My family and I always go to this target optical even if others are closer. We always come to see Michelle who is absolutely WONDERFUL at helping us find the perfect glasses for us and actually educates us on the types of glasses there are, the lenses that fit our prescriptions and lifestyles. We specifically come there for her! If you want to really understand what youre picking and why, go visit Michelle!
Target is always one of my super favorite store i love and enjoy shopping there this location I visited for the first time and we were amazed by Endira’s Great customer service by Endira she is absolutely amazing Regard Samira and Ahmad
My wife needed new high-index glasses. We tried out LensCrafters in Fair Oaks Mall and after being told almost any frame would work, the frame we chose didnt work and we were told to pick a couple more. We left. Very fortunate because they wanted more than double what Target Optical wanted. We were helped by Michelle, who I believe was the manager. She knew which type of frame would be good for the lenses we needed, and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She even tightened the legs of my glasses, which were very loose, for free. Much better experience and way, way better price!
Really great selection, pricing and customer service! Ive been extremely happy with all of my purchases at this location and will continue to shop here. The drs are amazing as well! I love that its one stop and you can get everything you need.
Very good customer service. Employees were kind, answered all of my questions, and made my experience stress free.
Great customer experience for me and my wife. Technicians made sure the glasses were adjusted slightly to fit perfectly. I never felt rushed and I felt they really cared about making me a happy customer.

Had some questions the day( 2/24/21)after so I called back and Erica was extremely helpful and professional! Target should be very happy to knowshe’s doing an excellent job for them! Thanks, Erica 😃 !!
I had a great experience here! Every staff member was very helpful, genuine and kind. I am definitely coming here for my future eye exams! Also, they have great deals on frames and lenses!
I cannot tell you a better experience I’ve had. The ladies were all just so pleasant and easy to do business with!!Dr Heidi. Wonderful. Very thorough and informative.
My husband and I ordered our contacts and new glasses through Target and it was a fraction of the cost of ordering through our eye doctor office. Seriously, like $500 to $150. Huge difference. Michelle was awesome in helping us understand our benefits, and she was so friendly.
Good customer service and selection of frames.
My family has been going to Dr. Butler from the time she opened her practice at this locaation, and it has been absolutely one of the best decisions Ive made for my family. Ive worn glasses/contacts for 40 years and she is by far the friendliest and most thorough eye professional Ive ever experienced. And the team at the Target optical where you order and receive the glasses and contacts is top notch! I cant say enough good things about this place!
I have been to opticians from one-hour mall chains to over-priced Park Avenue boutiques in Manhattan, but I have never had a better experience than this! After reading some very positive reviews, I decided to stop in and have a look around. The reviews were right. The service is phenomenal, friendly and caring, the optician was warm and delightful, the selection was so good that I bought 3 pairs, and Lisa found me insurance coverage that I didn’t know I had saving me hundreds. I can’t say enough about my experience at Target Optical in Fair Lakes. WHO KNEW??!! I urge you to make your next appointment there, you will not regret it.
My family has been going to Dr. Butler for 3-4 years. Shes thorough, professional and great with kids. Best Optometrist weve ever had.
Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Had a terrible experience with Dr. Melton and the front desk staff. After seeing her on my third visit she then suggested I may have a brain tumor and should see a retinal specialist. Left the office in tears, traumatized and totally confused about my diagnosis. After two hours with a retinal specialist and hundreds of dollars worth of tests later..I was told my retinas are perfectly healthy and she had no idea why the referral was ever made. I have literally never felt the need to make a review ever but after this experience I felt obligated to express my concern with this doctor and staff. Totally unprofessional and will never be coming back.
I originally Googled Walmart optical, I saw the link for calling. I hit it, and spoke to a very nice employee named Mir. I explained what I needed, and asked if they had in stock at the store the contact lens I was needing. Mir checked, and was quite fast in doing so. I wasnt put on hold, didnt even have a chance to take a nap while I waited like you do when people are checking. And you know, they arent really checking, not for 30 minutes. Theyre in the back resuming their card game. Lol. Not Mir. He said that they did have them, in the store. No waiting. No ordering. I felt pure joy. The contact lens gods were on my side. I told him id be there in approximately 30 minutes, give or take. He said hed be there. Music to my existing frustrated ears. Off I go to Walmart optical. I approached the gentleman at the desk, I asked of he was Mir, he said that he was and I told him that it was me that called earlier about the contact lens. From here, my sanity began to be of question because he says that he never spoke to me and the contact lens had to be ordered. Hua? What? Wait a minute I say. I stated that the reason for my call was to make sure I didnt experience what it was that I was now experiencing. I opened my phone. Asked of the number i called was theirs. No was the answer. The bigger question is, why did you say your name was Mir when I asked, and I saw his name tag, I read Juan. Not anywhere close to Mir. Does this Walmart employee have a reason for agreeing to be any such named person? The world will slay ininfinate waiting for that answer. Moving on, I call the number I called at home. The one with the real Mir, not fantasy Mir. The phone rings, a sweet sounding lady named Michelle answers. I ask if there is a man named Mir, my breath held, for not a favorable answer, but, Michelle replies yes. Im back in the game. I explained the series of events, she laughs. I told her that id be there in 5 minutes. Im there in 3. Looking good, so far. I go to the optical department, I look in to see a man, could it be? I approached the lady, worded Michelle? Yes, she said. Omg, hit the jackpot. I see the man, Mir? He acknowledges his name, but I do take a quick peek at his name tag, and he is Mir. He looks as intelligent as he sounded on the phone. I told them the story of how this all came about, by the end, they were laughing hard. Contact lenses secured, eyeglass order compleatedand paid for at a fantastic price. Life is good again. These are 2 hard working people that care and take pride in their work. Go meet them you will leave satisfied, and with money left over. That goes in the piggie bank. Thanks Michelle and the real Mir especially for knowing your names.👓 🕶 😁
Had Dr. Lin for an eye examine and she was so rude and uncaring. I told her I have astigmatism and my current glasses aren’t prescribed with it. And I got ignored and has her constantly yelling that I’m squinting since I could see the letters for a but before it becoming blurry which is what astigmatism does.
Best vision center ever
