Great place to shop for all things beauty regiment. The store was modern and has a large selection of items. The staff were friendly and quick to process checkout. Prices were a bit high but not unexpected based on brand name.

From mens and womans fragrance to health and skin care, they got a huge selection to choose from.

Absolutely do not spend a single penny with this company. I placed and order 10 days ago. Have yet to receive anything. They are making me wait an other 4 days be fore they can “reship” the package. I need the package in 10 days from now. So they think since they couldn’t get me my package in 2 weeks they’ll be able to do it in 10 days. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY TO SEPHORA!!! I’m sure you’ll have better luck there

I came here twice because I was experimenting with my skincare routine, the first time I came with my white grandma. The second time I came with my black grandma and despite the covid we had three employees hovering around us, they just made sure to only stay two feet away. I couldn’t even concentrate on reading the ingredients because every two minutes an employee would ask us if we needed anything. I’m tempted to go in again just to film how ridiculous it was

Perm fell out in less than a week, manager unprofessional. Did not want to honor 20% off coupon. She had the stylist overbooked. The stylist was nice, felt like a lot of people walking around doing nothing, watching her. One gal naturally sad pixie cut that worked there, not even in the salon part. I never ask her opinion. Also Why can you not pay on your credit card instore. Good selection of perfumes, be prepared to find them yourself! Haha

This is not the place to shop for cheap stuff!

I dont normally write reviews but I just had to for this store because of how helpful and knowledgeable all the employees are! Theyre always super willing to answer my questions, they often walk me straight to the product Im looking for, and they have enough personal experience to actually help me achieve the look I want with the right products.Also, their selection is huge so you dont usually have to worry about them not having something you want.

I am extremely displeased with this store. As I walked around aimlessly looking for products not a single person helped me. I asked the cashier if she could send someone to help me and no one came to help. I will never be back!

Avery is awesome but they keep her so busy she barely has time to help anyone.I have gotten lucky after her first time helping me I asked her name and since then I for her and she manages to find time to give me professional quality help.

Over whelming

As a self-proclaimed beauty product diva, Ulta is always good times for me. They offer lower end to high-end brands, and everything between for ALL of your beauty needs. The store is very well organized and the staff has always been friendly and extremely helpful. They also offer lots of discounts, especially for Rewards Members.

Hands down the best Ulta store Ive ever been to! I am more impressed with each visit! The store manager, Felicia, has gone over and beyond my expectations. Felicia never fails to come to me and share her makeup knowledge, she has taught me so much! Felicia has walked me around the store countless times to personally assist me with my makeup choices. I am grateful for managers like her! I would recommend going to Ulta beauty in Evansville Indiana to everyone! The staff is very kind and eager to help! Thanks for a great experience! Keep it up!

Went in yesterday to get my daughter some skin care and NOT one person said hi to us or even asked us if we needed help. There were several people working and not alot of customers. Hopefully they do better next time.

I was the only guy in the store. It took 20 mins for a lady to ask me if I was finding everything. I replied, No, I dont know what Im looking at. She then laughed at me and walked by instead of helping me. I picked out 1 of the 2 items I was there for. The other item I couldnt find. So I bought the 1. Youre lucky its a Christmas gift, otherwise I would have dropped the item on the floor and walked out. No offense, but being a dude in a chick store would have been an easy sell.

When I go in, I know to be prepared for rude women who are no help. In the off chance someone offers help, it ends up not being what you asked for. I went in to pick out a Kylie lip kit and asked for help picking out a shade, the lady took me to an Anastasia liquid lip! Not what I came in for....

I recently hadn’t my first visit to Ulta over this past weekend. While I was there Averie was the Clinique Consultant that helped me. She was very sweet and completely helpful. She helped me match a foundation to my skin type and tone. She helped me get a complete new makeup setup. I was super impressed with the staff and how nice they were and eager to help with any questions I had. 10/10 will recommend Ulta to anyone.

This was my first visit and was a little overwhelmed but Mitchell was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning .

Slightly racist makeup artist essentialy told me she does not recommend eyeliner for Asians. Most people won’t get why this is abhorrent and will probably shrug this off (like Ulta Corporate) because that is the kind of blind, ignorant society we live in today. All I know is that billions of women worldwide who look like me and talk like me and don’t give a frack like me would probably tell this girl that she needs to submit her letter of resignation this minute (if she hasn’t already since she also acted like she was done with that job and was on her way out).TL;DR Don’t get your makeup done here if you are a person of color because they will NOT know what to do with you.

I was just at this ulta and the workers there were following me around 24/7 watching me asking me if I needed help every 5 seconds. I work in retail so I know what they do this for . Theft. I was just trying to look around at the face masks and beauty products but I couldn’t even enjoy looking around because I had someone on my back everywhere I went . I know they need to do their job to make sure no one steals but following me around and having a different person come up to me every minute is not enjoyable. So I ended up putting the stuff in my hands down and walked out . I will not be going back there which is sad because I love shopping at ulta and earning points .

Do not go here to get your hair done. I told the stylist exactly how to cut my bangs. I wanted her to twist it and then cut it so the sides would be longer. She said she had never heard of that. She did a straight cut and long. They were awful. I paid and left. I went home and I cried. I showed my husband and he agreed they looked horrible. I went back the next day and explained what happened. Then she and another girl tried to fix them, they just kept cutting and cutting. I said just please stop cutting. They made it so much worse. They kept saying how great it looked. I broke down and started crying. I told them I just wanted my money back. They gave me a refund after a few more tries of telling me how good it looked. It looked like my 3 year old did it. I just had a baby and wanted to look nice. It just made everything so much worse. The two times I have gone here, they have messed up my hair. I will never go back.

My favorite sales associate is Page. I always look for her when I’m there. She’s the best for choosing my shades for light-medium skin tone ❤️

Love shopping at Ulta, but for some reason everytime I go to this location there is a long wait to checkout. They have extra employees, why not let them help when the line is so backed up?

Ive been 2 ULTA in Evansville several times. Only once have I received great customer service. At that time,the girl gave me samples of a foundation and skin care product. I dont mind spending on quality products but need to make sure they absorb and dont break me out. Im middle aged and my skin has recently changed, so Im looking for better quality products. I went back yesterday to purchase a $50 foundation and asked for a sample of a tester product. This girl obviously didnt want to stop talking to other young girls and help me. She told me they werent set up to give samples. Its not like I was asking her to open a product! And I know they can since I had gotten a sample of a similar product there before! She did offer to check products if I was allergic to an ingredient. Dont these girls know allergies are not the ONLY factor in skincare. The way she talked to me was demeaning and RUDE! Not to mention she LIED. I ended up deciding to buy my foundation at Sephora and will spend my hard earned cash elsewhere in the future. Any other middle aged woman have trouble at ULTA?

Tried to go to the salon here which was a huge mistake. The hair stylist was super rude as well as the manager. Had an appointment at 3, and at 3:20 they couldn’t honor the appointment. Save your money and go elsewhere.
