I came in for a winterization and to patch a tire. This was the 3rd shop I had an appointment with. The other two had my truck all day on the appointment day and didn’t even start the work. They both asked me to hold it overnight or bring it back, which I declined. Finally, I came to Frontline. They not only got it done the same day, they were able to finish by 1 pm so I could attend a meeting. Everything looks good and I haven’t had any issues with the work they did. I would highly recommend Frontline.

These folks are OUTSTANDING! Weve taken several vehicles to them over the years for front end, suspension, and alignment needs with excellent service. Their recent service expansion into general repairs for the entire vehicle system was good timing as we had some things to get worked on for several of our vehicles. Transmission, emissions system, and fuel system were all addressed expeditiously and at a fair price. Now our car with the most miles (190K+) runs like its brand new again! Couldnt be happier. I had a great experience with Frontline Automotive. I was beyond pleased with the customer service. Definitely one of the most professional and knowledgeable staff I’ve met as far as repair shops go. As a heavy equipment mechanic myself I have had very bad experiences with many shops in the local area.Not at frontline automotive. They did not try and BS me on repairs or parts. And the work was done in a short time. They were even willing to stay and finish my truck on a Friday,. I let them know it was not necessary. The fact that they were willing to do that, spoke volumes to me and the kind of customer service they offer.I highly recommend them for all your automotive repairs

The staff was incredibly friendly. They got my car in when they said they would. I received a phone call telling me what was up and letting me know what should be done along with a price. The repairs were done immediately. I would highly recommend this place for anything they do.

Last week (September 7th 2021) was the first time I had a vehicle serviced at FrontLine Automotive. I had an alignment done and an overall inspection of my 2003 Nissan Xterra. And I must say I was very happy with the service that I recieved from the initial phone call to make the appointment, to the drop off of my vehicle, to the phone call that I recieved to discuss the suggested work to be done and after the work was complete when I picked up my vehicle. Everybody I had interaction with, the ladies at the front counter as well as the mechanics, were all professional, knowledgeable and polite. I will deffinatly take my vehicle to Frontline Automotive the next time I need work done and I have already reccomend them to a friend.

After check-in my vehicle was promptly seen. They updated me of repairs needed by phone, and the explanation was clear and concise. Including the extra maintenance the whole process took just two hours. I am amazed at how quickly and well done it all was.

Thorough, fair, and honest repair shop. FrontLine has become our go-to mechanic in Fairbanks. They are very honest and will refer you on if they can’t do what you need but we have used them three times now and they are always right on their estimate. Highly recommend and we will return for sure. Shop location is also super convenient and they have a shuttle to get you to home or work.

2nd time in this shop and I still think very highly of their service and explanations! They do a thorough job in finding what is good with parts on your vehicle and what needs to be looked at further. Because I had an alignment performed the first time I went, this 2nd time I went in the inspection was free!

Untrustworthy my trucks axel mysteriously broke in between me dropping off my truck and frontline technicians taking it out for a test drive, the same truck had just been to frontline 2,000 previously to be seen for parts that needed fixing this list did not include the axel. Frontline called me and asked if I bailed it into a ditch on my drive over because theres very slim chance the piece would have failed alone in the span of 2000 miles, which was when they personally evaluated it last. We were only there to have the brake line fixed and a broken axel ended up costing us thousands instead of the $200 brake line fix we anticipated. The whole thing was so shady and cost us so much that I will never be back.

Our regular mechanic was backed up in February, and I needed the 25K maintenance done on my 2017 RAV4. Frontline got me in on short notice the day after I called, and completed all the work same-day. Not only that, they itemized all the work they did and entered into the system so that the insurance company can see that the maintenance was completed on schedule. Every single person on staff was friendly and helpful, and the reception area was neat as a pin -- it was also well-appointed and homey, so if Id had to wait any length of time, Id have been very comfortable. While we still love our regular guy, hes not always able to get things done quickly, and thats important to me. Frontline will definitely be my go-to shop if and when I have maintenance issues in the future.

The Front End Shop did us fully right with the rebuild of our favorite and well-loved plow truck! Frontline is always my go to shop. My favorite part is when you leave you get an entire list of everything that looks like it will need to be repaired ( in my case it’s more like a book). When I call I always get the same person on the line. They know who I am and they know what I am talking about. They are reasonable pricing and a timely schedule. They know I need my truck for business 6 days a week and are good about working around my schedule. I love that I am putting my money back into the community and not funding a huge corporation. Dear car owners, I am writing this review because I absolutely loved the service I got at Frontline Automotive. For years I had heard about the front end shop and finally had good reason to go there. I recently purchased a heavy duty pick up and the front end was out of alignment and pulling hard to the left. I also had some miscellaneous issues like my domelight wouldn’t shut off, and the truck needed an oil change and service. I had to wait a couple weeks for my appointment but it was well worth it. They called me and gave me an accurate quote, with lots of information about the truck, and then while performing the Quoted work they actually reduce my overall rate because it wasn’t as much work as they had anticipated. Yes they charged me less than they quoted me if you can believe that? Anyways I absolutely loved their customer service and the work they performed on my truck. I will be Using them again and again and again as I have eight company vehicles. Thank you front line for restoring my faith in automotive shops.

Always pleased with the repairs and customer service! My car is an 04 RAV with 104k miles and thanks to Frontline it runs like it has 50k. Came here upon recommendation of my veterinarian. I, too, was very pleased. First time I went, they showed me why I did not need an alignment. No charge. Wow! Then, few years later, did need an alignment because I had been hit, they certainly helped me with my problem, very impressed with the professional service and family-like atmosphere. They also do other servicing and maintenance. I would not hesitate to go there for other work too.

