Did not follow thru as promised and then pretended as if it was something else and she couldnt remember. I worked with Precious and she was so polite but unfortunately she didnt follow thru like she promised and it cost me and messed up my accounts. Its not the promises you make it the promises you keep.That being said if she tells you anything make sure she writes it down and gives it to you. They are constantly understaffed as well and you will call in trying to handle business and they have to push it to the next day . Might as well deal directly with Verizon for all of the run around.

This review is on behalf of my Mom who had the worst and continues to have the worst experience. She went in to get a new phone on April 27 and still does not have a working phone.The customer service was horrible. Go to a different store or TMobile or anywhere else.

She addressed him in a professional manner. I told her to take him in between working on my new phone. She was pleasant and i commend her.

Working alone handling 3 customers at once at one point she was very patient and knowledgeable. I remained comfortable as well as everyone else she was helping. Nobody else could have done this with finesse as she had. Keyera needs a raise or her own store! Glad coincidence sent me here.

I was able to walk in the store, received excellent service and was out the door. I called before I came which help me to be prepared for the store trip. They practiced social distancing and work face mask. I was pleased.

I buy all my electronic equipment there and precious is always very helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure she complete her tasks and that the customer understand the product. She let you know if Verizon is offering deals and she will apply it to your account if there is. If a new customer comes in she politely tell them to have a seat and she will be with them shortly. When I ho there I always make sure I see her and wait for her to help me.

Precious was amazing! I came in to get my son a phone. She got me the best possible deal and listened to what we needed and wanted. I ended up with a new phone and so did my son. We dont have to share data and I got free case, charger and speaker. She explained everything to me and had it written all out for me to explain billing to my husband who was not present at the time of purchase. I would definitely recommend this Verizon store to my friends.

Stopped in with my father today looking to change over from our current provider and purchase two new phones. My father isn’t tech savvy so I went with to make sure he was getting the best deal. I ordered a phone online to pick up in the store. Apparently the phone that Was issued to me was stolen. I went into the store three separate times today to resolve the issue. I understand there are glitches and computers and things happen however the clerk at the store left the room multiple times to talk to a manager answer a phone call from a boyfriend she was not helpful, patient or courteous. If I could find a manager to speak to I would I’m horrified by the customer service I received today.

I would like to say that the Verizon store in Evergreen Park has one of the best customer service and sales people that I have ever experienced. In particular, Jose Lopez has been incredibly helpful with everything I needed to change with my account. All my questions were answered and everything was taken care of in a professional manner.

I arrived well before the posted closing time and on the door of the store. YET, NO ONE WAS THERE. I tried calling and no one answered, not even an answering service. I was highly disappointed. That was so professional and a waste of time. I was very disappointed.

From the already existing reviews I can see that she’s somewhat of a legend for service.lol. Her service was amazing as she made the transition seamless while also making sure that I had everything I actually needed when it came to support accessories. The whole transaction felt comfortable as she was relatable while also being professional, knowledgeable, and still making sure to greet every customer that came into the store with a smile. I honestly hope to work with her again in the future.

Excellent service - this was my first time shopping directly at a verizon store. Tyler fully covered the options for what I was looking for. Well the telephone went totally dead after 2 months. Alyssia and Precious were so incredibly helpful when I was scrambling to find a solution to business phone and internet being down. Set me up with a business account, which I didnt realize I should have done a long time ago. Set up all my devices and were super thorough making sure I was understanding the promos and new items on my bill.

Just switched over from T-Mobile and I went into store to pick up new phone and felt rushed. The sales person was helping a lady to set her phone express to him that I would wait and pay the additional money to have my account set up and things transported from old phone. He provided me with an app for me to do. Im still having issues with setting up. FEELING I made the wrong decision with switching over providers
