We bought a ring from there. It was nice. They said 2 weeks but they didn’t tell us they were going to wait half a week to send it off. Still waiting for something we pod a lot for. Do not recommend

Went in there just to look around at some rings with my boyfriend. The guy behind the counter LAUGHED at my promise ring. I understand that not everyone believes in promise rings but to laugh at mine?! The people behind the counter were EXTREMELY pushy and would not leave us alone to look at all. I will NEVER be going back. Not to mention he kept asking our budget we were looking to spend and we explained we didnt have one because we were just looking. Then proceeded to insult us by telling my boyfriend he might not be able to afford to buy the rings we were looking at. It was not even 2k.
They do not honor lifetime warranty that you pay for. Would not recommend

Im keep getting told my wife’s wedding ring is fixed which is $5k and little diamonds keep falling out im calling corporate about this one. Spent $7k between me and my wifes rings and get treated like complete strangers! *EDIT* The corporate did help me out finally
Oh let me tell you I will NEVER spend another penny in this store ever. I picked out a necklace in the holiday flyer they had on the counter. And apparently they had a typo in the price. They said they dont honor typos but they would this time. I said okay. The sales lady rang up the necklace and I proceeded to hand her a coupon I received in the mail for being a loyal credit card holder. She tells me I can not use the coupon since they already reduced the price. Im confused, is it my fault that the price in the book was wrong? Or that I found it? The actual necklace was on the coupon. Which was interesting since she told me I couldnt use it on that certain necklace. My coupon states $25 off $25. And it was more than $25 after she had adjusted the price the catalog had printed. It didnt say you couldnt use coupon after you find a typo and the manager adjusts the price. How is this fair? Its not. The customer service is beyond piss poor. I get better service at my local McDonalds. And thats saying alot! Its sad, they lost a very loyal customer.

Shockingly pushy sales team latched on and wouldnt let go until theyd conned us into signing up for a store credit card under the lie of just checking to see if you qualify for financing.Now Ive got a store credit card with absolutely ridiculous APR and the hard credit check that comes with opening a new line of credit. You know, the thing one usually does after some forethought.From the lighting that flashes every few seconds to make the diamonds look extra shiny to trying to separate my fiance and I so both of them could focus on guilt-tripping me into taking a payment plan that would turn a $700 ring into a $2,000+ ring over a painful six-ish years of payments. Every single motion and comment felt carefully chosen to talk the couple into a ring. Even with multiple assurances that we had no intention of buying that day, new layers would be added to the deal to be more enticing.First the idea was to make a wish list, then they slapped us with the garbage credit card, then suddenly the verbiage changed from future to past tense as they began referring to one as your ring. One attendant produced a Google Home kit with the comment this is yours because purchases over a certain amount come with one.Pushy, manipulative, the kind of place to convince one Etsy is preferable to shopping jewelry in person.
Will never purchase another piece of jewelry from Helzberg. Customer service is extremely poor. Quality issues will not be resolved and their form of record keeping is ridiculous. Every time I’ve had my ring worked on, it’s been fumbled around in their system and they have to hunt down my rings.
Extremely pushy sales team. I typically enjoy dealing with Helzberg, but I will never return to this location. I was in getting a ring inspected and they repeatedly tried selling me other items. Then another person, Im assuming the manager, got involved and became pushy as well.
My son spent a lot of money for my earrings with in 24 hours one came out I felt the back still on my ear my loving husband went back to get another pair n they charged him way to much to have them sent from another store you would think earrings that expensive would have better backs no u have to order them really
