If I could give them no stars, I would. The pharmacy has horrible customer service. If you want a quick flu vaccine, go anywhere else. I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time for my vaccine while the pharmacist discussed amongst other things the delicious chocolate chip cookies from Costco that someone brought. When I asked how much longer it would be, the tech didnt even glance up before responding without answering or apologizing for the wait. Though it is noteworthy that the tech who administered the vaccine, Sandra I believe, was quite nice and quick.
This is horrible service. So ignorant. And have no customer skills. Make u wait for prescription and then forget that you are waiting then u are the one in the wrong. Horrible. I am definitely going to go somewhere else
They have the worst pharmacy ever!! They constantly get your prescriptions wrong and then just respond with oh, Im sorry. I explained that I do not drive so I have to get a ride there to get my meds and they still dont care. They are always understaffed so the line are incredibly long no matter what time you go. And dont have a question about anything because the pharmaceutical on duty never wants to be bothered! They never answer the phone when you call and if that rare occasion they do...they hang up while trying to put you on hold. I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy until now and I am leaning because I need my meds. You all need to hire people that care
Terrible pharmacy service. I drove up and 1 girl was inside dancing saying it’s her birthday but, the line was 10 cars long. Terribly slow.
I drove an hour to come here to get the J&J covid vaccine on Tuesday. It was a good experience. The lady that checked me in at the pharmacy counter was really friendly. Then after 40 minutes, it was my turn and I got the shot. I feel for them, with all the additional stuff they have to do for this initiative; not to mention get your vaccine card. Im sure the people complaining would be able to do a better job. Anyway, this Walgreens had the most friendly staff and patrons so I had to write a review. Too bad I dont live closer to this one.

I had to call four times to get four completely different answer on why my daughters antibiotic was not ready even tho I received a call that it was. Awful.
When calling in they place you on hold for 15 minutes then hang up on you bad customer service
This location has a v-e-r-y s-l-o-w drive thru. I don’t know if it’s the people in front of me or the pharmacy.
Arrived for a COVID test and sat in drive thru line for over 20 minutes. When we finally got to the window. The male tech told us we were late and had to come back. When we tried to explain that we were in the drive thru line for OVER 20 MINUTES, he put the phone down and walked away! SERIOUSLY? Another tech came on the phone and told us we would have to come back at 215 and they would TRY and squeeze us in!Very unprofessional! Made a formal complaint to the district manager.
If I could leave zero Stars I would. My wife and I scheduled a Covid 19 test 2 days prior for 12:30 and 12:45 pm. We got there at 12:25 pm and waited FOR AN HOUR in the slow drive thru pharmacy line and they had absolutely no signs for what we should do. We called and they informed us to stay in line, which we did, when we got to the window at 1:30 pm, they told us that the Covid testers were gone to lunch and wouldn’t be back until 2:15 pm. We drove an hour because this was the only facility that had testing at this moment. Absolutely ridiculous. AVOID THIS WALGREENS AT ALL COST.
Waited over 45 minutes just to get tested for the virus. They should change their recommendation from arriving 5 minutes before appt. time to 45 minutes before spot.
Called to check the interaction of medications. Was placed on hold for 25 mins and was never helped.

I came to Walgreens this morning to get Infant Milk. I pressed the button for help, no one came, I waited then walked to the front for help the cashier told me he couldn’t help me cause he was the only person in the store no other staff came to work. So I was able to get my son milk. Their is no other store in the area. He told me he could not go open the cabinet. I’m sure the store policy is at least 2 people have to open the store. This is horrible customer service. Will never return & im a Regular Walgreens customer.
The customer service after 2pm is horrible. The staff is very ghetto and unprofessional. I have used this walgreens for many years and lately the staff have not been what they use to be. Very disappointed in the service i received. I did not spend any money in there today and i will tell everybody i know to not waste their time going in there because everybody doesnt want to work and they make it very clear they hate their job amd customers.
This Walgreens location has a high demand but they are always under staffed. The line to pay is always long, and the few staff members that are there seemed annoyed and aggravated. They charged me for an extra item on my most recent transaction and had to go back to get a refund on the item I didnt buy! I also witnessed a customer tell the cashier an item that was ringing up regular price was on sale according to one of their signs and the cashier simply said well this is what the item is ringing up to. Horrible customer service because the cashiers have no one to help them!

This Walgreens location have a very high demand and they dont have enough staff for customers service. The waiting time in the pharmacy line is ridiculous and the prescription are always delayed. I am moving my prescription to another location or even another brand. Try to avoid getting your prescription in this location.

I mainly go into walgreens for prescriptions and in the 8yrs my family has lived in the area Ive never had any trouble with the staff. One day on the the pharmacists assistant was a little tetchy and rude, but the friendly pharmacis more than made up for her attitude.
