Dr. Chhitwal is extremely genuine in the way he interacts with his patients, and is easy to talk to. I have recommended him to many of my friends because of how he operates his business!

Last week I made an appointment at this place in person, then I changed the date of appointment by call. The front desk lady said we changed successfully. However, when I went there today, the male at front desk said there is no appointment on today. He said the date didn’t changed. And his attitude was so horrible, he didn’t even say a SINGLE SORRY. He doesn’t have passion at all. And acted like he doesn’t care anything at all, his attitude was like, that was my fault didn’t come at the old date. When I made the new appointment, he didn’t ask me anything else except my name. But when I made appointments with the lady, she asked me a bunch of questions. Like birthday and phone number, etc. I have no idea about do I successfully make the appointment or not.

Made an appointment in advance and when I got to the office the waiting room was full so I was a bit confused. When I went to the receptionist to check in he said that there was no appointment at that time today and that I would have to wait, so I left

Went a few years ago. We were taken care if swiftly and they didnt use those diluting drops in my eyes. We didnt feel pressured to purchase the glasses they had in store. Very positive experience.

Went there for eye check up today . Doctor was really good but lady at the front desk was not good at all. She was very rude.Half of the time she dint answer our questions .it was out first time felt disappointed.
