The worst experience ever. Dirty store, machines doesn’t work, no one seems to care.

The E85 gas is the same as regular gas, price gouging at its best. I did report nothing seems to happen.

Their air station does not work!!!! I drove to what I thought was a safe area to get air in my tire after working out a a nearby gym. It was dark outside and the sand machine took the little air I had out of the tire. The attendant had no clue what to do except tell me he was sorry. They dont even know how the machine works.

Good customer service. Wish they a wider selection of products. Especially, when you consider they are part of a grocery store.

The gas stuff is fine. The mini-mart lacks most basic items youd think theyd have, considering theyre associated with a full-range store.

Witnessed store clerk disrespect an elder. Who is hiring these ppl? Just sickening!

If I could have saved it, it would have been no star. This was my go to gas station for a while. They over charged me on gas, claim they couldnt give me an updated receipt to show what I actually spent and claimed the difference would go back to my card. This was 01.13.2020 and today is 02.04.2020. They are lying to my bank stating the charge is accurate when my car doesnt even hold the amount of gas they charged me for! I am filing a formal complaint/dispute! Whats even crazier is that a another customer attempted to intervene and help resolve the matter by offering to give me the difference if the representative puts the difference on their pump and the guy refused and continued to say the money would go back to my card.

Im very surprised by this establishment and how it still remains open. The lack of training and bad customer service is unacceptable. Im not sure how all these employees with such nasty attitudes are still employed when their are a TON of people who are begging for a job. Dont ever use the MPerks either its just a scam and you cant ever use it on anything.

Manager there extremely rude something Ive noticed from day one. Treats customers like theyre begging for gas instead of buying. Amazes me he even passed the interview. Witness him being extremely nasty today to an elderly man... when I called him on it he became very dismissive. Dude act like hes an owner instead of an employee.

I had a recent experience that was very unfortunate. The Store Manager, John, was dismissive, insulting and quite abrasive in the discrepancy brought to his attention of a malfunction of a gas pump. My experience was definitely one to remember, in regards to Meijers and how their management mishandles customer quality and service. After spending over a thousand dollars on gas each year, this experience was shocking and disappointing. I will no longer be a customer of Meijers Gas, as my business has been shown to be greatly undervalued. I hope that efficiency in servicing customers improves to promote better overall experiences in the future. I also hope that Meijers Corporation will discover how some management put in place sets the standard in representing the Meijers brand.

I love Meijer gas, its always at a low price very affordable.

They need to get more E85 gasoline pumps and get the one that’s broken fixed there loosing out on money
