I highly recommend this practice. The exam went quickly and smoothly. Dr. Gedamu was efficient and explained everything thoroughly. Jessica who helped me out with my glasses was beyond amazing and had great communication and customer service skills. I never thought Id say this about an optometry, or any sort of doctors office, but I look forward to coming back!

Heather is great. Super helpful and takes an interest in all clients that come in. When I came in there store, it was quite and then multiple people came and she took the time to acknowledge everyone, while still helping me. Pleasantly suprised at the experience.

The LensCrafters at Fair Oaks Mall is great! I have recommended this store to several people and they all have had great experiences. The staff is knowledgeable and very service-oriented. In particular, Heather has helped me get new glasses and pick out new frames on multiple occasions. Great experience! Wide selection & friendly environment. Glasses were actually ready in LESS than an hour. Love that the optometrist is conveniently placed next door. I ended up getting contacts so after I purchased glasses and sunglasses. I started to re think my purchase of the prescription sunglasses later. The next day an associate said they had already been processed to ray-ban and I might not be able to cancel it. However the manager was very helpful in refunding the portion for the prescription and I just kept the lenses standard and walked out happy. I will definitely be returning & recommend to anyone with vision needs.

At baseball practice, a player hit me in the face with a ball and my glasses broke, the lens came out and the bottom string holding the lens also broke. This was on a Friday night around 7pm when everything was closed. The only eyeglasses store I could find in the entire area that was still open was this LensCrafters. They were extremely helpful, happy to help, and were able to somehow put my mangled frames and lenses back together including adding some new parts. Without their help, I would have been without glasses all weekend which would have been very difficult. Im blind without them. They even refused to take any money for the help! I will definitely be back with my business!

My parents were involved in a serious car accident and receiving treatment in the Trauma ICU in Fairfax. My Dad’s glasses were lost in the accident and he needed a pair so that he could see! LensCrafters was incredible. The staff was so sympathetic and accommodating and placed a rush on my order. It was a true team effort from the lab technicians to the salespeople. Our family is so grateful!

This place has EXCELLENT customer service. I took my favorite pair of Oakleys in for frame adjustments and they took care of it immediately. A few weeks later I trashed the lenses while rock-climbing. Took the glasses back in again, they were able to drop in new leases (I had purchased separately) - no drama and rapid repair. I highly recommend!

I visited Lenscrafters recently trying to find sunglasses of a rare tint since my old ones were a bit messed up. Roland not only gave me all the info I needed regarding how to order custom tint sunglasses, he also did a quick repair on my old glasses at not cost. What an amazing customer service! Came to fix a pair of sunglasses. They were quick and efficient! The man who fixed my sunglasses, Abiy, was very professional and courteous.

I ordered a polarized extractive lens. After a couple of days one of the representatives called me and mentioned the company stopped manufacturing polarized extra active lens. That is a bummer. But she said I would get an extra pair of glasses when the lenses return.

I have the pleasure of being a client in Fair Oaks mall for many years and there is a person who has been working there for many years while manager and other employees change every year Good Managers and some very bad. But there is an employee who has been 5 stars all these years and his name is Abiy, he provide an excellent customer service for years. Always attentive to each person who enters the store. Always with a smile an example of an employee. After very bad experiences with the service of manager, the only reason why I continue to use this store is for Abiy who always treat me as any client expects. Even after the store refused to put the lenses in my personal frame, why is it difficult? That was the managers response last year, which I dont understand if it was done before more than once. After this I was forced to buy other frames but I would still like them to do the same with the other pair of frames like before but they refused, could it be that Lens Crafters does not comply with what it offers? LensCrafters can you respond to this Question.

My children and I Visited LensCrafters (Fair Oaks Mall) following our eye exams at the same location.I felt the need to volunteer my review of our experience based on gratitude.We visited on a busy afternoon but that did not take away from the time and level of customer care we received from Felipe, the associate who helped us process our order. He pointed out the many options that were available to us to make our selections and even though we were there as a family, I appreciated the face that he dealt with each of us individually and diligently.He was very knowledgeable about the different brands that they carry and was able to make great recommendations to us based on our preferred styles. In the end, our final picks were both lightweight and very stylish, which is what we were aiming for. My kids and I were extremely thrilled with our glasses and overall experience.I also want to speak to the fact that i also noticed in this location that they were great, and mindful about pieces that had been tied on by customers. They kept them separate and off the shelves and made sure each item was thoroughly sanitized before being placed back on the shelves. Anyway, overall experience was great!

