I received outstanding service from T-Mobile experts and manager. While everyone was courteous, Dave was especially helpful in solving problems with a cellphone that I purchased from another T-Mobile storeI was doing business in Evergreen Plaza and was too far away from the store where I purchased the phone. Besides helping me with the initial problem, Dave showed me other phones that would suit me better. It was great to receive this information, so I will be phone savvy when I make my next purchase.

I have never had such a bad experience at this location, until today. Back in August I switched from sprint to tmobile because of the merger. Today after receiving a bill from sprint, I went into the T-Mobile store to find out why when my old accountwas suppose to be closed. The process of closing out my old account and opening my new one was paid for and done correctly to my knowledge my the old female manager and her employee, but the new Manger today rudely informed me that my old account was not closed out and didnt show it was paid off. I knew that was impossible and When I asked if he could consult the store staff that helped me with the merger to see what they did wrong, (that was currently in the store at the time) the new manager refused to ask him and reiterated he was the new manager now and stated he doubted the worker would know anything. His cold demeanor towards me and his workers was disgusting. He was so rude and I hope I never have to go in there again. The last manager, she was way more kinder and helpful. I ended up having to call tmobile who had no problem sorting the issue over the phone and apologized for my treatment and said that the issue could have been resolved in the store. The ratings are clearly high from the old females manager and her employees. The this new toxic manager.
Cant say enough good things about my experience at this store! Nayomie and Sean were just wonderful helping me upgrade my phone. I had planned on getting a phone a phone with more storage and Nayomie told me that I really didnt need it based on my previous phone usage. That really impressed me. I wish other stores had great customer service like this one.
Ive been with the T-Mobile brand for 20 years now. I just love the vibe I get from them, you may not believe but its true in business the real great companies create a culture of how to do things and from my experience with T-Mobile thats what they teach just go to any T-Mobile youll find that commonality... Its what keeps me with them..

Horrible customer service for people waiting. They let people cut the line based on who THEY wanted to serve. People filing in and they were still making small talk with customers. Had to leave it was so disrespectful

Manager was very rude on several occasion. He influenced me twice to purchase items on-line. The final incident encouraged me to consider switching phone company after 15 years with the company.
T-Mobile is awesome! I get free stuff every Tuesday! From the free T-Mobile Tuesday app! I also get to save money and finance a new device. Especially with the newer plans with taxes and fees included I can trade in my phone with Jump and get a new device. This place is very helpful and they let me know what exactly what Im paying each month and upfront. Hours here monday-saturday 10am-7pm and Sundays 11am-5pm... this place will definitely hook you up..especially with the accessories. You can add them on your account and by just paying the taxes there is no interest! so you can pay off your accessories at anytime!
My daughter and I went to this store on 2-18-2017. It was very busy but we stayed and waited patiently because I needed a new phone. We were taken care of by Xavier and Cornell. They were very nice to us and were good at their job. This was in spite of the slow running computer and impatient customers. I worked in retail for 40 years so I know what it takes. Thanks, guys!!!
Fiance and l were shopping for Iphones and new plans today and were completely turned off by the male with glasses standing at the front of the store. He seemed unwilling to help and had a lot of excuses on why we might not be able to get phones due to low inventory. His energy was very low and overall unpleasant. We went to Verizon across the street.
The service itself was ok. I spent two days looking for my drivers license before I went back to the store to find out they had it all along.... they couldve typed my name into their system and given me a call to let me know it was there.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. Extremely poor service at this location. Employees are rude and very unprofessional. If you want bad service and to get ripped off then this is the location for you. Manager was very unhelpful even though we have been with the company for over 15 years. Guess well be switching soon. Again try your best to go somewhere else..... Came here last month to get a new phone and now the manager DONNY Tells me he cant do anything for me. It seems like they hire anyone right off the street here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.........I went in to drop off my broken phone and receive the new phone under the impression from being told by a representative that all I had to do was give the old phone and the employee would do the rest..........long story short they didnt put all the parts to my phone back into the repcement resulting in a long drawn out hassle of 1st being told I have to pay for the part until I talked back to a tmobile rep over the phone who helped fix my problem
They talk alot very slow and do not use the sign in sheet causing frustration and commotion. Dont go here go 7-8 blocks down to the other store.
