. My store location is in Evansville, Indiana. Thank you in advance.

When I entered the JCPenney Sephora I was promptly greeted by Tiffany. She was great! She answered all of my questions and gave me great insight on my skincare regime. Giving me many options and samples, I felt no pressure to make a purchase. She has great product knowledge. I would definitely recommend her!

Great products and great service 👌

The staff is very friendly and the products are easy to find, however, getting something like a Sephora Insider birthday gift takes a lot of effort. It ends up being a waste of time. But, the products are great and the service for the most part, is decent.

This is my favorite place to buy makeup. Large variety.

First day of VIB sale and I was treated rather indifferently. I never was greeted when I walked in, but was constantly followed after employees stopped talking amongst themselves long enough to realize they had customers in the store. Sorry, I didnt have on a full face of makeup when I walked in...I must be a thief. The checkout process was lackluster and I felt like I was imposing on this poor human for having her process my transaction.2 stars because no employee was outright rude or belligerent, but the apathy permeates the whole place like a cheap perfume.

Sephora has always been one of my favorite stores, and will continue to be, but as far as the Evansville Sephora, they will no longer receive my business. It was my birthday a few days ago and I went to receive my Beauty Insider gift, as well as buy some new foundation. The Fenty Foundation I wanted, I was told that it wasnt right for me. So after being slightly insulted, I thought to myself, that they were the experts. So I let the sales associate try to find something that was right for me. Not only did she suggest something that ended up not being worth the $36, which I ended up taking back, she also told me pick up some good face wash for my acne. I have been going through a hard time recently and had some flare ups. I do wash my face. After leaving to store with bad product and insulted, I decided the foundation would be the last product Id be purchasing at Sephora in Evansville.

Loved the advice of the employees

I would like Sephora to know they completely lost my business due to an employee that goes by the name Lexe. For a beauty advocate, shes a terribly judgemental person.

Have a lot to choose from & great brands but pretty pricey here.

25 years ago Id have bought black eyeliner here.

They make you feel very uncomfortable constantly watching and following you like your going to steal smh i will never go back
