I recommend Boost Mobile to all who is looking for a great cell phone company, the General Manager is very knowledgeable and courteous and very helpful to the seniors. I have done all of my business with Boost Mobile for a number of years. Go over to Boost Mobile on 8734 S Kedzie, Evergreen Park, IL for a good deal.

Narcissist are running this location.. the GM is very very rude and talks over you while you were speaking . She is a narcissist . Trust me you do not want to go shopping at this location what if you decide to you cant say that you was not warned.. If you buy something out of this store location you better make sure that they didnt swipe anything up on your nose.. I picked a phone bought it just to realize after I walked out the door that the phone they gave me was the wrong phone and now they are giving me hell about give me the correct phone that I asked for . This particular Boost Mobile location is ran by a Narcissist gm

They have cheap deals because they sell subpar phones.I got a LG Stylo6 phone 10/20 (not a year yet)in the past 24 hrs it will not get up to 100% charge it hours to get up to 80 which is the highest it will go. I took phone and receipt. No customer service at all their only solution was I should have purchased insurance or buy a new phone$$. I will never buy there again. No advice on any hacks to help boost the charge which would have helped. Do not do business with this company unless you dont care about quality phones and service!

My guy paid for a phone but they gave us the wrong phone so just dont shop here cause the same thing might happen to you

Great customer service at this location. I had the pleasure of getting the assistance of an employee that goes by the name of Didi (hopefully I spelled it right) She was awesome! She was very helpful and gave me a great deal on an iPhone and accessories. I would definitely be stopping by more often to make my bill payments and hopefully more purchases. With great customer service like this, I will never go to another Boost Mobile location ever again. Didi, thank you so much for making this shopping experience very pleasant. You rock!

DE DE ALSO TOOK CARE OF OTHER CUSTOMERS EXPEDITIOUSLY WHILE WAITING FOR THE NEW LINE TO BE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT. IT WAS A JOY TO BE SERVICED BY MS DE DE!!! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Do not buy here. If it doesn’t work you’ll get no money back. Just credit for more cheap electronics. When you return they won’t remember you if you saw them 50 times. They will forget you and tell you to bring receipt. Poor customer service, doesn’t know how to retain revenue or just do t care about customers.

I received the best services ever in this location by this young sales representative name Leticia. She was knowledgeable, kind and attended. I got the plan and price I want it. She was able to switch 3 lines with no problem. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this location and look for her.👍👍👍👍👍

I came in to the boost location just to browse I was greeted by a young lady DeeDee after talking with me I decided to buy a phone. She was so nice she transferred all my information over for me. This is my most dependable company as far as phone services go I really love their affordable prices

They need to train their staff more before having them work. I was serviced by Rosland and she did not have a clue to the phone prices or plans. I spent more time in the store than I originally expected because she kept running to the computer checking prices whenever I asked about a different phone. I only continued to stay because I really needed a phone and didn’t have the time to go find another Boost location. Due to her lack of knowledge about phones and she works as a phone salesperson is unacceptable. That was my first and last visit to that Boost location. If you are trying to find good customer service don’t shop at this location it’s apparent they don’t train their employees.

DeDe was very professional, detailed, helpful, and informative. She assisted me over the last several weeks purchasing a wireless speaker,and on my last visit, I purchased a phone based on the information that she gave. I was very comfortable with the infirmation that she gave.