It was my first experience and it was horrible. I bought a pair of glasses on lenscrafters.com, they said they need my pupillary distance, and that is why I came to this store. But the shop assistant guy rejected measuring it for me just because I bought glasses online instead of from their store. OK, make sense. Then I ask,Can you help me print a single paper of ruler sent by lenscrafters.com so that I can measure it by myself? - No!. What if I do an eye exam here?, you can do it here, but the doctor wont give you your pupillary distance!I was like OK, enough, I am done! You wont get any little help unless you buy glasses in THIS STORE, not online, not other LensCrafters store but THIS STORE. And then I randomly came into another glasses store at the mall, guess what, people there just kindly measured it for me without any hesitation!Please respect your potential customers, otherwise, youd lost them.

After selecting my new frames, the technician compared my insurance benefits to ensure I received the best price possible. He also understood I had time constraints and coordinated with the lab to guarantee my glasses are ready before my next bit of travel. It was a completely stress free experience.

Outstanding customer service and satisfaction

I stopped by to look for frames Wednesday the 29th and overheard the store manager talking to her employees like they were animals. If I wasn’t with my child I would of put her in her place but I’m planning to take Heathers name to HR. Definitely do not recommend this place. She’s so unprofessional.

Great service. my glasses frames snapped and they gave me a repair in under five minutes free of charge. the staff who helped me were quick to help me and very polite. the interior was comfortable too. overall very nice experience which calmed me down after panicking over my glasses.

My Wife and I both went in today to get new glasses. We where both very impressed by the steps LenCrafters is taking to keep the customer safe. Each customer was given a tray to place used frames in so they could be cleaned before the next customer tried them on. The representative, Roland, that we got to work with was extremely helpful! He even took extra time to make sure that he used our benefits in the most effective way possible. I feel that was really going above and beyond to help the customer. He team memeber working with him, didnt get her name, was very busy taking care of other customers but was extremely polite and friendly. Kudos to the Fair Oaks LensCrafter team, you are a credit to you brand and should be proud of the high level of customer service you are providing.

Horrible customer service!! I got there at 6:15 (45 min before close) knowing exactly what kind of glasses I wanted to purchase. Not one person was able to help me purchase them until 6:50 when he told me there was “a situation.” When I asked what the situation was he said everyone needed to be out of the store because they close at 7. I had the glasses I wanted in my hand and he didnt offer for me to purchase them, just said I needed to leave. So I guess I’ll take the “situation” to a different eye glass store for my purchase.

I broke my glasses today, Sunday morning, the day before I am scheduled for major surgery. The hospital does not allow contacts at all. I was not aware that they even made glasses the same day until I searched on Google. I went to the store with my prescription and explained what I needed. They met all of my expectations and more in one hour. My glasses are perfect and I am forever grateful. I will definitely go back there again in the future for glasses. Highly recommend this store and their employees as they are top notch.

Poor service. On three different occasions was told they would call back, never received 1 return call. Couldnt get progressive lenses adjusted properly after 3 attempts. Went to Bi-foculs. was told would have my glasses in 7 to 10 days. on day 12 I had to call them only to find out glasses are on back order, and they didnt call me back because they had the wrong number.

Its such a relief to love contacts again and have them feel so good!! Overall, the customer service was excellent, professional, and pleasant.

The shop timing should be updated. It states 11 am to 7 pm on Sunday, but the shop closes at 6 pm, went all the way and the shutters were closed. My past experience at the store was good.

My glasses arent good. I cant see too well. Instead of starting with each glass slide to see how my vision is worsening. She just took my old glasses and put them under a machine so it could save her time so then had 2 slides only for me to do the eye test. Maybe I will just go to Tysons.

Mid day, on a Sunday I broke my glasses and the people at this LensCrafters were able to fit me in for an eye exam and then had a new pair of glasses ready for me in under an hour. Very helpful folks on both sides of the shop.

This place had Dr which was very rude and unprofessional. When we walked in and asked if there was walk in available, they said it will take twwnty mintues. So we waited, other customers started to come in and we were seated for more than an hour now. I got upset and asked they said you will be next . This kept happening another half hour. The doctor just on fornt on me took another patinet and went in. When asked and complained, these were appointment secduled . Then why should in first place take walk in if you are full on schdule? Why in first place do you tell it takes only twenty minutes? I have not seen unprofessional place like this ever. Beware of these kind of doctors who are greedy and unprofessional to the core.

Wrong glasses, wrong eye numbers, everything is wrong, I hope I will refund my money
