Brought my vehicle to National several times and do not regret it one time. In 2015 I had to get a vehicle ready to transport to the Lower-48. Put this way, Ive since sold that vehicle but know the new owners. Its STILL going strong. No complaints!

They are always fair, they make sure I understand every step that needs to be taken for my repairs, and they give me the costs up front with the chance to decide if I want them to proceed with the repairs. The customer service is personable and friendly, and my vehicle always runs wonderfully when driving away. Finally, an honest mechanic! Ive been taking my vehicles here for years and they are the best in Fairbanks. I love how they do a complete inspection of the vehicle and report what they find back to me. Very organized and fair. Highly recommended.