Russ, Cindy and the crew have worked on my Dodge 1500 a few times now. It’s a 20 year old truck but keeping it running is way better than dropping 50+ G for a new one. They know what they’re doing, very professional and as a NAPA Gold Service Center you have the confidence of a limited warranty on labor and lifetime warranty on most parts installed.

The staff that works there were absolutely amazing and very kind! They definitely have great customer service skills, anytime you had any questions they were willing to help! The tech did an amazing job with getting all the work done is a very good time! They even look over the car and told me about some stuff (that I knew) by still the fact that they took time to right it down and make note of it to tell me (the customer). If you need an alignment service of any kind done and you have a lowered vehicle or just any vehicle this would be a sure recommendation. It’s very true that you pay for what you get!

Was experiencing a noise from the front area and took to them for an inspection. They said they could not find anything wrong. We talked about it and determined all good. I was prepared to have to pay and they did not charge me anything. I felt very good about talking with them. Glad to find an honest repair facility especially since I am just passing through the area.

Left the car and directions for an oil change and tire swap. The car was done and inspection results explained completely with nothing left to question. Awesome job!

Well-run by an experience crew.I had a problem with the steering and suspension on my 200K mile plus truck. After trying to get it fixed in other shops, including the dealer, I took it to FrontLine and they diagnosed the problems and replace the parts I needed to make my old truck feel young again. All for less than a few new car payments!After I had some work done, a slight noise developed. I dropped by for them to look at it and they insisted I schedule a time for them to take an in-depth look. They finally found the problem and remedied it without charging me extra. I have had other shops make a mistake and charge me to fix it!Experience, professional and fair priced. You can feel confident your vehicle is in good hands and you will get an honest bill.

Location is very convenient. Shop is clean. Staff was very professional and nice. They promptly provided a ride to and from work while my car was in the shop, no waiting. I asked to see the parts after the work was done, and they promptly showed them to me and demonstrated what was wrong with them. I had questions, they answered them. I thought the brake inspection I paid for would include the parking brake, they took my car back and did the inspection, although parking brake is not usually included. I would go here again.

Fast and accurate diagnosis of my trucks problems. Made several repairs all in one day. Perfect wheel alignment done; the truck tracks very straight. Explained remaining problem with power steering. Honored parts warranty.

Went in with a front end vibration on a restored 82 Jeep CJ7. They were very helpful and refereed me to Youngs Gear when they found a problem with the the front driveshaft. They were very informative and told me to get back with them if I still have problems. While Youngs was very helpful we did not figure out the problem. Ill try one more recommendation from The Front End tech and then go back if I still have the problem.

Front desk stand up. Clean new building. Paper work impressed me, detailed report. Have had many vehicles with squishy brakes. Leo told me how to go about making it better in my price range. He did what he said he would do while being friendly. Would suggest this shop.

I came here because I heard they are a good, christian business. They are borderline thieves. I wanted an alignment and was told I need $700+ in repairs. When I asked them to itemize the expenses I found out $150+ of the fees were for an oil change that wasnt necessary. Where are they getting this number from--the bible? I drive a subcompact. For $40 I can get a new filter and oil. The alignment itself seems decent, I just wish they hadnt tried to screw me in the process.

Overpriced. I only had a wheel bearing go out and they told me I needed to replace almost my whole frontend. 631 dollars to replace the wheelebearing . And they told me it was Gunnar be almost 5500 bux to get me vehicle road ready. Drove my truck home and all is fine. So I do not recommend this shop

Had an inspection done because my car was pulling to the left. My car was was fine, however the shop informed me that my tires needed to be replaced. Knowledgeable and respectful!

Took my jeep to two separate automative establishments in Fairbanks. The first wrecked my alignment, the second did the best they could but recommended the front end shop. After speaking with a friend who also recommended the front end shop, we made the appointment. The alignment is 100 times better! These guys know exactly what they are doing and provided the best service in Fairbanks!

Hands down, one of the best automotive shops I’ve ever stepped foot in. I just happened to be in Fairbanks for a few days and found out my drive back to the Wasilla/Anchorage area was going to be a little difficult. This is my first winter navigating the Parks and Richardson highways so I decided it was probably best to get my summer tires changed out. I’ve never had winter tires but the overwhelming recommendation from friends has been to go with Blizzaks. I called 5 or 6 places before coming across the Front End Shop. Not only were they able to find the tires to fit my vehicle, they somehow magically managed to squeeze me in less than 36 hours later, during changeover season!! Leo and Cindy were so incredible. I can’t thank them enough. And they did such a wonderful job. My drive home was nerve wracking but I felt so much better knowing they had taken care of me. Thank you!

Took my 1 ton ram in for an alignment. They went through my truck thoroughly and found some things I was not expecting. Even though they could not completely fix all my problems till I buy a new steering box as expected, the truck drives WAY better then it did before they touched it.

These people are straight up thieves!! I bought a gift certificate for a friend to get his front end aligned. They refused to do the work because they claimed he need $2600 in work first. OK, but then they charged my friend $110 for inspection and kept the money I had given them. They claimed it could only be used for alignment. There was no such stipulation from me! Both me and my friend lost a total of $253 and NO WORK WAS DONE!!!Beware these mechanics. Go somewhere else!
