Really dirty, old and not enough coffee the stand really dirty i ask the cashier for fresh coffee and she say sorry this happened after 11am cashier was coughing and drinking soda she really doesnt care customers. Im sorry but this 7-Eleven need new employees that want to really work horrible service

Love their Slurpees! The lady clerk was very patient with me and explained to me about the rewards program. When I came in today, she was there again. She helped me again with my rewards program when I couldnt figure out how to get it to work.

Linda and Rita are the best! I was so sad to hear that rita will be working more at a different location :( Rita always gives the best customer service.Linda is so kind and I love going in to be greeted by her!Really a very nice 711 with outstanding employees

Service is sporadic at times sometimes good and at times very poor. On 11/22/19, I was patiently waiting in a long line. The cashier stopped waiting on the customers, when a man walked around all the people waiting and asked for food. The cashier left tho e customers waiting to put food in the microwave to cook for this man. I found this to be rude on both the cashiers part and the mans part. The man in front of me threw his money for his newspaper on the counter and walked out without waiting for the cashier to return to the counter. I dont blame him, as we were all waiting patiently. Without regard for the people waiting, the cashier never apologized for her inconsideration to the customers in line. I live in this town and I now go out of my way to go to the 711 in Oak Lawn as I know my business is appreciated and I am treated with respect.

I love this place! Convenient location and there are always great deals if you have the 7-11 app. The food is always good and freshly made. Linda is the best and even when there’s a long line they nice through it quickly. I changed jobs 2 months ago and wish I could’ve taken this 711 with me to be by the new place. :D

The ladies were very polite but everything I bought expired the next day or the day after.... not sure why but keep and eye on the dates.

The manager ( Linda )screamed and hollored at me in front of my daughter and many customers accusing me of stealing cups, that I did not steal! I was very afraid of the false accusations, I will like to know why, did I get accused for doing something that i did not do! I am deeply hurt and angry! I feel humiliated, embarrassed, ashamed and I am crying daily! I feel like I need counciling to help me through this deep pain!

The older gentleman who is there in the mornings (where is Linda?) is rude! I asked him a question and the attitude I got from him was as if I was bothering him. I will spend my $ elsewhere!!!
